0:04Grainger, for the ones who get it done. All right, and welcome into Fantasy Pros.
0:09Live on Twitch, we are on the precipice of the biggest Fantasy Football Draft Weekend of the year.
0:15That's right, redraft season is officially in full swing, so we're firing up another Q&A coming your way right here on twitch.tv
0:22slash fantasypros to answer your burning questions ahead of draft day.
0:25I'm your host, Seth Wilcock, making the final adjustments to the ranks before I head back to the hometown for our annual live draft.
0:33And back with me is a man who's pretty much called the Fantasy Pros expert platform his home for the better part
0:39of the past three months, adjusting the ranks every single day with every news drop and nugget.
0:45He's downtown Derek Brown. D-Bro, great to be back with you on this beautiful Thursday afternoon, man.
0:50And do you foreshadow any final adjustments to your draft rankings or are you already on to week one?
0:56I am straddling the difference between two. Uh, I have just everybody a peek behind the curtain though.
1:02The primer for week one is halfway done. I will be continuing to work on that.
1:07That will be out shooting for Tuesday of next week.
1:10Um, but with all of that, yeah, like I haven't gotten to week one rankings and sprucing those up yet.
1:16I'm going to wait until I get through the entirety of the primer to get those out there.
1:22So still in the draft streets, I am making some tweaks to the rankings, uh, for drafts, like moved up Saquon Barkley,
1:28a couple of different spots because of how I'm feeling.
1:32Moved Mecca Buka down a few spots based off of a little bit of worries about the toes.
1:37So I'm, I'm kind of tweaking it a little bit here.
1:41So yeah, there's always that line between fine tuning and over tweaking.
1:44Right. And I think we're trying to find that right now and I feel like it's been one of those draft seasons,
1:51Derek, especially with the Josh Jacobs news hitting us earlier this week that we really have to continue to adjust.
1:58Right. It feels like even a week ago, rankings are out of date.
2:02Uh, we of course had Erickson and Welsh. They did their final rankings episode that is out there on the YouTube channels
2:08for wide receivers and, uh, running backs right now.
2:11And I think we'll have tight ends and quarterbacks coming out later today.
2:15So some more rankings, information analysis over there at youtube.com slash fantasy pros.
2:19And folks go ahead, drop your questions here below for Derek and myself.
2:23Be sure to get to them as many as we can over the next 50 to 60 or so minutes.
2:30And also while you're at it, make sure you follow and subscribe right here on twitch.tv slash FantasyPros.
2:35You don't miss any of our live interactive content coming your way this season.
2:40You can also check out again, the face pros YouTube channel and the podcast feed.
2:44We have some full offerings of episodes and great short form content, getting you ready for draft day.
2:50Derek, any final drafts for you? Any places you're on the clock right now, or have you pretty much wrapped those up?
2:57I've got two drafts going on right now. Uh, both of them are the slow draft variety.
3:02Uh, hoping to get through those, both of those before week one.
3:06Uh, one is with a good friend of the show, Scott Barrett, who's doing a Scott bear bowl.
3:12It's basically around, uh, efficiency metrics and things of that nature.
3:15Right now we're in a, uh, it's a 12 team or we're in a round three of it and there is no clock.
3:22And I already told Scott, I'm like, bro, we're probably gonna be drafted in this freaking league in like week two knowing all of us.
3:30Oh, God, I love it. Absolutely. God, I love it.
3:33And Derek also gotta love the fancy pros community hanging out with us today.
3:38We got W Collins who was locked and low, just resubbed with prime for a five month streak.
3:43Thank you so much for that. We appreciate that.
3:46W Collins and also Billy Wang checking in saying we are so back.
3:50We absolutely are Billy. And we also have Dreezy checking in saying, Hey, Hey, good to see you.
3:56Dreezy. Thanks so much for tuning in with us today on this beautiful Thursday.
4:00Derek, what do you say we go ahead and dive into some questions here, man?
4:05Let's get to it, man. Let's get to it.
4:08All right. First one is W Collins saying, what's up boys?
4:11Football is finally back. Should I be worried about Puka at the fifth pick?
4:15And if so, would there be another person to target?
4:19Derek, how have you been adjusting your rankings for Puka?
4:22If anything, because I'm sitting at the four slot in my home league draft.
4:26I think he's going to be available and I'm probably clicking the button unless there's anything that drops over the next 48 to 72 hours about him.
4:34I haven't changed anything about Puka. Like, I think the fact of like, I think it was Schefter or Rappaport tweeted whenever
4:41this is either right before or right after the Josh Jacobs news came out and about the commissioner's exempt list stating that
4:48like at this time, no other players are getting put on that.
4:52I kind of feel like it look a few different things here.
4:56If the NFL is willing to put Josh Jacobs on that list without any of us seeing the video, they know that
5:03this is way worse than anything that's been reported to the flip side of that.
5:07Puka is not on that list. So you got to believe that the NFL is doing their investigation and they're doing their homework on stuff.
5:15And what they've found was not significant enough, or at least from a PR perspective, knowing the NFL, not saying it's right
5:22or wrong, saying like how it is with the NFL from a PR perspective that it's not damning enough to sit here
5:29and crush Puka or what have you. So I'm not expecting Puka to miss time.
5:34I'm not expecting him to go on the exempt list.
5:37I'm also not expecting him to miss week one Puka remains and has been my third overall player.
5:42Okay. I'm right there with you. Absolutely agreed. Van Rod checking in.
5:46Great to see you, Van Rod. Thanks so much for hanging out with us each and every time we're live here on the Twitch.
5:54Also Money Station. What's good, fellas? What's up, Money Station?
5:57Good to see you as well. And Derek, here's a question coming in from Shad.
6:0116 team league, 15 rounds. Pick 102 with Chase or JSN full PPR, or is it a given for Bijan?
6:08So if you're at the 102, Derek, would you consider going with a wide receiver here or would you just slug it
6:14out with a Bijan or Gibbs if they fall?
6:17I'm fine with Chase. I'm also fine with Bijan.
6:20Like I have, I will say after watching how bad Tua has played for most of the preseason, I have cooled on Bijan a little bit.
6:28He was my RB1. I've moved Gibbs to the top spot now.
6:32So for me, I don't want to be too overreactive to recency like with preseason and stuff like that.
6:38Yeah, yeah. If Chase is your wide receiver one though, I'd honestly go Chase.
6:42I am worried about Tua and this offense and the quarterback play probably dragging some of it down.
6:48Now, have I moved Bijan Robinson out of RB2 spot?
6:51No. But again, when we're splitting hairs at the very tip top of drafts here, it's noteworthy that the quarterback play in Atlanta could be really, really bad.
7:00We could see Tua make starts. We could see Michael Pennix make starts.
7:04Hell, I think we even see Jack Strand get on the field this year.
7:08So we shall see. But yes, I will go Chase here.
7:12Okay, going Chase there. And Derek, a little love bomb from you here coming.
7:16Someone just said, I love you, Debra. I'm looking for it now.
7:20I lost it. Must have disappeared. Oh, there we go.
7:23We got James. Diehard Giants fans saying Debra. Look at that.
7:26Wow. Some love for Debra. All these streams. It's not always love.
7:30So it's nice to hear it and see it sometimes.
7:33Dreezy checking in. Should I start shopping James Cook and Lamar Jackson because of their ages in a 10-man Superflex Dynasty League?
7:40I'm not a contender and I am in a rebuild.
7:43So I think this is probably the time where maybe you could start shopping them, specifically Lamar getting a little bit over the hill there.
7:51Yeah, I mean, I think this all comes down to like, what is your return going to be for either one of these guys?
7:59So if you're able to get like a really, really good return on James Cook and Lamar Jackson on a rebuild, yeah, I'm not against that.
8:07I think like one of those guys or at least if we're going to tear it who I'm shopping first, it's Lamar Jackson.
8:14Yeah, and looking like a pretty thin team otherwise, Stroud, Darnold.
8:17So at least you do have at least, you know, two quarterbacks, but running backs, Gainwell, Randall, Singleton, Aaron Jones.
