0:00This is an iHeart Podcast. Guaranteed Human. All right and welcome into Fantasy Pros Live on the YouTube channel.
0:06The NFL is certainly now the conversation in the sports world as we're just five weeks away from the regular season kicking off.
0:12We'll chat about all that today with another Q&A coming your way right here.
0:16So go ahead, drop your questions below and we'll be sure to answer as many super chats as we can get to
0:23that come in within the next 20 or so minutes.
0:26I'm your host Seth Wilcox back with a recovering Saints fan, downtown Derek Brown and D-Bro.
0:30So before we jump into the questions, I gotta ask what's your instant reaction to wide receiver Stefon Diggs officially signing with the Washington Commanders?
0:38Funny you mentioned that. Worm, Erickson and I just covered that on a tailgate episode.
0:42We just talked, literally just got off recording so that'll be live on tailgate channel today, tomorrow.
0:47We shall see. Dude, I already moved Stefan Diggs up in my rankings.
0:51I put this out on Twitter. I said he's immediately a top 30 wide receiver and everybody's like, oh wow, whatever.
0:57Oh wow. Yeah. Okay. Tell me why. Oh wow.
0:59He was wide, he was wide receiver 23 and fantasy points per game last year.
1:04So he's going to get worse. And he was elite on a per route basis, Seth.
1:08So that's Terry McLaurin. Who is he competing with for targets?
1:12Who? Big jig, baby. Big jig. Antonio Williams, two of my favorites.
1:15Dude. Antonio Williams hasn't been working with the ones.
1:18He just barely got sprinkled in an 11 on 11 yesterday.
1:21So yeah, I mean, I don't think the ADP is going to probably will move digs down whenever ADP settles of just
1:27a little bit, just staying ahead of consensus. But I think he is a strong wide receiver three.
1:33I'm not pushing him up into the top 24, but outside of him, McLaurin, like this passing attack will run through the two of them.
1:40And for everybody at home, like last year, Stefan Diggs was the wide receiver 23 and fantasy points per game.
1:46While only being the Patriots version of Christian Watson, basically running 65% of the routes.
1:50Oh, wow. But, oh, you know, by the way, he was eighth in yards per route run, eighth in first downs per route run.
1:57So top 12 in a metric we should all care about, but you know, I guess, I guess he's too old.
2:03No, I can understand that he is playing with another good quarterback and Jane Daniels will hope that health is on their side this year in Washington.
2:11Probably not a great time that yesterday. I just bet the Chig Okonkwo over 500.
2:16Oh, can you cash out? Can you cash out?
2:18I'll tell you, I'll tell you what, he's still done that, you know, two out of last four years.
2:24He's hit 450 every single year of his career.
2:26So I'm still feeling all right about that. I still think arrows are pointing.
2:30I think you're hoping. I think you're coping right now.
2:33Yeah, I think you're trying to rationalize. This is rationalized coping right now.
2:37Yeah, it's what you have to do out here, right?
2:40You know, buyer's regret only gets us so far.
2:43Thank you to everyone who's tuning in today. We appreciate D bro's instant reaction.
2:47There's just Stefan Diggs, Miranda checking in saying hello, everyone ready for some football as are we Miranda.
2:52Steve, Steven also checking in. That Abby is legit, bro.
2:55Yeah, I like that. Abby respect that. Uh, D bro.
2:58Timbo slice is asking how was the, uh, Saturday evening in New York city?
3:02Yeah, it was great, man. We, uh, I took in a play on, on Broadway.
3:06My first play ever. I'm not a huge musical guy, but a musical.
3:10Okay. There's a difference. There's a difference. Mormon was absolutely fantastic.
3:13Okay, great one. I would recommend it to everybody and anybody.
3:16It was, it was like watch it was a live action version of South park.
3:21Basically it was wonderful. Fantastic. Glad to hear that.
3:23That's always one I've been, uh, excited to see eventually.
3:26I, I've done Broadway a few times. Would not mind going back.
3:30Hamilton still is the one Oh one just for everybody.
3:33Okay. We're, we're keeping it real here. Hamilton's still the opera has got to be, I'd say a first round pick of there too.
3:40Phantom of the opera. 75 years old. Really? You're going with Phantom of the opera.
3:44That's the only one I've seen on Broadway. It pretty well.
3:47I liked it. You need to go. Have you ever watched Hamilton?
3:51Like even like on like the movie? Yes, I've seen the movie.
3:54Yes, dude. It's so good. The, the, the, the entire, like the guy that was playing the King, uh, the King was fantastic, man.
4:01Wonderful. Yes. Agreed with you there. James, we just talked about digs to commanders to go back about five minutes.
4:07I'm not moving Terry just to keep this short.
4:10Okay. James, I'm not moving Terry. I'm not touching his rank.
4:13No, but I did bump also, uh, the flip side of this too.
4:17I did bump Jaden Daniels up. I know we talked about this in Canton, Seth, the, the episode that will forever, you know, not be named.
4:24Um, but I did bump Jaden Daniels up. I'm a man of my word.
4:28We talked about this, uh, in Canton. As soon as Stefan digs sign, I bumped Jaden Daniels up to QB six, but
4:35I think the conversation starts for him at QB four.
4:38So people want to get more aggressive, totally here for it.
4:41Husky Husky saying, what's up, Seth and Debra. What's up Husky?
4:44I'm having a great day. Uh, we also have Kyle Branson, bam, bam, checking in saying also happy first episode of the new Ted Lasso season, man.
4:52Okay. I'm not a lasso guy because I have to cap it at some point.
4:56How many of these various freaking streaming services I'm going to pay for?
5:00Yeah. And I just, I had to hard cap it at like, and so Ted Lasso did not make the cut because
5:07I'm just like, eh, you're weighing all the different ones.
5:09I'm like, okay, Disney plus for the kids, YouTube TV, uh, Netflix.
5:13It's like, uh, we have prime. We also have Hulu that goes with Disney plus.
5:17It's like, I can't get into the paramount and the Apple TV and HBO and all that kind of crap.
5:23It's like, dude, at some point it's like, were we all just wrong and we should have just stuck with cable.
5:29They got us all and now we can't go back.
5:32So, you know, you gotta choose your battles, man.
5:35A company Slack channel, just like pull together all of our logins for different streaming services that we like kind of somewhat use.
5:42Like I realize you're saying this all live on YouTube at a, almost a 300 K audience.
5:46So that's all right. I got, I got probably not the best.
5:50You can run paramount. I can take your Hulu login, you know, do a little there.
5:55You're walking through all of this in real time.
5:57Live on air. That's all right. Why? Password sharing will continue to save the day.
6:02Uh, speaking of saving the day, we got, uh, a great question here from Panda asking, what's up?
6:07Fancy pros, Rashi Rice or Travis ETN? Who do you want?
6:10Redraft or dynasty? I mean, yeah, but there's some point though, when Rashee Rice becomes a value, I think in, in, you know, at least redraft purposes.
6:18So dynasty though, no dynasty. I am concerned. I'd still take him just because of the value and then try to move
6:24him because I think you can get more. Um, at the same time though, like when it comes to overall, like, you
6:31know, fantasy redraft rankings, where are you at right now on Rashi Rice?
6:35I think I have a backend, you know, second round pick currently.
6:38Oh, I don't have him that high. I really buried.
6:41Yeah. I just, he looks like he's running in mud in camp right now, dude.
6:45I just, I can't, the guy also like he just continually does idiotic stuff.
6:49Like basically anytime that he has off time. Yeah.
6:52I'm not really in on the, uh, the jail rehab.
6:55He doesn't look spry in camp. I've got him as a fourth round pick right now.
7:00I've got him at wide receiver 24. So anybody from my ranks is not going to get any of Rashi Rice.
7:06And I I'm fine with that. Like from a dynasty perspective, it would be Travis ETN for me, uh, only because of the contract.
7:13I think he has like a two year run window to be the lead back.
7:17Hopefully the red zone guy, I think Camara is going to hurt him some this year, but this is probably Camara's last year.
