Joe Burrow on lack of offensive balance: My response is 'throw it more'. On a day when the running game clearly had issues and the team fell behind while also having troubles stopping the Jaguars, it made sense to let Burrow do his thing a bit more throwing the ball.

Burrow threw more due to running game issues; big passing day

Bengals quarterback had a big passing day in Week 4 loss to Jacksonville (2-2 record, 22-17 final), throwing more due to running game issues and the team falling behind early. The source notes Burrow's response to the lack of offensive balance was to 'throw it more,' and Chase Brown accumulated 11 receptions as part of the pass-heavy approach, with wide receiver screens used to keep the defense on its toes.