8:24Yeah, this feels like if you can start shopping to get those 2027 first, Dreezy might not be a bad deal to make.
8:31Also, we got Worth Lake checking in. Is that somewhere around you?
8:35I know you're from the Dallas Fort Worth area.
8:37Is it cool? Good vibes out there? Yeah, it's good, man.
8:41There's a bunch of little lakes around here. Not a lot for fishing purposes around here, but as far as like wreck
8:48on the waterways and stuff, good places to go canoeing and kayaking in the DFW area.
8:53Yeah, definitely. Okay. Okay. All right. Worth Lake asking for some advice, not on where to go fishing, but fantasy football in particular here.
9:00Advice for round five and six RB and wide receiver options.
9:04Monty Irving, Tootin, Price, Jamo, Watson, Parker, Adunze. D-Bro, if I'm at this point in my draft, like I'm assuming a lot
9:10of that, you know, second flight of running backs has gone.
9:14I am really targeting Jamo pretty hard in this tier.
9:17Also, Parker. And then if I was going running back personally, I'm taking shots at Price here.
9:22Jonathan Brooks is kind of on my radar too.
9:25Do you see it any differently? The three standouts for me in this tier are David Montgomery, Parker Washington, and Christian Watson.
9:32I'd say that the guy behind all those others is probably Jadarian Price.
9:36I'm getting more worried. I have to just be honest.
9:39I'm getting more worried about like the backfield mess that it could be the Jacksonville Jaguars this year.
9:45So I'm cool on facial Tootin a good bit.
9:48Same thing with like Rome is fine. Jamo are fine where they go, you know, but my standout guys are Monty, Christian Watson, and Parker Washington.
9:56Okay. Here's Nick also checking in saying thoughts on keeping Bijan round one and burden round nine.
10:01Passed on keeping Walker or Abuka round five. I don't know if I would be passing on Walker in round five.
10:08I think I'd be. I would take Walker and Abuka.
10:11Yeah. Yeah. Like because Bijan, you're probably going to get in round one if you have access to him.
10:17If not, if you're like in the back half of round one, then maybe you can keep Bijan.
10:22But I think if this is the potential for like, I'm definitely keeping Walker round five, probably overburdened no matter what.
10:29I'm taking, I'm keeping Walker and Abuka. Like I understand the toe issue, but again, if it's a keeper league, like.
10:36Oh, Walker is actually round two. It's look. Oh, got it.
10:39Well, then fine. Then beat your, your, your, your, your, then it's Bijan round one.
10:44And I honestly would probably still go. Yeah. Burden at round nine.
10:47That's not bad. I mean, the, the, the toe issue for a Mecca, Abuka does scare me, man.
10:53Not gonna lie. Okay. Okay. And a real quick reminder folks that if you're enjoying this stream, go ahead and follow us.
11:00So you don't miss the next stream. And if you want to support the channel, unlock custom emotes and watch us ad free, consider subscribing.
11:08It helps us keep these streams going. And if you are a subscriber right now, I want to see you guys spam
11:15the chat, whether it's DJ Seth emotes, whether it's old man oil tycoon Seth emotes or any of the Derek Brown emotes.
11:21Let's see those spam the chat. Let's show some love here for, for D bro.
11:26I'm not, oh, there we go. There's going to be a red guardian one still in there somewhere.
11:32I know. I know. I think the red, the red guardian D bro is probably the best one out there.
11:38That one was absolutely hilarious. And my wife and kiddos were out last week and actually got this while they were out.
11:45Oh, nice. Yeah. Nice. Let's go. Let's go. We're spamming them here.
11:49We got the bruh from, from wealth emotes. We got all the other custom emotes coming here, uh, from van rod spamming, spamming, spamming all of them.
11:57I got the OG Seth. You got the DJ baby.
12:00I think the football there. Yeah. They're going to learn.
12:03It's okay. Bro with the crown. There we go.
12:06Um, it need a Seth movie watch long stream.
12:09Hey, you talk, you talk them into it. I'll, I'll be here for it.
12:13Uh, we were just making, making jokes before here and another pop culture reference went over my head.
12:19So he didn't know who Isaac Hayes is just let everybody know, Seth.
12:23You didn't know who I knew the player he played in on South park though.
12:28Once you said chef, like I was, you know, I, I understood that.
12:32That's yeah. I mean, thank you. Thank you. Boo this man.
12:35Yeah. Uh, we, we, we got Bilbo checking in as well saying dart B John, Javante, Olave flowers, Goddard, ETN, Jamo, Travion,
12:42Henderson, price, Wondale, Jordan Mason, 12 team. Any moves I should make?
12:46Wow. Oh my goodness. I, Derek, I, I absolutely love this team.
12:50I mean, I think I'm staying pretty packed, dude.
12:52I don't think there's anything you need to do this.
12:56I don't, if it's a 12 team league and for him to get B John and Javante at running backs and still
13:02not be deficient and wide receiver like this, this is brilliant.
13:06So the only thing I will say with it, as deep as your team is at running back, like having Javante, B
13:13John, uh, HN and Mason price and price. Take Travion and take, take, take Travion and take Dallas Goddard and you go
13:20knock on the door of the Colston Loveland team.
13:22Do that. Hmm. Yeah. Yeah. Do that. Yep. I like that.
13:26I like that as well. Good call. Good call out there.
13:29Um, also, uh, Bilbo just subbed for one month.
13:32Thank you so much for that. Again, guys, you can use a Amazon prime account with prime gaming to subscribe for free.
13:39Why aren't you reading the full, the full screen name?
13:42I don't know why you're, you're not, you're not doing that.
13:46That's weird. Growth, Derek, growth, Derek. That is what it is.
13:49People, people continue. Yesteryear, sir. Yes. Yes. I, yeah, I'm growing up right before your very eyes and right before the fans.
13:56It is. It is. It's wonderful. We got false and three, three, four Oh eight checking in and saying, what's up boys?
14:03Look, my draft did not go as planned. That's how it goes sometimes.
14:07And I had the 10 pick in a 12 man full PPR.
14:11I got CMC. Okay. Chase Brown, AJ Brown, a Buka Zay, but my tight end position I'm struggling with.
14:17Yeah. I currently have Jawan Johnson. Should I look to trade for a wide receiver for a top eight tight end?
14:23I also have Mark Andrews on my roster, but the analyzer helped me projected low for playoffs because I don't have a top tight end.
14:31And Derek, I think the fact you're able to go CMC and then chase Brown and still somehow end up with AJ
14:38Brown, um, and a Buka and Zay at white, like for me, I think like go out and just add another speculative tight end.
14:45Maybe like a Terrence Ferguson. He's starting to rise up my ranks a little bit based on some of the reports we're hearing out of Los Angeles.
14:54And just, I think the ever dying love I've been hearing from Fitz and, uh, Erickson kind of rubbing off on me.
15:01Any other maybe late tight ends or undrafted tight ends that you would go for here for full send?
15:07I mean, no, because I like this team as it's built.
15:10Like I, yeah, this is a really freaking good team full send.
15:14Like you got CMC, uh, and chase Brown leading the running back room.
15:18You're you're three deep and very strong at wide receiver.
15:21Who cares if you're going to match up based on tight ends?
15:25You, you, you can't, you can't draft all of the studs.
15:28Like you got to make concessions somewhere. Yeah. And so quarterback and tight end, if you're going to make concessions in certain spots, that's where you do it.
15:37No, this is a good team. Stay, stay packed.
15:40Okay. Okay. And he's got Parker Washington. Yeah. Oh, this team is really good.
15:44Uh, yeah. Yeah. You're all right. Yep. Especially because after week one, one of these tight ends are going to pop off
15:51on the waivers and you might be one of the few teams who need one who can address that after week number
15:58one, their Santa Cruz cardboard with the new follow as well.
16:01Thank you so much for that. Santa Cruz. Um, happy Thursday here from reapers saying I'm rolling with golf and a Monra on a half point PPR.
16:10How are you feeling about the lions offense this year?
