Velus Jones Jr likely cut from active roster to accommodate Henry signing.

Likely to be cut from Seahawks active roster to make room for Robert Henry Jr signing, though he would be re-signed to the practice squad and gain three new elevations by returning to PS; does not have to clear waivers.