7:24So outside of that dynasty circles, I'd take ETN and, um, because Rashi Rice is in a contract year and he's not
7:30nearly as young as people think he is. So I think there is no chance the Kansas city chiefs pay him.
7:36And for all the stupidity that he's had off the field, I don't see any franchise that's going to be lining up
7:43to like, make this guy a paid man. Like tell me this, Seth, what do you think the chances are where she
7:49rice gets like a four year, a hundred million deal from any team, much less a two year deal.
7:55It's going to be low. It's going to be low, right?
7:58It is. And it's not because of the production on the field.
8:01It's because of all the, all the off the field shenanigans, right?
8:05It's off the field stuff, but it's also like, it's not like he's been able to stay healthy and stuff too.
8:11The other thing about it, he's a very limited player.
8:14He is a very limited player. What he does in that offense.
8:17You could ask a billion other guys in the NFL right now to just run drag routes and slants all freaking day.
8:24Okay. Sure. We can draft a guy in round five to do that.
8:28Oh yeah. He does a good job at doing the role that Andy Reed wants him to, you know, portray, but at
8:34the same time, I can understand that. Um, the running back check down option out of the backfield.
8:39Yeah. Yeah. Uh, here's a Marquise Alley checking in saying Gibbs still a first round pick with the hold in Derek.
8:45I mean, I still about the one-on-one personally. Um, I just believe more in the lions offense than I do the Falcon.
8:52So I'm actually now pro Jamir Gibbs at the one-on-one where are you at Gibbs versus Bijan versus kind of that top
8:58tier of, of player right there with those three elite wide receivers as well.
9:02Uh, I have been, I remain Bijan at a one-on-one only because I fully believe this is the year that he will
9:09have the fourth ever season of one K one K by running back.
9:13I think he's going to hit it this year.
9:15I think to, uh, I don't think Penix is going to be the quarterback.
9:19So check down two is going to be there.
9:22I think Bijan is probably going to be like fighting to be the wider super two on that team as far as targets.
9:29So I just look at Bijan as younger Christian McCaffrey.
9:31Sure. The offense is not amazing when you look at that versus the lions.
9:36The other thing about it with Gibbs is like, could he spike 20 touchdowns and bury me this year?
9:41Yeah, that absolutely could happen. The other parts of the Gibbs profile are that, I mean, I still think that this team
9:47is live to trade for a James Connor. I think that we still can't say that that is not possible.
9:53So if that is still somewhere in the ether, as well as there's still a crap ton of really good players that
10:00are also going to get touchdowns in this offense with, I'm going to say Brown, Sammy ball game coming back and then JMO and stuff.
10:07So it's not like there aren't other talented guys in this offense too, to where, yeah, Gibbs could spike 20 touchdowns and bury me and crush.
10:15But there's also a point of like, if you look at all the splits last year, he wasn't Christian McCaffrey esque through
10:21the passing game until Laporta was out. And so if Laporta is going to take a, you know, be the clear number
10:27two in this passing attack right now, that's going to hurt Gibbs.
10:31Yeah. Yeah. Totally understand that. Um, really great question here from Nick checking in as well.
10:36Derek saying I'm in a 10 team PPR league.
10:38Do the elite onesies become more or less important to make sure you get, and Nick's been watching the show.
10:44We've, we've hammered this point over how many different live streams.
10:47Yeah. Yeah, absolutely. I think, you know, not to bury the lead, but you have to go after those onesie positions a
10:54little bit more where I'm comfortable fading, you know, quarterbacks at the top of the board in a 12 man league in
11:0010, I'm much more inclined to go after one of these top five, six guys.
11:04I think so. The two guys that I will highlight to try to get Nick that can give you elite upside at
11:11the onesie positions in quarterback and tight end that you don't have to draft inside of the top two or pay up like as much for other players.
11:19And Seth, you probably already know where I'm going with this is Jalen hurts.
11:23Yep. And Colston Loveland. Jalen hurts is being dismissed.
11:26He's being like, he has all of the same freaking risk factors as Lamar Jackson, but nobody talks about it.
11:32Yeah. New OC, new, new transition. Give me the Philly offensive line and skill players over Baltimore situation and hurts as a
11:38rusher, as a goal line threat and all that kind of stuff.
11:41Hurts could still spike 14 to 15 rushing touchdowns this year.
11:45Lamar's not getting close to that number and we could see the first year because everybody that says, Oh, Jalen hurts can't
11:51throw over the middle of the field. Uh, I point to all of the camp notes right now and what he's doing
11:57in camp to say that you're wrong and it's idiotic, but with Loveland, you could get a run out close to, if
12:04not very similar to Brock Bowers and you're not paying for it, if he can match Trey McBride or Brock Bowers on
12:10a per route basis and all the numbers and he was the dude last year, he crushed McBride and Brock Bowers in
12:17week 16 through 20 and every single per route metric over those last two years.
12:21And that's, I mean, I'm talking about the last two tight end ones in fantasy and Loveland was doing that.
12:27We just haven't seen it for a full season yet.
12:30Those are the two onesie guys to pay out for Nick.
12:33Yeah. And speaking of Colston Loveland, if you guys want a chance right now to win a Colston Loveland signed Chicago bears,
12:39Jersey courtesy of our friends over pristine auction.com, then this is your shot.
12:43Don't just draft them in fantasy. Come get this autographed Jersey as well.

13:32We got some more fun questions coming in. This next one is courtesy of it's okay to laugh Derek, because it is always okay to laugh.
13:40Thoughts on the QB RB stacks in general, better to have a mobile quarterback like Hertz and Barkley, Allen and cook, et
13:46cetera, or a pocket passer like Burrow and Chase Brown, Dak and Javante Williams.
13:51What's your approach here on the QB RB stack?
13:53Is that something you're really going out for it?
13:56Are you shying away from that type of method?
13:58I'm not shying away from it, but I'm also not going to go like head over heels to try to make sure it happens.
14:05I think when you're looking at QB RB stacks, this really is just, you're investing in the offense and you're saying with
14:12your chest that the offense is going to be good.
14:15And if you're, if you're doing that, it's just, I'm fine with however people want to do that.
14:20If it happens, if it doesn't, I would say I'm less in on Barkley.
14:24I'm more in on Hertz. Allen and cook is totally fine.
14:27Again, you're making the bet. If you go for the running back that one, he's going to be the clear bell cow
14:34where the red zone guy, like easily. And you're making a bet that the offense is going to be good because of both of these guys cook.
14:41Then the offense is top five, top 10 and scoring then, then that's how you win.
14:46So. Okay. All right. Like that. Um, here we got another question coming in as well from bam, bam, same boys starting at pick five.
14:53Should I be looking at CMC or Puka slash JSN slash I'll, I'll throw chase out there to kind of feel conflicted
15:00since I've CMC and Puka in dynasty Derek, for me, there's that top clear.
15:04It's the two top running backs in B John and Gibbs.
15:07And then it's chase Puka and JSN is kind of that next year for me.
15:12So I would be looking at those wide receivers as opposed to CMC.
15:15What about yourself? Um, I'm fine with Puka or CMC here.
15:19Um, I'm lower on JSN only because I worry Seattle because they're otherworldly efficient last year, taking a step back because of Kubiak and just natural regression.
15:26So, and dude, like you're looking at also team reception, like receiving yardage, receiving yardage market share.
15:31JSN put up just insane. Like he was at almost like 45% of the freaking teams receiving yards.
15:37Like that also in itself is really, really tough to replicate year over year.
15:41I look at Puka. And, um, I've been workshopping this take.
15:44I think he could break fantasy this year in the sense of if you look at just the red zone, first read
15:50share, if it evens out between him and Adams and, and just in the sense of this year, or if Puka takes
15:57over that role over Adams, Puka has like legit 25, 26 PPR point per game upside.
16:01Like if you look at just the weeks where last year, he was a full-time player, like, cause he also got hurt
16:08week seven, miss week eight, take those two out.
16:10He averaged 24.7 PPR points per game. Seth Puka did.