16:13Derek, they play indoors in 12 of 17 games.
16:16They have an actual offensive coordinator this year. I'm all in on the lions.
16:20I think it's going to be one of the most friendly offenses for fans.
16:24I see four gamblers as well, especially because they, one of the lowest projected strength schedules out there.
16:30Yep. And to open the season, both of their starting safeties are not back and we don't know when they're going to be back.
16:38So, uh, yes, I've already gone out and bet the, bet the over for the total for the lions and saints game,
16:44uh, for week one, everybody should go do that.
16:47And what is that total at? It was 48 and a half.
16:51Yeah. Okay. Okay. Yeah. I don't mind that at all.
16:54Yeah. So yeah, I think that's a, that's a good bet.
16:58Yeah. So taking the over there and yeah, like I feel great.
17:01We were just talking about, uh, worm Fitz and I just recorded our key questions episode, uh, leading up to week one.
17:08And we were talking about Jared golf is a wonderful value in fantasy drafts, like stylistically how they score their fantasy points.
17:15Tell me Seth, what is the difference between Joe burrow, Dak Prescott and Jared golf?
17:20What is it? None of them run. There's absolutely happy offense.
17:23There's nothing passing touchdowns. There's nothing. There's nothing. Yep.
17:26So I think I've a golf right now. QB 13.
17:29I continue to move him upward dude, just because like, it feels, it feels like he is a great value as well, sir.
17:36Okay. Yeah. I started like, I started having him like back behind Stafford and my homes, but then I moved him above
17:43those guys and I feel really good about it, honestly.
17:46So Jared golf, definitely one of my favorite quarterback sleepers.
17:49So Reapers you're, you're right in line here with Derek and myself.
17:53And, uh, here's Pat fan checking in saying what's up handcuff question.
17:57Should I handcuff chase Brown and drop Emmett Johnson or Jonah Coleman?
18:01Oh no. And, and, and my running back room is chase Hampton Brooks, Algeer Keaton Mitchell and the rookies for me, for me, Derek.
18:08Like, I don't think there's a true handcuff for chase Brown.
18:12Right. So it's like, I don't necessarily, I'm definitely not dropping Jonah Coleman.
18:16One of the hottest rookies out there that I have right outside my top 36 and Emmett Johnson who continues to move up ECR as well.
18:24Why would you drop chase or chop a drop?
18:27One of those guys when chase Brown is fully healthy and he's in a contract year and Kenneth Walker already has swelling to his foot.
18:34And Andy Reed is out there saying like, Oh, it's cleats.
18:38And I'm like, that doesn't happen just because you put on different cleats.
18:42It's not like your ankle and your foot just magically swell.
18:45So yeah, I'm not buying that Andy. Um, no, I'm not, I'm not dropping any of these guys to pick up some magic.
18:53What about Keaton Mitchell? Would you drop Keaton Mitchell?
18:55That's the one I would consider. Cause he's going to have a standard old man, unless he's hurt and stuff like that.
19:02Like now, no, no, no, no. With the discover cash back card, it's payback time.

20:41I still think it could be Vidal over Keith Mitchell.
20:44I don't know. It could be. Until I'm proven otherwise.
20:48That's how I feel. But I think I'm... Do you want to drop somebody that could have a standalone role to pick up Samaj P?
20:55No. No, I don't. I don't. No. Here's one from Dubois saying, brothers, got the two pick in a super flex.
21:02Keeping Drake main in the fourth round. Way to go there.
21:05Should I go Lamar? Assuming Allen gets taken at the one or should I wait for a quarterback and draft Gibbs or Bijon?
21:13Ooh, great strategy question. Derek, what do you think?
21:15Gibbs. Take Gibbs. Gibbs. Do that. Take Gibbs. And if Gibbs gets drafted one-on-one, you take Josh Allen and you enjoy life.
21:22Yep. Yep. I agree with that. Because the way that I'll look at it is like, I've been very adamant.
21:29I don't want to draft Lamar at cost. I don't want to do that.
21:33I just want to keep investing in Jalen Hurts at cost over Lamar.
21:37When he could come back to you here in the second round or Jackson Dart, like one of those two guys I'd be really keen on.
21:45Yeah. Or wait on Malik Willis. No. Yep. Yeah, absolutely.
21:48Take Gibbs. Yep. Van Rod checking in saying, one of my leagues this year is a six-point touchdown PP.
21:54Six. Am I reading that right? Oh, 16 PPR leak.
21:57Okay. The only quarterback I drafted was Dart. Should I stick with him or drop him for one of Stafford, Knicks, Mahomes, Purdy, or Goff?
22:05I have Dart as a top five guy. I realize it might not be sustainable all year, but I'm going to rock and roll with the rushing upside.
22:14Would you drop him for any of these quarterbacks?
22:17Nope. Because you're going like in that small league, you don't care about the floor or whatever.
22:22You don't care about all that. You care about the ceiling and the absolute outcome.
22:27Yes. So it's like I would leave all those guys on the waiver wire, and if you were going to drop Dart
22:34for anybody, you're picking up Malik Willis for the same reasons with Dart.
22:38Like you want rushing upside. You want top three, top five upside.
22:41Anybody that's giving you production of QB7 to QB12, considering all these freaking names, Van Rod, that are on the waiver wire,
22:48you can fill that type of production any damn week.
22:51Yeah. So no. Yes. Before we keep it moving to some more questions, I just wanted to remind everyone that take a
22:58few minutes ahead of your draft and make sure you check out the Draft Assistant.
23:03The Fantasy Pros Draft Assistant provides expert recommendations for every pick, real-time alerts, and predictions for which players will make it back to you.
23:10Get the ultimate cheat code for your Fantasy Pros Draft at fantasypros.com slash assistant or on the Fantasy Pros app.
23:17Derek, this has been such a game changer for me the last couple of years, especially while I'm out there, you know,
23:24him in and hauling and carrying on at my live draft, having the assistant up has really leveled me up.
23:30And I love the fact that I can sort rankings out by, hey, if I want to pick Andrew Erickson's ECR rankings
23:37and combine those with Derek's and Pat's, or if I don't want your guys' rankings and I want to upload my own
23:44rankings, I can do that as well. So there's a lot of different tools over there with the Fantasy Pros Draft Assistant.
23:50You can have it just in your pop-up window for your platform of choice, or you can just draft right from there in the Fantasy Pros Draft Assistant.
23:59So a lot of great ways to get invested.
24:02I felt like D-Bro a couple of years ago when I first started using this in my draft, I was like protecting
24:09myself so no one else could see what I was doing.
24:12Now I know this year because I've talked about the assistant so much and I've used it and shown my friends it.
24:19It's going to be like the Spider-Man meme where we're all just having Fantasy Pros Draft Assistant rocking here on Sunday.
24:26Everybody's drafting a bunch of good teams and it's going to be a competitive league all for it.
24:31It will be. Yes, absolutely. Here's Random Thought checking in.
24:3510 team, full point PPR, two flex, pick seven in an upgrade trade.
24:39Caleb, CMC, Kdub3, Seedy, Zay, Waddle, McLaurin, Likely, Benches, Evans, Parker, Dowdle, Jane Reed, JCM Stribbling, and Tank Bigsby.
24:45So you have to pick seven to start here, Derek.
24:48Or would there also be any trades you maybe be looking to throw out here?
24:52Oh, he had the seventh pick in the draft is what he wanted to say.
24:57Oh, okay, okay, okay, okay. That part was throwing me off random.
25:01Punctuation, people. Punctuation. It helps. Being punctual is good.
25:04Looking at this team, I think the easy spot to say to upgrade would be Likely.
25:09Yeah. Take one of... It's got a ton of receivers.
25:12I would say take Mike Evans and Isaiah Likely and go knock on the door Colston Loveland or Brock Bowers team.
25:18Yeah. Tyler Warren, would that not be too much for Tyler Warren, you think?
25:23Yeah, but I wouldn't be offering Evans. I would say Likely and maybe like a Stribbling or somebody like that.
