Shakir took on more playing time after DJ Moore's exit, though four of Shakir's eight targets actually occurred with Moore in the game. After Moore's exit, Shakir got three of six snaps in 12 personnel and two of five snaps in 13 personnel. He'll probably never be full-time in those heavier formations, but Shakir would at least pick up some of the snaps/routes if Moore were to miss time. Shakir finished with 7-82-0 and has a 25% target rate.