16:13So, and then we're playing the touchdown game. If we just flip this on its head and say, Puka didn't get 10 receiving touchdowns last year.
16:21If he got 14, that's 26 PPR points per game.
16:24Seth. Yeah. That's the type of ceiling that Puka has.
16:27And as good as chase is, I don't think he's, he's going to be able to step into that rarefied air.
16:33Like where chase like at his best has been like a 23, 22 kind of point guy.
16:38Right. Um, I think Puka could break fantasy and CMC.
16:41It's just a bad of it's a binary decision.
16:43Does he stay healthy or does he not? If he stays healthy, he's a top two running back.
16:49If he doesn't, you're screwed. So really that's what it comes down to.
16:52Yeah. Risk tolerance there in the first round is always something to keep in mind.
16:57Derek Brown reminding us there. And, uh, we also have Ken patchy checking in saying, uh, I have the number two pick in a dynasty rookie draft.
17:05Should I pick Mendoza or Tate? I'm currently holding may next Daniel Jones and Shador Sanders as my quarterback.
17:10My wide receivers are Devonta Smith, uh, Parker Washington, Malik neighbors, tank Dell, Ted McMillan, Pierce Saul and neighbors.
17:16So pretty good at both positions. Yeah. It looks like he's got two Malik neighbor shares too, which is always great.
17:22I'm just kidding. But, uh, you know, that's how the question was phrased there.
17:26Derek, for me, like I'm still going Fernando here.
17:28I just think it's a better value at, at that one Oh two pick overall.
17:33Like I don't mind if you want to pivot to Carnell Tate.
17:36I just think there's a better floor with super flex value at the quarterback position here for rookies.
17:42Um, I could make you a case for either one of these guys and his room is really, really good.
17:47The only thing I'll say with this is I think I would go Tate, but I, you can make me a case for either one of these.
17:55I feel really good about your quarterback room here with may Nixon, Jones and Sanders.
18:00I think the, the other thing that I'd be doing, Ken, I think Shador is going to win this job.
18:05As soon as he wins that job, you flip him for a 27 or 28 second, uh, in super flex.
18:11And maybe you go address the QB room after this, you know, it, the other thing I'm fine.
18:17If you wanted to take Mendoza and then put Jones and Sanders on the block and try to upgrade one of these wide receivers.
18:24So however you feel like with your league, you can best approach that.
18:27I think in a vacuum, I'm still going to go Carnell Tate only because the only thing about like with quarterbacks and
18:34super flex, and I'm here for Mendoza and super flex is it's hard to trade guys.
18:38It's hard to do all that kind of stuff.
18:41Like I, I think Tate is the guy that probably has just a little bit more value when it's all said and
18:47done after the rookie year, because there is, there is a run out where Carnell Tate could put up rookie season, Malik neighbors type of numbers.
18:55If quite, if Cam Ward can be good. And if that's the case, he's going to be like on that close, like
19:01to close to untouchable list, um, after this year.
19:04Okay. And another dynasty question coming in here from Palva saying dynasty trade one Oh five and Mononga for either Judkins or
19:10Kyron, or should I just hold the pick and drafted Aaron price there?
19:14So hold the pick Derek, Darian price versus Judkins and Mononga.
19:17Okay. I'm taking price type. I'm taking price over Judkins or Kyron, uh, Kyron his, I mean, it's all just been volume, not much efficiency.
19:25Judkins, we talked about this ad nauseum on the NFL draft show.
19:28I was never on him as a prospect. Um, the efficiency stuff, um, was not there in college.
19:33If you look at it on a per touch basis, I don't think that he's going to turn into this otherworldly pass
19:40catcher more of like an early down, like in his best, probably a Kyron type of run out for Judkins.
19:46Give me your Darian price, man. I, I just, I love the archetype.
19:50I'm willing to invest on it for everybody that says that he can't catch footballs.
19:54I point to training camp clips of him tracking balls over the shoulder and making it look easy.
19:59So I have Judkins a little bit higher than price in my dynasty rankings right now, but I don't think the gap is quite common on guy.
20:07If you want to make that pivot, I'm fine with it.
20:10But at the same time, I think, you know, let's keep those assets in house as Derek Brownstone's right now.
20:16Uh, Jason up next saying, uh, 10 player, a half point PPR keeper league, one quarterback, two running back, two wide receiver, one tight end, two flex.
20:24I'm keeping Drake may Montgomery, Judkins, London, Olave, Wilson, flowers, more and crap.
20:28Give me one more to keep between Tony Pollard, Blake Corm or Kyle Manonga.
20:32You've been the Pollard guy again this year. Are you going right back to the well?
20:36Yeah. It's Pollard. He's, he's, he's a plug and play RB to not worried about Tajay Spears.
20:41If you go back through all of Brian Dayball's history, he leans on one back consistently.
20:46And Pollard was way better than people remember last year.
20:49Yeah, absolutely. Cam, I'm seeing your super chat come in.
20:52I don't see a question attached to that though.
20:54So go ahead and throw that question and we'll, we'll be sure to try to get to that man.
21:00Um, Jane Daniels, as compared to Drake may this year and redraft, like I like Drake may, he was a guy, I
21:06think we were all on pretty heavily in redraft a year ago.
21:10He honestly put me in position to make some deep runs in the playoffs, Derek, but at the same time, I'd rather
21:16just take a little bit more cost effectiveness and go after JD honey than I would, uh, you know, taking my shot
21:23here on Drake may I'm going Drake, man. Um, I understand the difference in costs and, and to your point of that, like, yeah, that's fine.
21:30I think who am I, who do I have a ranked higher?
21:34Who do I feel better about this year is Drake may.
21:37I mean, Drake may is my QB two in ranks right now, man.
21:41He's behind only Josh Allen. Like I think the stuff, the stuff with may, it comes down to you see a tougher schedule this year.
21:48You see increased, uh, skill position players around him with adding AJ Brown and Romeo Dobbs.
21:53Um, as well as, you know, I reared in as far as two tight end sets for them.
21:58It's not going to be this hodgepodge of like this mishmash of like wide receivers, more consolidated target tree, better talent around him.
22:05Yeah. We get Will Campbell fully healthy. I think the other part about this is the Patriots man.
22:10Like last year, this was like a previous year of Philadelphia Eagles conversation where they were blowing out teams in the first
22:16half and took their foot off the gas in the second half with a tougher schedule.
22:21They're not, I don't think they're going to have the ability to do that this year.
22:26So, right. Yeah. Yeah. So could we see Drake may reach another, uh, point in his career where the stats look even
22:32better this year because they're forced to freaking throw the ball more.
22:36Yeah. And honestly, like a big reason I was high on Drake may last year is yes.
22:41I thought the passing was going to be efficient.
22:43I wasn't thinking 30 plus touchdowns, right? That I was thinking more, he would carry it with his legs and we saw
22:50him do that at times, but yeah, I think he might even have to roll out a little bit more, um, and
22:56push the ball downfield with the Patriots being in more competitive games.
23:00As far as Jane Daniels, we were talking about him from a redraft perspective in dynasty right now.
23:05If you go to fancy pros.com slash rankings, go over to the dynasty tab.
23:09He is overall number three in our super flex rankings.
23:12Is that right where you're keeping him or would you be moving him up or down the rankings based on this Stefan digs move?
23:19If at all, I'm not moving them up and down in dynasty.
23:22I mean, I think you're looking at Daniels. He is who he is.
23:26Drake may as my QB two in dynasty hurts is three and Daniels is four for me.
23:31I'm not moving it based off of like one year.
23:34Stefan digs. Okay. It makes sense there. Uh, here's Steve checking in Steve Sweeney.
23:38Uh, wonder if he is maybe, uh, the brother of Sydney Sweeney, just, uh, potentially, uh, keepers league full PPR two super flex, no defense, no kickers.
23:46Do I keep Parker Washington in the 10th or Blake Corman in the 13th?
23:50You gotta go Parker. This isn't even close. This isn't even a debate for me.
23:54It's Parker Washington and I will fight all, all incomers about it.