25:29I would downgrade it a little bit. I love the pairing of Mike Evans and John Stribbling.
25:34It's almost kind of like you're handcuffing the upside of a wide receiver.
25:38So I really, really like that. For sure. Outside of the tight end stuff, you could upgrade from Caleb, but I kind
25:45of feel like if you're going to do the quarterback upgrade part, unless the other team...
25:50That's one of those kind of moves that you see how the offense is kind of sift out and like a move
25:57you make, not right now, but like at week five or week six.
26:01And see like, is there a team in this league that starts off 0-4 and they're like, my starting lineup sucks, but I have a really good quarterback.
26:10So you can go do a two-for-one trade and upgrade that way a quarterback.
26:14Kind of like the long con type of method that sounds like.
26:18Yeah. Like a catch me if you can type of thing.
26:21Oh, you do know some movies. That's really nice, Seth.
26:25Yeah. Made a movie reference. I'm happy for you.
26:27I know. I know. Yeah. I actually showed the wife catch me if you can a couple months ago and she enjoyed it.
26:35I fell asleep during it, but it was good.
26:37I've already watched like full, like three times. So don't give me that look.
26:42I was the one who showed her the movie.
26:45So you started off so promising at the beginning of that sentence and then it just my issue is I unless like
26:51I pace around my living room a lot when watching sports, because if not, if I sit down for too long out like a light.
26:59So do you pace around when you watch movies?
27:02Um, I feel like it's good for me to get up every maybe 10 minutes and do something like even if it's
27:09just like petting the cat or I do have a tendency to fall asleep a little bit.
27:14Yeah, I do. I'm getting old, man. You are getting old.
27:18Geez, I'm not even that old. I know you need to get like a like like a fidget cube or something like that.
27:25So you can hold it in your hand and keep your mind busy while you're watching the movie.
27:31Yes, you're welcome. And I'll just wait to get the congratulatory text from your wife saying you're welcome to.
27:36So my best friend, he I don't know if he has ADHD or what, but he just flips his phone like this every every time he's sitting anywhere.
27:45He just and he's broke so many phones by just flipping his phone like that.
27:50But it's it's, you know, buy a phone case.
27:53I hear they help. He has a yeah, he has a phone.
27:56He needs a he needs another guy that needs a fidget spinner.
28:00Yes, too. For sure. A full send. Should I offer stripling and Juwan Johnson for La Porta?
28:06Too much. It's too much. I don't think I'm doing that.
28:09I don't think I'm doing that. But you need if you're offering that you need it.
28:14I would need pits probably. It's higher than that.
28:17Like you need to get a top three guy.
28:20Like I think strip. Oh, dude. If the upside hits with stripling, you're going to hate that you made that trade.
28:26So it's a good point. Yeah, that's fair. Better call Bob.
28:30Ten man full PPR. Once you get in that mid tier wide receiver range and you're looking at JMO, Parker Washington, Mike Evans, Christian Watson, Tate.
28:38Who are you taking there, guys? Derek, you've talked about this to your law.
28:42I know probably it's Parker Washington and Watson for you with a bullet.
28:46Yep. Those two guys. Easy. Where do you where you have JMO by curious in your rankings?
28:51Because JMO, I do have above all these players, but I know I'm like leading consensus on him.
28:57I have JMO right now. Wide receiver 21. And I could I could honestly flirt with 20.
29:02I want to say I'm at consensus. I'm pulling up real time ADP right now.
29:07Like I want to say I'm basically at consensus with him.
29:11Let me see. Real time ADP. Jamison Williams is at wide receiver 26.
29:15I'm a little bit lower than I do. I do him as a wide receiver three, but I'm a wide receiver 30.
29:21I can just see the problem with JMO for me is I could see both runouts.
29:26I could see where he is a consistent wide receiver to his role changes and all that kind of stuff.
29:33The thing that people aren't talking about with JMO is we are putting faith and hope for Drew Petsing to dial up a good route tree for JMO.
29:42When we saw him struggle in Arizona to do the same damn thing for Marvin Harrison Jr.
29:47Yeah. Yep. So it's like do we really got that much faith?
29:51So that's that's my problem with JMO versus Christian Watson versus Parker Washington where I'm like those guys are the clear wide receiver ones in their offenses.
29:59JMO even at his best will not be the wide receiver one.
30:03Yeah. Yeah. Very fair. Yeah. Um, bam, bam, Branson checking in and saying cheers boys.
30:07Uh, just checking in to let everyone know Chris Sims is a hater and Jalen.
30:12Well, we'll finish quarterback one. Chris Sims is a boo.
30:15He's an idiot. He's a moron. Like I, I cannot stand Chris Sims.
30:19His draft rankings. Anything he puts out is all gaslighting clickbait BS.
30:23If you want to be better at football and get smarter, don't follow anything.
30:27Chris Sims says, uh, don't care. Sometimes you just need the clicks, man.
30:32Sometimes you just gotta, you know, just need the, uh, the thing that's really, that's quite true is do good work.
30:38Provide, try to provide the best analysis you can.
30:41And people also find your work. Hi, Chris Sims.
30:44Try it. It just take it for a test drive.
30:47One of these days, maybe, maybe. And we got Miranda, Miranda Jane checking in saying, uh, how do we feel about Marshawn
30:54Lloyd this season as the presumptive lead back in green Bay?
30:57Derek, where have you gone to Lloyd in your rankings?
31:00I'm at RB 28 and I still feel maybe I'm a little low, but I think that's just the potential that maybe Jacobs does come back.
31:08I know you've been a Lloyd truther really since day one.
31:12The guys had, you know, just unfortunate injury issues his entire career.
31:16Is this the year that he's back healthy and, and where are you comfortable drafting him right now among the running back position?
31:23Marshawn Lloyd Sisson is loading people. He's I'm, I'm here for it, man.
31:27Absolutely here for it. And this isn't just me leaning on priors.
31:31He's got talent. He's the clear RB one. I think there's a reality where as soon as this Josh Jacobs video drops,
31:37if it drops, the Packers might legit just cut him.
31:41And if that happens, you're going to be glad that you drafted Marshawn Lloyd.
31:45Like again, with the emergence of Jonathan Brooks and Marshawn Lloyd, this is a take.
31:50I haven't heard many people workshop or even talk about Seth.
31:53Seth, doesn't the emergence of Marshawn Lloyd and Jonathan Brooks, doesn't this make going zero RB a little bit easier in the year 2026?
32:01Dude, I just had this conversation last night with my best friend.
32:04See, nobody's having this conversation though. Yeah. Yes. Legit.
32:07Because now I feel like in the fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh round, that dead zone doesn't feel so dead now, right?
32:14My man. And I was using the fancy pros mock draft simulator a couple of days ago, and I just started running
32:21four wide receivers in a row to see what was happening.
32:24I was getting like Tett McMillan in the fourth round.
32:27And I was like, if I can take Tett here and just figure out running back the next, and then like still
32:34again, address it late, go after the Jonah Coleman's of the world with upside, go get a JCM, go get a Tyler
32:41Algier, these types of running backs who could potentially be starters for their team.
32:45I think it's a great point, Derek. And you're right, I don't think the conversation is being put out there because now
32:52it feels like it has been very get your running backs early type of thing this draft season.
32:58I think now maybe you should be zigging while others are zagging.
33:02Fully agree. And just for clarity with everybody, I have Marshawn Lloyd at RB26.
33:06If I knew right now, Josh Jacobs was out for the entire year.
33:10I've already talked, Erickson and I were talking about this yesterday.
33:13If I knew Josh Jacobs was out for the entire year, I would immediately move Marshawn Lloyd up to my RB19 right behind DeAndre Swift and Travis Echan.
33:22He would be a top 20 running back. Yeah.
33:25Top 20 with RB1 upside. That's who Marshawn Lloyd is.
33:28I'm not worried about Chris Brooks. Not worried about Caleb Johnson.
33:32I'm all in on Marshawn Lloyd. Okay. All right.
33:34Marshawn Lloyd Sizen is here. Shout out to RockSmash98 for the new follow.
