From the article

Cooper, 24, may be Philadelphia's goal-line target with DeVonta Smith (hamstring) and Dallas Goedert (knee) both out of the lineup, but this is a bad time to depend on the team's passing game. Hurts passed for just 93 yards against the Rams. Cooper caught a TD pass in Week 2, and two more on Sunday, but he has only five receptions on 10 targets for the season.