25:49Limitations, terms, and conditions apply. Do you have a favorite Sidney Sweeney movie?
25:53No. No. Are you a fan of Sidney Sweeney at all?
25:56No. Really? You didn't like the Spider Girl movie?
25:58That wasn't a bad one. That movie was so horrible that I watched part of the trailer, I couldn't even finish the trailer.
26:05If I can't finish the trailer, then I'm sure as hell not watching the movie.
26:10No. Never Sidney Sweeney. No. She's had some good movies.
26:12That was not one of them, though. I will be fair.
26:16That was not my favorite. Too many good actors and actresses for me to even care about Sidney Sweeney.
26:21Ever. Okay. All right. Well, sorry, Steve. Sorry to bash your last name there.
26:25Will Power. Maybe the F1 driver here. Will Power.
26:28Saying, I have a 20-keeper league that has yet to draft the 2026 rookies or veterans that haven't been kept.
26:34League vote to switch to Dynasty. Should I do this before or after the draft or end of season?
26:39Oh, man. Okay. See, I don't like the prospect of switching a keeper league to Dynasty.
26:44No. Just start another league. Just start another league.
26:47Yeah. I'm not doing that. Yeah. Yeah. You can have two leagues.
26:50Like, it's okay. You can even take the same people and have, like, a keeper league and have a Dynasty league.
26:56And at the end of the year, it's like, okay, which one do we want to keep or cut or what have you?
27:03Or just keep running both. Like, having more leagues is not a bad thing.
27:07But, no, I wouldn't be switching. I would just start up a new Dynasty.
27:11Everybody learns together. It feels unfair because the players who drafted last year for keeper, that is a different sense than drafting for Dynasty, right?
27:18It's a totally different mode. Like, it's just different, man.
27:21Yeah. Yeah. Here's a really fascinating one from Austin.
27:24What's up, Austin? I know we're having a great Wednesday afternoon with us saying, how high is too high on Jonathan Brooks?
27:30D, bro, his Dynasty ranking right now for running back is up in, like, RB28.
27:35And right now we're seeing for redraft 116 overall, RB39.
27:38Is that right in line with you? Do you think we're getting a little over our skis on Jonathan Brooks?
27:43How high is too high on the former Texas Longhorn there?
27:47I don't. I mean, as long as he's not pushed up into the top 24 in redraft rankings, I think we're fine.
27:53And as far as Dynasty rankings, I've got him at RB25.
27:56And as soon as week one hits and he out carries Chuba Hubbard and he looks like a freaking stud, I'm going
28:03to push him up into my top 20. I love Jonathan Brooks.
28:06Like, you're all in. Dude, well, I said this.
28:09I was out there. Like, people can go find tweets and stuff.
28:12Like, I said this before. It was cool, man.
28:15Like, I put this out in, like, I think December.
28:18Like, Jonathan Brooks, this is always, like, the possible runout for him.
28:21And it's like, you know, people get scared about being too early and stuff like that.
28:26Yeah, well, you know what? When you're late to the party, you got to pay the tax.
28:31Do you have to pay? Because I feel like usually the people who show up to the parties are the ones who, like, come up.
28:38They maybe don't even, like, bring any food or bring any beer and they just kind of show up real quick.
28:44If you're late, you better be walking in with a bottle of wine or some kind of, like, app.
28:50If you're late, you can't show up late. Like, it's not fashionably late if you walk in with absolutely nothing.
28:56Like, you don't get a reprieve. It's okay. It's okay.
28:59Yeah, that's fair. You're late to the party. You can just go back home.
29:03We've already started partying without you. It's cool. Yeah, good point.
29:06Good point. Miranda checking in with a super chat.
29:08We appreciate that very much. Saying, would you drop Dallas Goddard to pick up Parker Washington?
29:13I have Jake Ferguson, Isaiah Likely. Absolutely. I don't even need to know the format.
29:17Yeah, Parker Washington is beyond every format. You don't need three tight ends.
29:21You need Parker Washington over any one of these tight ends.
29:24Drop everyone. Whatever. Parker Washington. In Dynasty, is Parker Washington for Brooks too much?
29:29I think it is, personally. I'd rather have Parker.
29:31It is, but what I will say is when we get to the middle of the season, it might not look like it.
29:38But I think the answer is both of these guys, Dynasty.
29:41Okay. Seeing our pal Awesome Dev checked in. I got to see him over a couple weekends ago out there in Canton, Ohio.
29:48Shout out to Dev. Him and the Queen of Beans somewhere on a yacht somewhere in the Mediterranean.
29:53It's a wonderful time to be Dev. Well, I learned actually, like he does not have a yacht.
29:58This is just lore. Don't listen to that. This is Fancy Pro's lore.
30:02No, no. He's just bearing it. No, no, no, no, no.
30:05Is he just too kind? He doesn't want people to think.
30:08He might just not want you on the yacht, Seth.
30:11I don't know. Who knows? Wow. Now I'm. Dev is free to comment in the chat.
30:16I will let Dev weigh in on this. Now I'm hurt, honestly.
30:20That's. Now I just struck my core. Maybe he just doesn't want you on the sun deck.
30:24I mean, as wide as you are, sir, you might be blinding people.
30:28That's fair. That is very, very fair. I'm saying this and I'm even whiter than you are.
30:33Like I'm clear. So, you know, take it for what it is.
30:37I feel like the only sun I get these days is like the five hours a week I spend out in my
30:43yard and, you know, cutting the grass, doing weeding.
30:46That's about. And then maybe I get a Frisbee golf game.
30:49How small a yard? It takes you five minutes, homie.
30:52Dude, my yard is big, Derek, and it has a lot of hills and elevation and old stumps I got to work around.
30:59No, it's like a five hour project, man. It is a full evening of time.
31:03Do you go full bucket hat? Do you go full bucket hat and you have like a six pack of Bush Apple just sitting on the riding lawnmower?
31:11I don't like to drink beer while I'm on the lawnmower because then sometimes.
31:15That's a fair point. That's a fair point. It can get in the beer.
31:19I mean, you can you can lose an appendage.
31:22You can come up, you know, like trying to trying to edit software with like no thumbs, you know, like the next day.
31:29Who knows? Ain't happening, bro. Someone's got to keep this YouTube channel flow.
31:32Right. So why is Mike Evans not ranked higher, Derek?
31:35Right now, currently 51 overall in our fantasy pros.
31:38I don't know. ECR, fantasypros.com slash rankings. Wide receiver 25.
31:41Banged up Kittle. No pierce all. Ghost of Debo.
31:43Other than CMC. Mike Evans also banged up too.
31:46But that is the issue. And this is kind of where I'm trying to wrap my head around it, Derek, because I've
31:52slowly like all summer long, just like last year, moving Mike Evans up every couple of weeks in my rankings, I've got
31:59him to 23 overall and I feel scared to death about that ranking that I'm too high.
32:0423 overall or you mean 23rd wide receiver? 23 wide receivers.
32:07Yeah. 23 overall. 23 overall, bro. You are, you are in.
32:10I won't, I won't make that mistake again. He was like, I think maybe 28 for me last year.
32:16I was high on him, but. I got a wide receiver 21 in my ranks.
32:20Like I, I bumped it down a little bit.
32:23Are you worried about the injuries though? Especially like.
32:25I am. Something's weird about that substation, man. Like I'm not trying to throw on the tinfoil hat, but it just feels bad vibes, man.
32:33Let's have a conversation about the substation here. Look at all the guys that have gotten hurt.
32:38They're like 90% of them are, are older, like mature veteran players.
32:41Like this is just an older player conversation. Like then it is anything related to a freaking substation like Christian Kirk.
32:47Well, he can't stay healthy. Dejan Stribbling is a rookie and so many rookies in the ramp up part of camp.
32:53How many hamstrings and problems do we see soft tissue wise rookies?
32:57Because a lot of these rookies, that's, that's the thing that kind of gets buried.
33:01Like people don't understand also in the pre-draft process when you're on flights and you're doing visits and you're doing all this
33:08kind of crap in the, in the pre NFL draft process.