33:38We appreciate that very much. And would you rather have Jackson Dart and likely be a dark horse stack or are there better options?
33:46Honestly, Derek, I'm not huge in the stacking phenomenon here, especially with a team a little bit lower powered like the New York Giants.
33:53So like I'm not I like Dart and I like likely like individually, like I don't want to say like I wouldn't
34:00be running away from that stack, but it's definitely not one like I'm prioritizing by any means.
34:06I don't look to prioritize stacks and unless I'm talking best ball, if we're talking best ball, then I worried about about stacking.
34:13But outside of that, if it happens, cool. But I'm not I'm not worried about it.
34:18But again, to your point, Collins, I won't run away from it like I'll lean into it like if that's the best
34:25players in the board and stuff like yes. And and again, Fitz and Worm and I just did a show about key questions.
34:32And when we're talking about possible tight ends, when we flip the cards over and we're at this spot next year of
34:39tight ends that could be tier one tight ends for next year.
34:43I brought up I brought up Isaiah likely as being one of those guys like if he could or he does establish
34:49himself as the clear number two in this passing attack behind Malik neighbors could be a top five top six tight end next year for draft season.
34:58Yep, sure. Good. Hmm. Let's go. Let's go. Metal James saying, hey, D bro, going to see Chevelle and breaking Benjamin on the 18th either live.
35:06You've never seen either one of them. Let's go.
35:09I've seen breaking Ben. Probably about five or six times.
35:12I've seen a live acoustic show they did. And then Chevelle, I have not I've not caught.
35:17But dude, Chevelle is so good, man. Panic prone is one of my favorite songs like for the gym playlist.
35:23So good. Did you used to go to Warped Tour?
35:27You look like a Warped Tour kid. Yes, I was a Warped Tour veteran.
35:31I'll be an emo scene kid to the day I die, my friend.
35:35We're in Converse is now until the day I die.
35:38Yes. We're not a phase. Mom, it's not a phase.
35:41We went to Warped Tour just real quick aside.
35:44We went to Warped Tour, my wife and I, in college for four or five straight years.
35:49And just for a funny aside, one time during crowd surfing at Warped Tour, I got tossed up in the air.
35:56And then it was like everybody was like, oh, man, I'm not catching that dude.
36:01Went straight up in the air, came down and landed on the concrete.
36:05And I snapped two ribs crowd surfing. So, yeah, I've got my battle scars.
36:09It was worth it. I would do it again in a heartbeat.
36:13Warped Tour legend, Derek Brown. It's all good. Broken ribs and all, baby.
36:17D-Bro, we got a question from Billy here. Start Rico Daddle or Marshawn Lloyd.
36:21I have Swift starting in Mononghi stash currently. Start Lloyd.
36:24Lloyd? I don't have to worry about the workload.
36:27He's going to get 15 to 20 touches in week one.
36:31Hmm. Who's taking work away from you, Seth? Exactly.
36:34This pause. Chris Brooks? Caleb Johnson, maybe with three carries?
36:37No. Should I start Travis Etienne over Gentine week one if he's not at 100%?
36:41And Flex Lloyd? Also, which quarterback do you like more between Caleb Williams or Trevor Lawrence for the season?
36:4710-team PPR? Caleb. Only because, and I've hammered this point religiously, the opening schedule, and I say opening, the first half schedule
36:54for the Jacksonville Jaguars is god-awful for past defenses.
36:57It's horrible. So I'll go Caleb. Okay. All right.
37:00And here's another one from White Monster, 865. Do you like the White Monster, Derek?
37:04Is that in your rotation at all? Yeah. It's the old staple.
37:08It's the standby. It's the, you know, when nothing else is available, you just lean on the old go-to.
37:14Yeah. Nice. 12-team PPR, 2-flex for White Monster. He's got Bijan.
37:18He's got Jonathan Brooks, Marshawn Lloyd, Jadarian Price, AJB, Pickens, Loveland, Josh Downs.
37:22Should I trade for Parker Washington or Michael Wilson or sit tight?
37:25Is there a trade that you'd be willing to make to go get them?
37:30Because it feels like, if anything, it might be, you know, trying to get price for Washington sounds like a fair trade to me.
37:37But aside from that, I don't know if there is something out there.
37:41But you only, you know, you are thin kind of out at the wide receiver three position.
37:47I would hold. I mean, I think what you're going to have to give up to acquire Parker Washington.
37:53And if this is a, it's a two-flex league.
37:55So let's just assume you're starting, Bijan, you're starting one of those running backs and you're probably flexing the other two running backs.
38:03Like, you got three, well, two really good wide receivers.
38:06So unless this is like a start three wide receiver league as well, like I think you're pretty much set.
38:12Like, to get Parker, you're probably going to have to go give up.
38:16And I'm not trading for Michael Wilson. I don't care about the contract.
38:20It's all good. Okay. I'm Prezi checking and saying hello, chat.
38:24And hello, Seth and D, bro. Good to see you, Prezi.
38:27And Bam Bam saying, as a certified Kyle, I've moved on to Watermelon Red Bull from Monster.
38:32Bam Bam's smart. And also saying the Monster Rehab raspberry tea going away was a sad, sad day.
38:38What are these names for drinks? Monster Rehab? Like, that makes me definitely want to drink that.
38:43But it's tea infusions. The other rehab that they had that's always been in the gold and black one is like an Arnold Palmer.
38:51So, you know, try that, Seth. It reminds me of, you remember Four Locos back in the day?
38:56I do. And I'm surprised you actually remember this.
38:59I figure Four Loko was before your time, my friend.
39:02So, I had like the revamped Four Locos that like they removed some of the caffeine because, you know, it was like
39:09four cups of coffee and kids' hearts were exploding and stuff.
39:13You know, drinking it back in the day. So, like I think I got the rebranded Four Locos.
39:18But, yeah, you know, I definitely had some, you know, Loko nights if you would back in the day.
39:24A watered down Loko, you know? The less Loko.
39:27Yeah. Yes. Yeah. The Loko light. I can keep going on.
39:30Yes. Oh, that's good. That's a good one. That's a good one out there.
39:35Well done. Well done. I was going to say it's been 10 years since I've had one.
39:40But, you know, I wouldn't have been 21 then.
39:43You might want to pop one of those before a movie and you might stay awake the entire time.
39:49The issue is I don't really like caffeine. It kind of makes me jittery.
39:53I can do like a little bit of like maybe like a half a Diet Coke.
39:58That's about as far as I'll go. I don't know how I would function if I didn't have caffeine.
40:04Yes. Oh, he's just got caffeine pills and lots.
40:07Yeah, bro. Jesse Spano couldn't live this life. She'd be so scared.
40:11You have no clue. The chat will know. You don't know.
40:14It's fine. Now chat. Who's Jesse Spano chat? I was thinking Uncle Jesse.
40:18Sal, move this man. Sal, please. I was thinking.
40:21Is it? Oh, I bring myself right back in.
40:24Don't worry about it. Sal. Trying to try to remove me from the stream.
40:28I can't get you out of the stream. Thank you, Sal.
40:32Move this man. Move this man. Is Jesse Spano not the guy from Full House?
40:36No. Saved by the Bell. And she had a caffeine pill.
40:40Oh, yes. She did have the caffeine. Yes. Yes.
40:43I'm so sorry. I knew. Yeah, I should know Saved by the Bell.
40:47Jesse was kind of the one character that kind of just, you know, she kind of faded.
40:52I do remember that episode, though. She was like just like bombing caffeine pills and, you know, maybe some other substances.
40:59And Zach had to talk her down off the cliff a little bit.
41:03Yeah, I remember that one. Oh, very tough. You know, I mean, like, I remember that being such a big thing with Saved by the Bell.
41:11It was like this, like, really deep episode. And it's like, she's addicted to caffeine pills.
41:16Like, she was at her, like, sorting lines, like, to study for tests.
41:20Like, I was like, what is this ridiculousness, man?
41:23God, it's crazy. Gotta love it. Gotta love it.
