Flournoy's 5+ target floor and Bucs' road vulnerability make him a Week 5 streamer.

The Cowboys WR3 is a Week 5 streamer target against Tampa Bay; he has seen at least 5 targets in three games this season and benefits from Dak Prescott's high pass volume (close to 40 attempts per game), with targets distributed beyond top receivers CeeDee Lamb (46 targets, tied for most among WRs) and George Pickens (expected 8-10 targets). The Buccaneers defense is vulnerable on the road for the first time since Week 1, having allowed 90+ receiving yards to both Denzel Boston and Jordan Addison.