33:11Do you still have the time to work out and eat the way that you're supposed to and get sleep and do all these things?
33:18No, you don't. And so like people don't equate like the, the human part of like rookies and the pre-draft process and stuff.
33:25So it's like, but again, like go down the laundry list.
33:28Like it's like, okay, well, Christian McCaffrey has been hurt in previous seasons.
33:32Okay. High workload, older player, George Kittle. Hello. He's never been, you know, the bastion of health.
33:37Mike Evans, same thing. Christian Kirk, same thing. Like, so really, we're really having a conversation about an aging roster with players
33:43that have like got a lot of mileage when everybody wants to be like, Oh, the substation, man, you can, people can
33:50miss me with that voodoo doll crap. So you're, you're like willing to not move Evans in your rankings.
33:55I moved him down a little bit. I had him higher than wide receiver 21.
34:00I moved him down just a tad with the quad.
34:02But as soon as like, if that's a minor thing and like we get a report next week and he's back practicing
34:09and full and stuff like that, I'll move him up another few spots.
34:13Yeah. You just hurt me last year, man, because you know, I was riding high with him.
34:18I waited for him to come back for injury.
34:20I bet him that it was a collarbone that screwed him over, not the hamstrings.
34:25Yeah. That's a good point. Everybody forgets. Oh yeah.
34:27And then he came back and, and, uh, he was on my opponent's team and he, and he did some damage against me in the playoffs.
34:35And then Baker couldn't throw a, an accurate ball to save his life.
34:39Cause if you've been watching the Netflix thing, he was not even close to healthy and none of us knew it.
34:45So, okay. Glad to know you're a watching quarterback season three or four, whatever one this is.
34:50It's good, man. Yeah. I always love the storylines and the game within the game.
34:54And because everybody thinks that I put on the tinfoil hat when I talk about injuries and injury reporting and stuff.
35:00Yeah. But just watch the segment about Baker in the Netflix series where he's, his arm is black and blue and the
35:07only reason we didn't know it is because in practice and everywhere when he was out in public, he's wearing a damn sleeve to cover it up.
35:14And it's not on the freaking injury report that wasn't even talked about last year.
35:19So it's like, oh, well, so again, I put on the tinfoil hat because that's the truth.
35:24We don't find out the true nature of injuries and stuff.
35:27Yeah. Until the Netflix series comes out. You remember all the Amin Ross St.
35:31Brown stuff when he got hurt in the season and that was never on the injury report too?
35:36Yes. Everybody so conveniently forgets. Or Michael Thomas in previous years when he was basically couldn't even run and he was out there playing.
35:43But everybody's like, oh no, you got to believe the injury reporting.
35:47No. NFL teams and coaches lie. That's what happens.
35:49Yeah. Because they can. And they're not held. Their feet aren't held to the fire by the NFL.
35:55This happens every damn year. And then everybody pretends like it didn't happen when the NFL season comes around again.
36:00But I'm the crazy one, Seth. You know, the NFL is definitely more transparent than sports like college football or even NHL.
36:07Well, you can't be more cloak and dagger than college football.
36:10Let's also talk about that. Yeah. You cannot be any more cloak and dagger about injuries than freaking college football.
36:16When Brian Kelly is out here like, well, yes, all of us have a little bit tendonitis.
36:21Don't you know? Oh, no. Spire should be fine.
36:23We all walk around every single day with tendonitis.
36:26Everybody go Google Brian Kelly tweets. That guy is a freaking idiot and a moron.
36:30Never let him around any injury reporting ever again.
36:33Well, never. Yeah. I don't think he'll be back in SEC.
36:36One of the few conferences actually mandate an injury report in college football.
36:40But nonetheless, I did want to remind everyone to please join our Fans Pro Discord community.
36:45You can chat with other fans there. You also can get access to exclusive AMAs that wind up on our podcast feed.
36:51Our current schedule looks like this. We have Worm and Fitz at 5 Eastern on the first Tuesday of every month.
36:57That just happened yesterday as well. I know they had some great dynasty conversation over there.
37:02Boggs and Fitz at 5 Eastern on the third Tuesday of every month.
37:06Then we have Welsh and Erickson every single Thursday moving forward at 2 p.m.
37:10Eastern time. So looking forward to them being back on the mics there on the Discord community.
37:15So come get your questions answered. And actually be on the show at fancypros.com slash chat.
37:19Although, I don't know if I can let Dev on the show, to be honest.
37:24Even if I hear his audio, I might have to cut it just because apparently I'm not welcomed on his yacht, which hurts.
37:31He said invite only in the chat, okay? So, I mean, maybe you get the invite.
37:35Maybe I don't, Seth. We'll see how it goes.
37:38I've heard that before. I've heard that one before as well.
37:41He sends them by carrier pigeon, by the way.
37:44So if you haven't seen any pigeons hovering outside your house, then unfortunately you're not getting an invite.
37:49Yeah, I'm not a big fan of pigeons. When I lived in State College a couple years ago, on my back deck, they just overtook it.
37:56What were the pigeons? Pigeon hater. Well, you know, I was even reading on the internet of how to get rid of pigeons.
38:03Like I was putting like chili powder out there.
38:06Squirrels of the air, some say. Yeah. Squirrels of the air.
38:09I think squirrels better than pigeons. Actually, nobody says that.
38:12I just kind of. I feel like the rat of the air maybe.
38:16That's not too disrespectful. Here's a great question from Julie Backer saying, should I draft a top-tier quarterback or tight end?
38:22For me, if I have to pick one or the other, I'm going tight end.
38:26I just have more comfortability in the quarterback options late than tight end.
38:30Yeah, I'm with you on that. I think it's for me, it's tight ends easy this year.
38:35It's Brock Bowers, Colston Loveland, Tyler Warren, or I'm just punting the position down the road.
38:40That's fine. Okay. So yes, I'm more in on paying up for tight end because again, to your point, I love late round quarterback this year.
38:47Give me all the Tyler Shuck, Bo Nix, Malik Willis that I can get.
38:51Jared Goff. Like any one of these high upside guys, pair them with Jared Goff and you know you're probably getting at worst top 12 quarterback play.
38:59And then you got ceiling with the other guys.
39:02Yeah. Here's a great question from a guy with a cool name, Cameron Carver.
39:06Wish I had that type of name. 10-team PPR league.
39:09Truly think Gibbs or Bijon will be there considering history of two guys in front of me.
39:14What's the plan next? Going double running back. Should I then go elite tight end if there or hammer wide receiver next?
39:20So looking like, I'm guessing he has the third pick based on what he's saying here, Derek?
39:25Is that kind of what you're reading? Yeah, that's what I'm guessing.
39:29Yeah, I'm reading that. Like I think it's the 103 that he has.
39:32And yeah, Gibbs or Bijon, whoever falls to you.
39:35And then really going double running back, it just kind of depends on who's left on the board.
39:40Like if you're staring in the second round of one of in the second round, you're staring at one of like Amarian Hampton, Chase Brown, Kenneth Walker.
39:48Yeah, we fine with paying up for them. If old stalwart Derek, Derek Henry is there, that's also fine.
39:54But he in a 10 team or he might fall to the third round and in a 10 team or two.
40:00It's like, yeah, like I'm more willing to pay up.
40:03Um, I don't, I, again, Colston Loveland is the cheat code.
40:06I think you're going to get close to Brock Bowers type of production this year and you don't have to draft him
40:12in the second round like you do with the Bowers.
40:15So totally fine going there. And in the running back conversation, just RBRB.
40:19It just, it depends on who's there. If one of those guys isn't there, then I'm totally fine.
40:24Like if a wide receiver falls to you. So it's just playing the board game.
40:29George Pickens. Is that like Nico Collins? Is that kind of the range?
40:32I'm fine with that. AJ Brown. Yeah. And in a 10 team league, I think I'm more actually inclined to go RB wide receiver.
40:39If, if possible, just because like, I don't want to be left out of that top tier wide receivers in a 10 team league.
40:46It's harder to kind of make up that difference.