41:25I apologize to Jesse. You know, I was more of a Kimberly guy myself.
41:30But, you know, I appreciate that. Here's Boston up 83.
41:33I have three tight ends. Should I drop Jawan Johnson or Rondae Gadsden?
41:37I have Sam Laporta. What do you think here, Derek?
41:40I think you're muted as well, Derek. Good Lord.
41:43I'm having all kinds of tech issues. My freaking AirPods decided to die.
41:47I've had like five shows in a row right now.
41:50So I had to switch live on show. But anyway, I would drop Rondae.
41:55I think he's going to be tight end three in that rotation, man.
41:59Like, I have no hope. I think Charlie Kohler is going to be their starting tight end and lead the Chargers and
42:05routes and targets at the tight end position. No hope for OG.
42:09Yeah, I started moving him down pretty hard in my rankings.
42:13He is below both of these players. And I would say maybe a month ago I was pro Rondae.
42:19But I do agree. I do think he's moving down.
42:22But yeah, if you need to drop someone, I mean, don't just drop for dropping.
42:26If there's another player out there, go get them.
42:29But I don't love holding on to three. I would drop an Rondae for anything.
42:34Yeah. Ham sandwich. It's fine. What about like a salami sandwich?
42:37Salami is good. We were playing disc golf last night.
42:40Me and my pal, he shows up. He has a sandwich that he got from the camp store at the lake and just takes the cheese right off.
42:49And he's just eating meat on bread. I was like, that's terrible.
42:53I take the cheese off. Doesn't like cheese. We have discussed this before.
42:57But I just want to make this known again.
43:00My son has some kind of issue with cheese.
43:03And he hates cheese. And I don't understand this.
43:06But apparently this is a thing because I've talked to a lot of different people.
43:10I cannot square for the life of me how you have issues with cheese.
43:15But people that have problems with cheese will still eat pizza.
43:18It has cheese on it. My son eats it and he's like, it's not the same thing, dad.
43:24And I was like, it's exactly the same thing.
43:26It's the same thing. There's cheese on the pizza.
43:29And you're eating it. But you hate cheese. I can't make any sense out of this.
43:34It doesn't make any sense. What about Gabagool coming in from WU?
43:38I've actually never had legit Gabagool. I haven't had it.
43:41Yeah. I would like to. I would like to.
43:44TCB Relentless saying, my son has a huge thing about textures with certain food.
43:48It is. Yeah. It is. I respect that. I understand that.
43:52Like, I'm a texture person myself. Like, crunchy things like that.
43:55All good. Things that are more like soft or slimy or overcooked.
43:59Like, I've got a big thing where like overcooked noodles.
44:02Oh, I do. Yeah. I, yes. I, yes. Can't do it.
44:06Can't live with it. Can't. Yep. Yep. Guys, we're going to get to more of your questions here and not just talk
44:12about cheese and food and noodles, but we're going to talk your fans football questions here.

44:42single month that actually just happened the other day.

44:52They'll be back for you at five Eastern on the third Tuesday of every month.

45:01Make sure you're rocking and rolling with us over there.
45:04Come get your questions answered and be on the show at fancy pros.com slash chat.
45:08All right. James asking full PPR JSN or Puka at four overall.
45:12I'm Puka still easy, easy. Puka. All right. Uh, girl, dad loves fantasy football.
45:16Pick on half PPR Harrison jr. Coker or Wandale Robinson.
45:20I mean, I am Marvin Harrison in that scenario, but I do like Coker and Wandale.
45:25You're you're that far. You're that far down on, on Harrison team.
45:28Okay, baby. Coker unite. Wow. Which way do you believe in more?
45:32Jacob Brissett, Bryce Young. That's a real question. That's like picking between two devils on my shoulder, man.
45:38None of them are going to a good path.
45:41Yeah, I know. But the question remains, Seth, who are you picking?
45:44You didn't set. You sidestepped it. Jacoby Brissett or, or even, I'll even throw in, I'll give you Carson back.
45:51Well, I was going to say SB Jacoby Brissett slash Carson back.
45:54Cause we know we're seeing back. You get Jacoby Brissett, Carson back or Bryce Young.
45:59Where are you going? Based on how he played at the end of last season, I will take Bryce Young.
46:05And, but that's probably a hot take. It's a co-kid.
46:08You're a co-kid. It's okay. Cool. Got it. Just like Jesse Spano, huh?
46:12Yeah. Apparently. Oh no. Oh no. Caffeine Hills ruined lives these days, man.
46:17Bam Bam Branson also just shipped out Scadaboo and Lloyd for a top half 2027 first and second.
46:22Have plenty of depth and could pass up, couldn't pass up that offer.
46:26Wow. Yeah. I don't, I don't hate that at all.
46:29Do you? No. I like that. Totally down with it.
46:32Yeah. Yeah. I mean, you're getting, you know, if you got depth.
46:36Yeah. I mean, I like both those players this year.
46:39Well, knowing that it's a top, top end pick too.
46:42Definitely makes it like versus like, you know, late first.
46:46Yeah. I feel like, eh, it's good, but it's not great.
46:49So. Yeah. Doc Stoos checking in. What's up? Doc saying 10 team half point PPR, but tight ends, uh, one point PPR,
46:56one quarterback, two running backs, three wide receiver, one tight end, two flex.
47:00I have the number two pick this weekend with my draft strategy change and possibly pick tight ends early given the roles with tight ends.
47:08So, okay. So it's a little bit of a premium for tight ends.
47:12That being said though, Derek, I think you're still going one, one of those running backs at one or it's a, uh, chase or Puka type of pick.
47:21And then maybe you bump those other, you know, elite tight ends that you consider them on the turn.
47:27What I think is you use this format to your advantage doc and you go with the running back and you garner some running backs and wide receivers.
47:35And if everybody kind of, this is also kind of reading the room when you get to premium formats and stuff like
47:42that, especially in a 10 team or like, can I make this depends on where they go.
47:47Can I make you a reason of like, or a conversation of how Colston Loveland is the best pick on the board here?
47:55Absolutely. Absolutely. But it depends on where he goes.
47:57If people overreach on tight ends because of the format and you get Brock Bowers going and like back into round one,
48:04top end around two, and then it starts the tight end run.
48:08And everybody's like, Oh, McBride is a second round pick.
48:11Loveland's a second round pick. Then no, you're not following the title wave.
48:15But if like those guys kind of go and then everybody's like, Oh, I need to catch up on running back and wide receiver.
48:23Then does Tyler Warren become the best value at tight end on the board?
48:27Possibly. So some of this doc, like you just need to like, again, this is a perfect, and this is not just
48:34me blowing smoke and reading things, tools and stuff for fantasy pros just to do it.
48:39But this is a great reason of why you use draft Intel, because if this league has been around for a few years, you can see those trends.
48:48You can see where these guys go. You can expect, or at least try to expect how this draft kind of falls
48:55and how you're going to play the board. So am I going to chase tight ends up the board in a premium format like this?
49:02No. If they fall or I get a value guy fall to me.
49:07Absolutely. In a vacuum, I am more comfortable making a bet on a guy later in this type of format that could
49:13absolutely just crush like a guy where you swing on the upside of Isaiah likely adult and Kincaid.
49:19If he gets the damn route, George Kittle, if he bounces back, those are more likely my draft targets in this type of format.
49:27But again, it goes down to reading the room.
49:29And could you get one of those guys at a good value?
49:33Possibly. Yeah. All right. Let's do some rapid fire to get out of here on in the last 13 or so minutes.
49:40Derek fat salad. One of my favorite types of salads, like it is out here in Pittsburgh.
49:45We got the French fries. You got, you know, the eggs, everything good on it out here.
49:51Oh, the dressing and bacon. Fat salad saying, how are we feeling about a draft strategy for an eight man PPR league,
49:58but it's three wide receiver, two running back, two flex, a quarterback and a tight end.
50:03I haven't seen many good articles on these types of small leagues with wider player pulls.
50:08Derek, it's a great question because usually we say, okay, if you're condensing it to eight teams, I am more inclined to
50:14go out and get an elite tight end or an elite quarterback.
