Cooper scored both Eagles TDs; praised for fantastic catches despite offensive chaos.

Cooper scored both Eagles touchdowns in the game; the source praises him for making a fantastic play on his first 18-yard touchdown catch in the second quarter, turning into "Randy Moss for a moment" with an outstanding catch despite poor receiver spacing and Hurts drifting backward outside the pocket. On his second touchdown just before halftime, Cooper did a good job uncovering at the back of the end zone and deserves praise in an otherwise miserable offensive review.