40:49I feel like a little bro. Apparently the chat you like hit on a nerve here.
40:54Everybody hates pigeons as well. I was not aware of this pigeon.
40:57Let's go. All right. I mean, there's just like everybody squirrels or rats with fluffy tails or rats are smarter.
41:03Um, pigeons are rat with rats with wings. Uh, dev weighing in pigeon equals a flying rat.
41:08Yes. Like apparently you hit on a nerve that I didn't know existed here.
41:12Seth. Yeah. Apparently. Apparently. Pigeon hate is real, man.
41:15Golly. Who knew? Absolutely. Oh, you knew. Yeah. Hey man.
41:18They're, they're just annoying. I don't, I don't, I don't mess with them.
41:21Here's one for Cam Henry, uh, weighing in here with a super chat scene.
41:25Super flex, 12 team, half point PPR. I have the one-on-one start three wide receiver, two running back and one flex and
41:32tight end league traditionally isn't super quarterback hungry in rounds.
41:35One and two is Josh Allen, a lock at one-on-one still.
41:38If the league traditionally, if you're using draft Intel cam, if you could sink your league and that gives you the cheat
41:44code of how, how this league has been drafting, you're running mocks based off of all of this.
41:50So to that point, if you know by draft Intel that league traditionally is not super QB hungry in rounds one to
41:56two, I'm totally fine with you paying up for and just going Gibbs or B John, whoever your RB one is.
42:02I'm totally fine with that. Because again, as we've kind of like laid out already here, Cam, we are really big fans
42:09of late quarterback as well as the value you can get.
42:12I was just in, um, flex league in New York city, drafting a super flex league.
42:16Yeah. How'd they go? I was at the back end of first round and I didn't anticipate going QB QB in my
42:23first two rounds, but with a turn of two guys next to me, I was picking one 10.
42:28I knew that they were going to wait on quarterback and I didn't want to get hung up fighting for them at quarterbacks later in the draft.
42:36So I ended up getting Jalen hurts and Jackson dart, like two rushing quarterbacks after going CMC at the one 10.
42:42So I I'm totally fine with you going Jalen hurts or Jackson dart is your, is your upside QB one and then
42:48mixing and matching QB two and what that looks like cam.
42:52So yes, to your point, I would go with the running back and figure out quarterback and anywhere between rounds two to six, how the board looks.
43:00Yeah. I'm curious to see your, your line for that.
43:02I got the online version of flex league coming up here in just a couple of weeks with some sharks.
43:08So, uh, you know, fitzy, by the way, I got to take fitzy down.
43:12I haven't played with fitzy in a league since like my first Scott fishbowl, maybe five or six years ago.
43:18And I beat him there. So I got to keep the, bro.
43:22I almost went not last year, but the year before I almost went undefeated in that league.
43:27I almost ran the table. Um, I ended up like Jalen hurts, got hurt in a game and then I got screwed over.
43:33Like, um, in that league, I actually had, I think it was the one Oh one or the one Oh two.
43:39And I went Jalen hurts at that point. And I backed them up that that was, yeah, it was rookie year.
43:46Jaden Daniels. I started Jalen hurts and Jane Daniels.
43:48And I was just absolutely crushing everybody all year.
43:51I love that. I love that. So, um, I'll send you my roster after we get off here.
43:56It's a good team. Excited to see that Josh Allen.
43:59Uh, we also have Jonathan Taylor, Brock Bowers, 10 team super flex first pick any changes.
44:04First three picks. I keep coming across in the mock.
44:07So how do you like this start going? Josh Allen, Taylor and Bowers.
44:10My only issues. I just think you're a little bit like down at wide receiver, right?
44:15And then a 10 team league. Starting on a weekly basis.
44:18That's a great team. Are you starting two or starting three, uh, in a two wider C or league?
44:24I'm much more with this start, but also to your point, bro, you could just, if you, so here's the other thing,
44:30Kyle, like if you were to start this way and you literally went hero running back and you went Alan Taylor and Bowers, they all stay healthy.
44:38And at your onesie positions, you are just absolutely just bludgeoning people.
44:42Yeah. And then you just like, so like, say like, this is how it plays out.
44:46You go Alan Taylor Bowers and then you just smack wide receivers for the next three rounds.
44:51You walk out with a starting trio of say like a Jalen Waddle, Christian Watson, Carlin, Carnell Tate.
44:56I'm totally in for that. And then you figure out RB two with like a Montgomery, Basial toot and other guys, like
45:03PPR format, like, you know, Kenny Gainwell and other guys you can get later.
45:07I'm, I absolutely love this start, but you will have to kind of play the board and figure out what you're going
45:13to do at RB two and probably slam wide receiver for the next three rounds after this.
45:18I'm, I'm with it, Kyle. This, this could be a league winning start and it's not hard to see it.
45:24Yeah. It makes those other picks a little more conditional, but definitely helps getting some, some elite onesie positions there.
45:30Like, do you love that start Seth? Or are you a bit lower than me on it?
45:35Cause it sounded like you were going to kind of be wet blanketing this a little bit.
45:40But I'm a little bit out on like JT at that cost.
45:43I would just rather go with a, either. Okay.
45:46Say he goes James Cook, Chase Brown, whoever your guy at that point, Derek Henry, the old stalwart, like pick another running back there.
45:53Like who, who would be your running back to go there instead of JT?
45:57And James Cook or O'Mearian are there. That's kind of where I prefer to go.
46:01If he starts Josh Allen, O'Mearian Hampton, Brock Bowers, are you in?
46:05Yeah, I think so. But you just have to clean up a wide receiver.
46:09I'm talking like four or five rounds straight. I'm not even okay with three.
46:13I'm just clicking wide receiver. If the value is still there.
46:16Here's our guy, W Collins, which we're finding out his first name is Will.
46:20Andy's got a pretty cool dog in there. The profile picture as well.
46:24Coming over from twitch.tv slash fancy pros, where he usually catches us.
46:28DJ Seth and my boy. Is that a corgi mix, Will?
46:31Back together. We are back. Throw it in the chat.
46:34Is that a corgi mix? What are we working with, Will?
46:37I don't know. I'm not really. I don't spend.
46:40I like dogs. I don't say I'm not a dog person, but I just have cats.
46:44So I don't really know dog breeds that much.
46:47I knew you were a cat guy. They're easier.
46:49They're easier. You know? They're demons. Speaking of pigeons, you should be hating cats.
46:54Lisbon Chin checking in saying, with the injuries to the 49ers and Debo's history, is there anyone worth picking up besides CMC?
47:00Or is everyone all in on Debo at this point?
47:03We already had a conversation about Mike Evans. I would rather shift this conversation to more, is Dijon Stribling now on your redraft radar, Derek?
47:10Because it's hard not to. I don't want to buy in here because, again, I think you and I were both lower on him as a prospect.
47:18I think most of the NFL was in the fantasy community than going 33rd overall.
47:22That being said, it's hard to not see that he might have a golden opportunity in front of him right now.
47:28Yeah, I mean, I think the parts of this offense, again, I think CMC is a binary conversation.
47:34He stays healthy. He's a top two running back.
47:36He gets hurt. You're screwed. It's really simple. Which side of that fence do you stand on?
47:41It's easy. But as far as the rest of it goes, I think it's Mike Evans, and I think it is Debo or Stribling late.
47:49You can have a conversation about George Kittle. I'm still curious about which version of George Kittle we see and when we
47:55see him and all that kind of stuff. But I think depending on what the news will be get about Mike Evans,
48:01I think that Debo Samuel, and I workshopped this take.
48:04I'm curious what you think about this, Seth, on a previous show this week.
48:08I think Debo Samuel this year is going to be last year's Keenan Allen as a veteran player that's just old and
48:15boring and the ADP will not catch up to.
48:17We talked about this all last year, dude. The ADP never caught up to Keenan Allen.
48:22And I'm not telling you he was a league winning asset.
48:25He was also really freaking good to begin the year.
48:28I think Debo, I don't think the ADP is going to catch up to Debo.