50:18That said though, does it change anything adding a third wide receiver and a second flex?
50:23No, because you're still only have eight teams. So the depth and layers that are going to call to you later, it
50:30still makes like, you're still need to be winning from the onesie positions.
50:34So still like, I'm not telling you to go draft Josh Allen and Brock Bowers on the same damn team.
50:40Yeah. But again, the guys that could be or are in that elite tier that are values compared to these onesie positions are Jalen hurts and Colston Loveland.
50:49So I would prioritize them. And yes, it's still the onesie positions.
50:53Cause again, everybody in this league is going to be fielding a total like lineup and roster of all-stars.
50:59It's are my all-stars better than your all-stars. Also, we got grand grand old rocks asking here.
51:04Did a 14 team PPR drafting eighth overall grade this team, Derek on a, let's do a one through 10 scale.
51:11JSN Walker, Devonta Smith, Waddle, two in Fanning, Purdy, White, QJ, Algier, only three bench spots.
51:16So can make some moves during buys. I like the start of this a lot, Derek.
51:21I do like the first five to six picks where I, where I can't give it an A is the fact that
51:28he went Purdy and Fanning six to seven, seven sounds early for Purdy, even in a 14 team league.
51:33So for that, I would give it a B plus.
51:37I give it a B plus too. And you could be kind of like, I mean, you're piecing together RB two here.
51:43So yeah, you know, outside of like, I wouldn't have gone Fanning around six or Purdy around seven.
51:49I would have tried to like, you know, hammer another wide receiver running back in one of those spots.
51:55Um, but again, it's a B plus, I think it's still a really good team.
52:00Reapers have team PPR is golf. Chase Brown, Javante Williams, Corum, tank Bigsby, Jonathan Brooks, Amon, raw Garrett Wilson, Christian Watson, Godwin
52:07Casey, except C on QJ McBride tight end. Is this a good team?
52:11Any moves I should look at? Wow. I very good team.
52:14Yeah. I mean, right now I, I wouldn't be making any moves.
52:18I would just let it like get a few weeks into the season and see how the team shifts out for you.
52:25Like I like this team. I don't think like there's any, there's no spots where I'm like, Oh, you need to upgrade at.
52:32So Derek, how high is too high for Parker Washington?
52:35Are you willing to push this into the fourth round or is it still like fifth round?
52:40It's pretty much as early as I would go.
52:43That's kind of where he's been shaking out. And a lot of the ECR and NADP is like mid to late fifth, early sixth round pick.
52:51Is that where you're comfortable taking them or would you push us further?
52:55I, if you were at the back end of the fourth round, I, I could make you a really good case to take him there.
53:03It just depends on what the board looks like versus him and some of the running backs.
53:09Like if we're already into the basial toot and tear of like split backfields and we don't know what to do with
53:15these low end RB twos versus Parker Washington, I'm drafting Parker Washington.
53:19Okay. Um, our hand asking, uh, do you think a quarterback earlier, do you pick a quarterback earlier?
53:25If passing touchdowns are worth six points and passing completions are worth 0.5 and incompletions are worth minus 0.5?
53:31No, you could still get Jordan love. You could still get Brock Purdy.
53:35You could still get Matthew Stafford. You could still get Jared golf.
53:39Any one of those guys are amazing. Dak Prescott, all of those at value.
53:43No. How are you feeling about K9 and the two at one?
53:47Is that still right in line with you, Derek?
53:49Or is that getting a little bit too rich given the foot swelling happening out there in Kansas city?
53:55Just because of that one kind of like offhand report.
53:59I'm not moving a Kenneth Walker down. If anybody wants to, I totally understand it.
54:03But right now he still is my 13th overall player.
54:06Thoughts on the non guy reducing Swift's production. Billy Wayne's ask.
54:10I mean, he's going to be hurt beginning the year.
54:13So I don't think it's like he's going to take a bigger role than he had last year.
54:19Yeah. It's still the lead back. Like unquestionable. Yeah.
54:21A full send. Should I drop Tyler Algier, Trey Tucker or Rashad White for Jonah Coleman and Malik Willis or Kenyon Black?
54:28I have CMC and was thinking about taking Greg Dolcich due to my poor tight end situation and his upside is crazy.
54:35Maybe. But we are going for the chip boys.
54:38I would drop Trey Tucker for Jonah Coleman for sure.
54:41And I would drop Tyler Algier for Malik Willis.
54:44I would drop both those guys. Oh, I'm not dropping Algier.
54:47No, I'm not doing that. Because you believe in the Jacoby Brissett, Carson Beck led offense.
54:52What happens if he could be a starting running back in week one?
54:56I'm not letting you and I love Malik Willis.
54:59I mean, I'm the highest in ECR on Malik Willis.
55:02But like I would just find a different way to get Malik Willis on my roster without dropping Algier.
55:08I Algier just kind of seems like a fool's ear.
55:11Where are you at on Algier? I got him ranked 36 overall.
55:15Where are you at? Nearly that high. He's the bottom.
55:18What? Why are you buying in so heavy to the Cardinals offense?
55:22You think they're going to score a crackdown and a touchdown?
55:25I'm not. You are with... I just think he could start a couple games and like a starting...
55:31And Tyler Algier is always like kind of a fringe worthy flex kind of guy.
55:36You know, spot RB2 type of player. So... No.
55:39I've got Tyler Algier at RB49. There's so many other running back.
55:42I'm willing to... Like... I mean, stop me when I'm wrong here.
55:46Let's go from RB36. Blake Horm. Mike Washington. The Washington Commanders guys.
55:50RJ Harvey. Aaron Jones. I'll take him over. Mike Washington.
55:53I have no words for you. Next question. I have no words for you.
55:57Okay. I don't even know what to tell you right now.
56:01Seth? Start Josh Allen or Williams. I have Texans defense or should I go get another defense?
56:06I mean, you're starting Josh Allen if you have him, right?
56:10Josh Allen can have a great day and so can the Texans defense.
56:14Like they can get a pick six for a touchdown and get a few sacks and Josh Allen could still go Superman.
56:20So... Yeah. Start him. Yeah, you're all right. It sounds like you're working against yourself, but you're not.
56:26Yeah. First of them. First of them. Yep. We're going to go with that.
56:3014 team PPR. Any way to take Bowers in round?
56:34No. I can't do that. Deeper leagues. Deep prioritize quarterback and tight end.
56:38You have to sacrifice somewhere in 14 and 16 teamers.
56:41Devalue quarterback and tight end. And thank me later.
56:44Metal James. Should I pick up Bill for a bench spot?
56:47Line issues worry me, but they're still working. But they're working.
56:50Saying he's working on his pass catching. Spears and Pollard.
56:54I mean, Pollard needs to be picked up first, I would say.
56:57They'll need to be picked up. You're dropping two people to pick those up, Metal James.
57:02Definitely. Enrico. Afternoon bros. 10 team. Half point PPR.
57:05Super league. Please grade my draft. Let's do 1 through 10 again.
57:09Let's go A through B. I think we did that last time.
57:13QB. May. Murray. Willis. Running backs. Brown. Kyron Williams.
57:15Brooks. Gainwell. Coleman. Wide receiver. Sun God. AJB. Devontae Adams.
57:19Evans. Tight end Kincaid. Yeah. This is an A team.
57:22I like this. Yeah. Like a 93, 94. Yeah.
57:25I mean, this would grade high with my rankings if you did this on the fantasy pros.
57:30Very nice. Very nice. Draft assistant. Love it. Absolutely.
57:33Whips. Hey, pros. Half point PPR. Kelsey or Terrence Ferguson as a bench spot.
57:37I do. Kelsey. Okay. He's a top 12 tight end dude.
57:40And if he scores touchdowns, he's going to be top five, top six this year.
57:45Like I'm not at the best. What is Terrence Ferguson?
57:48The third option in that passing attack? Like a fringe.
57:51Yeah. Fringe tight end one. T for hype, man.
