Johnny Mundt playing 80% of the Eagles' offensive snaps is a failure in both roster construction and personnel usage. He's not even that great of a blocker (he had a drive-killing holding penalty) and he basically offers nothing as a pass-catcher.

Negative signalRole

Mundt's 80% snap share is excessive for a third-string tight end with poor blocking.

Mundt played 80% of the Eagles' offensive snaps, which the source characterizes as a failure in roster construction and personnel usage. He is not a strong blocker (had a drive-killing holding penalty) and offers little as a pass-catcher, playing more than the Eagles' 2026 first-round pick despite being ideally a third tight end.