48:33I think Debo should be in that wide receiver three type of area code as well because that's what he was last year.
48:39And all of his peripherals, like, yeah, yards per route run, first downs per route run wasn't good.
48:45But outside of that, bro, he was still top 10 in yak per reception and missed tackles force per reception.
48:50Oh, wow. As the wide receiver 29 in fantasy points per game last year.
48:54So I think Debo is probably the outstanding value to be had right now.
48:59Yeah, I think I agree with you. And, you know, I think the thing to keep in mind is if Debo does
49:05go out there and have a hot start and you have him on your roster, that's when you look to move to
49:11him, you know, after that first month or so before a fall off potentially comes.
49:16Because I was seeing some people get through some crazy trades for Keenan Allen last year right during that hot stretch.
49:22So love that question there. And shout out to Will.
49:25It is a Corgi. We are team Corgi here, Will.
49:28Always baby. Let's go. So we're going to get some more questions.
49:31Well, Seth is and he's team team cast or whatever.
49:34Yeah. You know, you know, I don't even know what kind of cast they are.
49:38The straight kind, the straight kind that I let into my house.
49:42I think that's what they are. We cleaned up.
49:45We got taken care of. Don't you worry about it.
49:47Fleas in the furniture, sir. No, no, no. We cleaned them up and we got them.
49:52We got them, you know, vet veterinarian done and, you know, fixed up.
49:56So we're good. We're good there. Also good is today's presenting sponsor.

51:28All right. We got about 10 or so minutes left here.
51:32We're going to get to one more Super Chat.
51:34Just a reminder, Super Chat's not guaranteed here. Through the rest of the show, because we want to make sure we address
51:41some of the questions that came in earlier. Here is one, though, from Godzilla-sized fireballs.
51:4512-team, full PPR. We got an odd rule. You can take minus three and sub a tight end out for a wide receiver.
51:52My question is, what point would you say F it on the tight end?
51:56Man, that's interesting. I kind of like this. I've never heard this.
51:59Take a minus three and sub a tight end out for a...
52:03Okay. I'm just... I'm walking through this. Yeah, so you basically could throw any wide receiver in instead of a tight end,
52:09but that receiver starts with a minus three next to them.
52:12So my question is, at what point would you just...
52:15So like, I guess I'm trying to figure out how Godzilla's phrased in this question.
52:20Like, at what point... Where, like, what player has to go in this format for you just to be like, okay, I'm done with tight end.
52:27Like, I'm just going to take receivers instead and take the minus three every week.
52:32Because like, I would say at that point, like, if I'm missing the first five or six, then I would probably, you know...
52:38If Sam Laporta, maybe even Kyle Pitts, if we're going down to seven and eight, if they go, then I would just
52:45maybe just punt the tight end position until I get to like a jig or something.
52:49This comes down to a roster build conversation and how the draft room goes for me.
52:54If you have a wide receiver heavy team that you draft, then this makes a lot more sense.
52:59So like, if you're getting an elite wide receiver that you're playing basically in the tight end position, and let's just say
53:06you draft a guy that's going to give you whatever, like 16 points per game.
53:10So he's basically an elite tight end. Like, he's going to push to be like close to tight end one.
53:16But you can get access to that type of guy at the wide receiver position and say like round four or five or something like that.
53:23Yeah. I mean, this is easily a Parker Washington conversation too.
53:27Then that's... If you're building a wide receiver heavy team and that's how the draft goes, then that's the part where I
53:33think when you get into the later parts of the wide receiver stuff and you're getting guys that are like anywhere from
53:39like 10 to 12 points a game. Yeah. Or something like that.
53:43Yeah. Then that's the point where it's like it's diminishing returns because then basically you're hoping for a guy that with this
53:49caveat, that's only going to give you eight to 10 points per game.
53:53And when that's the case, then you're just equaling tight end position.
53:57You're not getting a value out of any of this.
54:00So Godzilla and this savvy is wild, by the way.
54:02Like, um, if that's how you build your team and I'm not saying that you have to, but that's one way you could gain the system.
54:10If you, especially in a year, Seth, where everybody is so running back heavy.
54:14Yeah. Like if you build a team, like this is a perfect, this is a wonderful type of, uh, format.
54:20If you were to go zero RB or here, RB and you go heavy wide receiver and you get the elites and
54:26stuff, you're stacking up a monster wide receiver team.
54:29That's the part where it can make a lot of sense, depending on how many flex spots you got.
54:35Yeah. I mean, the, the, the chat and the, uh, the Abby's today are just, yeah, yeah, the chat, the chat is
54:41like, bro, this Godzilla is taking me out of it.
54:44Yes. It's taken all of us out of it collectively.
54:47And everybody listened to this on audio. If you saw it on YouTube, you know, you know, and if not, you need to go tune into the YouTube.
54:55Yeah. Subscribe. We're on our way to 300,000 subscribers.
54:58We can only get there with your help as well.
55:00So we'd appreciate you guys subscribing over there. Just like our boy metal James.
55:05Talk about a nice Abby, a guy just playing an acoustic guitar on a water deck.
55:09Like this is looking good over here. And he's got an important question for us.
55:14He's in 18 keeper, full PPR super flex. They just added two more teams.
55:18How do I go about after keepers from the original eight that are kept getting keepers to the two newest teams?
55:24So one day, a new league. Yeah. Yeah. You could start a new league, man.
55:28Like you could do that. I think if you do like one, I'd give them the first two picks in the draft.
55:35If you're expanding, right. Give them the first two picks.
55:37That's a good call. And then maybe that they get like the leftover keepers that nobody wants as well.
55:43That like, Hey, you know, these players weren't kept, but you can keep them for the prices that they were kept last year.
55:50Oh, you know, that's a good point. If you're not starting another league, like basically let everybody keep, keep their guys and
55:56stuff like that and give them the first run of they get to pick over the, all the guys not being kept.
56:03So however many, like, cause I don't think James put it in here.
56:06How many keepers each team has. He just put the size of the league.
56:10So like, yeah, like, okay. So let everybody pick their keepers and then the remaining pool of players give the two teams,
56:17like say if it's three keepers, like let them just snake format it, like, and go pick their key three keepers out of that.
56:24And then you could just work it like that.
56:26Or I say just avoid all of this crap and just start a new league.
56:31But again, there's a lot of ways to tackle this James.
56:34I kind of like Seth's idea here. Yeah, absolutely.
56:37They're seeing some questions in the chat about when we're going to be live on Twitch.
56:41We'll be live on Twitch, you know, throughout the intermediate of the rest of, uh, of draft season here.
56:47We of course have around baby. We're here, there, everywhere, man.
56:50Yeah. As long as, as long as you're subscribed here, as long as you're subscribed there on the dynasty feed as well, like you really can't miss us.
56:58Um, and of course, you know, we got fancy fest coming up.
57:02I think that's August 26th as well. We got a full Twitch after party.
57:06We're going to be doing some mock drafts with the listeners as well.
57:10So looking forward to all that fun as well.
57:12Um, and here is a crusty crest, fancy football saying love the show fellas.
57:16Thank you very much. Crusty crest, uh, saying best positional redraft 12 man PPR strategy.
57:21I, if I have three fifth round picks this year, one, two, three, four, and then five, three, three fifth round picks.
57:27Um, I'm missing my six and seventh round. So looks like this is one of those leagues, Derek, where you can trade individual draft picks for me.
57:35Like, I don't think this changes a whole lot.
57:38Um, in my approach, like I think I'm still wanting in to be balanced a little bit.
57:42I think maybe if this is the case, I'm more inclined to maybe grab an elite quarterback.
57:47If I have three fifth round picks, it feels a little bit better, but then you just have to be like willing
57:54to, Hey, I'm not gonna have a pick for, you know, what?
57:5720, 40, 30 picks here. Yeah. And I think looking at just how ADP is stacking up right now, I think if
58:04you're looking at this, then for me, it's probably, I'm going, I love the wide receivers that are available in rounds four and five right now.