57:54If that's the case, we have way, we have lost the sauce.
57:58Just saying. Calm tragedies asking trade thoughts. I offer JT KT or JT Tucker craft DJ more for gives.
58:04Is he insane for saying, no, he mentioned he thinks Barkley and neighbors was a better offer.
58:09He received from someone. I mean, I'm not giving up.
58:12I'm not giving up for Gibbs. I'm sorry. Like that.
58:15Yeah. It's just depleting your team. I can't do that.
58:19Yeah. So, so no, that he, yeah, he is crazy for thinking that was a bad trick.
58:24I would say yes. But I mean, also Barkley and neighbors for Gibbs is a really good deal too.
58:30So this guy's just, you know, he's just got Gibbs.
58:33Like basically he's untouchable. Like you're not getting Gibbs from that team.
58:37So, and that's fine. TC, TCB asking 18 league.
58:40And I have six running backs, Hampton Hall, Swift, Scadaboo, Bucky, and ETN.
58:44Who would you package for an upgrade? Bucky and Scadaboo.
58:47And if, and if, if one of those guys is not palatable for whoever, then just exchange what I would do TCB.
58:54You go to a team and you say, all right, you can have two of Swift, Scadaboo, and Bucky.
59:00Who are you giving me at the top of the board?
59:03Mm-hmm. Pick, pick your two. People like choices. They do.
59:06Yeah. Tastingly, uh, asking 16 man, full PPR. He's got for say, he's got Willis.
59:11He's got Brees Hall, Walker, McCaffrey, Rodriguez, Flowers, Waddle, McConkie, Downs, Fryermuth, Jawan Johnson, Tongass, Raiders, and Colts defense.
59:17What do you think about this team? I think you should not be rostering two defenses.
59:22And I do not think you should be rostering three tight ends, especially two of them on the Steelers.
59:28So, I mean, I would drop Fryermuth, Tongass, but you know, also like your defensive choices are questionable, I would say, Derek.
59:35Drop the Raiders, drop, uh, Pat Fryermuth, drop Tongass, and pick up wide receivers and running backs.
59:40Like, pick up 10 first, pick up Bryce Lance, pick up running back handcuffs.
59:44Yeah, drop those three. I don't hate the rest of your team.
59:48The rest of your team being bad. I don't hate the rest of the team.
59:53I mean, quarterbacks, uh, outside of Willis, like Brissette's kind of suspect as a QB2.
59:57I would honestly like, okay, so let's play the board here, Seth.
60:01If, uh, you're dropping all three of those players, considering your quarterback room, I would pick up Shadr Sanders.
60:07Um, yeah, yeah. I think he'll be starting week three.
60:10I think that they put Deshaun Watson in as a starter to fail when week one, week two, and when they get
60:17back home, it's going to be Shadr starting. So love that.
60:21Billy, 10 team PPR trade or upgrade hurt. Swift, Lloyd, Olave, Jackson Smith and Jigba, Goddard, Dowdle for the flex Steelers defense, Aubrey at kicker.
60:28Um, I mean, I would maybe want a better, I mean, I'm okay.
60:32Yeah. Yeah. Like I understand he went wide receiver, wide receiver.
60:36Yeah. I'm, I'm only kind of curious. Like what does the rest of your bench look like?
60:41If, can you pair somebody to upgrade from Dowdle?
60:44If that's the case, then I would do that.
60:47Yeah. Okay. Uh, Pietro asking, Hey guys, I'm having a 15 player linear PPR draft soon.
60:52What strategies would you recommend linear? Oh man. I don't, I don't know why we're playing in.
60:57I mean, that's crazy. I mean, I, I mean, my, my strategy would be find a new league.
61:03I'm not playing in a linear league. That's great.
61:06That's crazy talk. I get it. I mean, I understand it, but, um, you do.
61:10No, no, no. Like I understand staying in a league that you've been in for forever.
61:15Like despite that, that's a crazy, that's crazy. It's good.
61:18I'm definitely not saying it's good, but. I've never even heard of that for a, for a draft.
61:24That's insane. I always hear snake drafts, but with this, um, this goes back to like what I was talking about a
61:31second ago in larger leagues, like 14, 16 teamers like this D prioritize quarterback and tight end.
61:36Wait, wait on both of those positions. You got to sacrifice somewhere.
61:40Do it quarterback and tight end. Yeah. Uh, Collins just saying, finally have my draft on Saturday.
61:45Thanks boys for all your wisdom and knowledge. Wish me luck.
61:49Good luck. W Collins. Thank you so much for supporting us.
61:52He's been in the live chats here literally since I think the season ended.
61:56And of course there's a huge supporter last year.
61:59So thank you Collins for always, uh, making our day a little bit brighter and speaking of making our day brighter van rod checking in.
62:07Would you guys drop Sutton or Addison for Lloyd?
62:10Yes, I would. Um, I run. Yeah. My running backs cook Brown's got a boot Irving wide receivers flowers burden.
62:16Uh, Sutton Addison. I mean, Caleb Douglas or yeah.
62:19Yeah. Drop Douglas. Absolutely. No, no. Van Rau, are you a Miami dolphins fan or something that you would consider dropping those guys before?
62:26He's gotta be, I don't know. Uh, drew drew saying how much of the target share is burden going to take away from Rome?
62:34I mean, not. I think it's gonna be like a 22%.
62:37I'm going to say probably like a 20, 22% target shares.
62:41That were kind of like, it's going to be a consolidated passing attack.
62:45It's literally those three guys. And then what the hell else?
62:48So like, yeah, let's just parse it out here.
62:51Seth Rome gets a 23% target share burdens at the same Colson Loveland's at anywhere from 23 to 25.
62:57Those three guys make up legit, like close to 75% of the targets for the Chicago offense.
63:02That's how I'm projecting it. Yeah. Um, here is Sharif saying I'm in a 10 man league and I have the third pick.
63:10Should I switch to the eighth pick? Um, I don't really love picking from the eighth this year.
63:15Personally, Derek, I think there's a tear break after like the top six.
63:19So I'm good at staying in a 10 team or stay top three in a 10 team or stay top three.
63:26Yeah. Go get that stud at the top. Best draft strategy for a 10, 12 team standard league with really competitive players.
63:33Fantasy pros draft assistant. That's one of the big ones I should say.
63:37Touchdown league too. I would. Yeah. Are you more, more incentivized to draft running backs early in this as well at 12?
63:44Cause I feel like running backs are going to fly off in a standard league.
63:48It just depends on where you're drafting and what the board looks like.
63:52But yes, in the, at this, in this year, running backs are going to go early and often, especially in a standard
63:59league, you probably get more of a discount on somebody like a Derrick Henry than maybe you should.
64:05Yeah. Um, yeah. In this type of format. So last question here, Derek from Cordell, uh, what round is best pick a quarterback?
64:12Same question for defense as well. If I cannot even pick a defense and just have an extra player going into week one, like I prefer that.
64:21And like quarterback, I'm late round pretty much all day.
64:24Unless dart falls, like dart's been following me in like the 10th and I've been taking him there and I've been taking hurts.
64:31Maybe if he falls in the six or seventh, I consider him there.
64:35Any disagreement from your approach? I think I would take hurts in the sixth round.
64:40If he's there outside of that, it'd be taken Dak Prescott.
64:43I'm like the seventh or eighth round. If he's there, if not, I'm waiting and I will legit just build.
64:49I just did this in one of our fantasy pros leagues.
64:53I'll, I'll just build a room of two of these three quarter or two of these quarterbacks, build a two man quarterback
65:00room with Jared golf, Baker Mayfield, Tyler Shuck, only Quillis log out.
65:03Yeah. Yep. Love it. Derek. Great stuff for you, man.
65:07Uh, any big plans for you last weekend without professional football back in our lives, man?
65:12Week one of the college football season kicking off the night, a little Georgia tech, uh, Colorado.
65:17I would love to say that I do, but honestly this last weekend before football action, I'm going to be finishing, I'm
65:24going to be working on the primer this weekend and spend the time with my family and just chilling as much as
