Kaliakmanis performed well in relief despite minimal practice reps.

Seventh-round selection Athan Kaliakmanis entered the game after Marcus Mariota's injury and performed admirably given the situation, though he had received few practice repetitions during the week. The Commanders chose not to sign a veteran quarterback following Daniels' injury, leaving Kaliakmanis as the backup with limited preparation.