58:11I absolutely love them. So for me, it would be running back, running back pay up for Colston Loveland and round three,
58:18all of those, like that, that fourth you have in those three fits.
58:22Yeah. Just absolutely slam wide receiver because here's the name, uh, are the list of names of wide receivers that I love
58:28that are going within, uh, I'm zooming out here.
58:31All right. Here's the list of wide receivers that are going in the fourth to fifth round that I absolutely love.
58:37And I'll just give you the, the short list of guys that I love here.
58:41Zay flowers and Mecca, Buka, Jalen Waddle, Garrett Wilson, uh, Terry McLaurin.
58:45You want to be back in on Devante Adams, uh, Luther Burton, Mike Evans.
58:49I mean, all of these guys we just talked about, like you could absolutely clean up at wide receiver and rounds four
58:55to five, as well as like, I'm not against you also pulling a guy up the board, like a Christian Watson, Carnell Tate, Parker Washington.
59:02And like, you're walking away with a strong four wide receivers while also walking away from that with two starting running backs and elite tight end.
59:10That's how I would attack this. But Seth, am I crazy here?
59:13No, I think that is definitely the, the right case to go about that is continuing to attack that position because the
59:20fall off will come in and having these additional fifth round picks and gets you out in front of that.
59:26Derek, we got about four minutes left. Let's do a little rapid fire to round things out.
59:31First one from Bam Bam Branson. Is it Mitchell Evans season?
59:34We have JT Sanders going down in practice today.
59:36No, they're going to run a committee. I don't, I wish it was, but no.
59:41Kyler as a last overall pick seems like highway robbery reasons.
59:44It doesn't work out. I don't even know if he gets the job, Derek.
59:48I've been saying this all off. Kyler sucks. That's the way this doesn't work out.
59:52I'm not in on Kyler this year. Maybe it burns me, but I don't care.
59:57Thank you. Thank you. Uh, keeper league here for Eric, uh, PPR.
60:00I've worn in the 11th fifth pick in the first, do I go CMC Taylor or cook?
60:05Hmm. Cook or CMC for me. It's just a conversation on, do you think CMC stays healthy or not?
60:11Yes. Keep Talbot Warren in the 11th. That's easy money.
60:14Yeah. I love that. Uh, pick two 12 man PPR, Chase Brown, Hampton, cook, HN.
60:18I'm going Hampton and cook personally there. What about you?
60:21I'm going cook. And then it's Hampton or chase Brown.
60:24One of the other guys pick, pick your favorite.
60:27If you want to go, I mean, cook is the definite guy for me.
60:31And then pick between chase Brown and Hampton, whoever you like more.
60:34Uh, Jeremiah. Yeah. Patrick asking what round for Kenneth Walker are you now?
60:38Like late half the second round. Is that kind of, that's where he started to move up.
60:43Uh, ECR wise. He's kind of going in that, you know, late, late second, uh, early third type of range.
60:49I'm okay. Back into the second. He's, if you need to run higher than that in real time, 80, so real time, 80 P on fantasy pros.com.
60:57So it's fantasy pros.com slash NFL slash real dash time dash ADP.
61:00He is right now at 15.8 overall. He's gained almost two spots over the last week.
61:05Wow. Um, and I'm fine with that. I mean, he's a second round pick again.
61:09I kind of talked about it. Like the, the second round guys that I love that are there.
61:14It's Derek Henry, Kenneth Walker and Amarian Hampton chase Brown.
61:17Like that's the four pack of running backs. I love right there.
61:21So if Kato balls, do you snatch them up?
61:23Miranda has the three pick and a 12 man redraft super flex dynasty league.
61:27Should I got running back or quarterback? Um, depends on who's there.
61:31Miranda. Yeah. Yeah. Like it just depends on the board.
61:34Like if one of the elite quarterbacks is there, you want to go there.
61:38And also this is partially like knowing your room, like how, how, um, you know, well, hold up.
61:43This is a redraft super wait, hold up. Oh yeah.
61:46This is a little bit of a, yeah, this might, I don't know what, yeah.
61:50Like I'm rereading this Miranda and I feel like I'm being hoodwinked here.
61:54Um, so I, is it super flex? I have no clue what, what the actual format is here, Miranda.
62:00Yeah. Either way, use fancy pros draft assistant. That'll help you there.
62:03You know, deciding what might fall back to you in that second round.
62:07Uh, Jericho, uh, lead keeper league and led the keeper league in points last year, but miss the playoffs.
62:13Do I keep Rico down or Jonathan Brooks? Doesn't sound, sound like there's a round assigned for it.
62:18My other RBs will be Bijon and scatter boo.
62:20Brooks. It's Brooks. Yeah. Uh, drafting two Oh five this weekend and dynasty desperately need a running back.
62:26Who would you be taking? Looks like a, a dynasty rookie draft.
62:29I mean, I think that's the considerate. Like, is that too early for Singleton still for you?
62:34Two or five to her. It's a fifth round run.
62:37No, I think what you do with this bend.
62:40Now hold up. What you do with this bend is you trade the two Oh five for a running back.
62:46That's what you do. You don't draft the running back.
62:48Yes. You take, you trade the two Oh five for a running back and dynasty.
62:53You could probably, I mean, add a sweetener to that.
62:56You could probably get like a Javante Williams. Um, if not, then yes, like I'm fine with paying up with Brooks because
63:02it, the caliber of either one of those guys is going to be better than what you're getting at the two Oh five.
63:09Like outside of Jeremiah love and Jadarian price. I don't want to invest in this running back class.
63:14I just don't. So trade that pick for a running back.
63:17It's fair enough. Yeah. If Jonah Coleman's around there, like I, you know, you know me, I'll take, yeah, he's probably not
63:24going to be there, but it's still muddy, man.
63:26He could pay off, but he could also not.
63:29Yeah. Yeah. It's definitely one of those seasons try to go back in the 2027.
63:33You know, first or second round two, there's going to be a lot of fun running backs coming out next year.
63:39Quan Lacey, Ahmad Hardy, Milo, Nate Frazier, Gene Bowen.
63:42I think we might've got another super chat before we get out of here, Seth.
63:46Yeah. Let's try to hit it. Yeah. I said, but it's not guaranteed.
63:50We'll try to do the right thing here. No, that's fine.
63:53But I mean, people toss in the cash, man.
63:56I don't want to miss it. Hey, fellas. I traded Kraft for Kincaid, Pittman, Brissett, and a 2027 and 2028 second.
64:02I know Kraft is the best player there, but I felt the return was really good.
64:07So he got out of Kraft for Kincaid, Pittman, Brissett, and two second round picks.
64:11I'm fine with this. It feels like a little bit of a bag of chips that you sold a sub and got
64:18a lot of air, but I don't love it, but it could have been worse.
64:22I don't like it. I don't like it, Sherney.
64:25Like it. Oh, wait, you got two seconds for him?
64:28Yeah. Okay. And that whole ball of players. You need Kincaid to hit in this.
64:32You need to Kincaid to hit in this. Yeah, you do.
64:35Like I don't. The value lines up. This also feels like what out of the grab bag can I throw at you to get to Kraft?
64:43That's what this feels like. But, you know, can that work out for you?
64:47What I will say to all that is trade Brissett in season, trade Pittman in season.
64:51I'm worried about both their outlooks, especially after this year.
64:54You need Kincaid to hit. But could it work out?
64:57Yeah, it could. It did feel like you kind of got the grab bag trade offer, though.
65:02That feels like the time I was like a freshman in college.
65:06I got a call from a friend from high school that I didn't talk to in about a year or so.

66:54Honestly. Honestly. Honestly. No one wants to think about HIV, but there are things that everyone can do to help prevent it.
67:01Things like PrEP. PrEP stands for pre-exposure prophylaxis. And it means routinely taking prescription medicine before you're exposed to HIV to help reduce your chances of getting it.
67:09PrEP can be about 99% effective when taken as prescribed.
67:12It doesn't protect against other STIs though. So be sure to use condoms and other healthy sex practices.
67:17Ask a healthcare provider about all your prevention options.
