Bleeding Green Nation on Zach Ertz

Ertz's slow route development compounded by protection breakdown forces early release.

Ertz doesn't run a particularly good route and takes too long to become available on a crash concept play-action pass, but the real issue is that Hurts cannot wait for him because the protection is already breaking down due to Jurgens whiffing at the line and failing to pick up the stunt. The throw's timing is dictated by a free defender rather than the route development.
