0:16for Lions and Bills, which should be an absolute barn burner of a matchup, although I'm probably going to skimp out on
0:22picking sides and just bet the Bills team total.
0:25I think that's kind of the maneuver I'm looking at because the Lions have some offensive line issues.
0:30Two more guys are injured. One of their starting tackles is going to be out.
0:34One of their guards that got hurt last week is going to be out.
0:38On the road, short week. And this is a trend that I always think about when it comes to the betting side
0:45of things is teams playing on a short week off overtime is not good.
0:49It is very, very bad to bet on those specific teams.
0:52So I think that I do pick the side.
0:55I probably like the Bills. They're unveiling their brand new stadium, which to this day, see, the thing is we were robbed
1:01of what we could see from Josh Allen last week, every week.
1:05Buffalo, why didn't you build a dome? If you built the dome, you could have got the Josh Allen dome experience every single week.
1:12Instead, we got to deal with the snow. Luckily, not in week one, but or week two.
1:17But, you know, can't have nice things all the time.
1:19Welsh. I love that. My favorite version of Erickson, because I just point out here in the tailgate, we're going to have fun with it.
1:27We can talk fantasy. We can talk betting. We're talking real NFL.

3:21So, Erickson, let's jump into some topics here. And then we're going to be waiting for to interact with you guys in the chat.
3:28So keep dropping your questions and we'll be starring them.
3:31But the biggest pickup news for today, there's actually a couple, three big injury pieces.
3:36One of them is Lad McConkie. Lad McConkie was bonked out of like the graphic was bonked out of the game a little bit on Sunday, came back.
3:44Well, we're finding out that the injury is a lot more serious, that he's got this rib injury and he wasn't practicing today.
3:51And it was serious enough that the Chargers went out and made some moves and they brought in Marquez Valdez Scantling.
3:57So usually picking up a player, I know they got some other injuries as well, but like picking up, you know, some
4:03new receivers is a sign that this is going to be a problem.
4:07We talked about this on the rank show as far as Quentin Johnson, but where do you think we lie here?
4:13No practice for Lad McConkie here on Wednesday. Rib injuries, kind of tricky, especially with a shifty guy like Lad that's going to be running down the middle.
4:21Well, separation is the big key. That is a problem for me for Lad.
4:25But what do you think about Lad in this injury?
4:28Yeah, it definitely is not good because it seemed like they built the entire ship to start the year out of Lad McConkie.
4:35And then the ship went down way before they were supposed to land the plane.
4:39So that was really a big, unfortunate event to occur for the Los Angeles Chargers.
4:44And I do want to weigh one more thing because I remember seeing this across the feed or one of the Chargers coaches was talking about.
4:51The Marquez Valdez Scantling signing might not be as indicative for Lad McConkie as it is for some of their other.
4:57So I noticed that they also put Keandre Lambert Smith on injury reserve as well.
5:02So that was that was a lot of people were associating that that might actually be for.
5:07But we also can't like let's not just associate it with that one thing, but it does from a perspective.
5:12You're not going to have Marquez Valdez Scantling like jumping into like Lad's role in the offense.
5:17Yeah, yeah. And that's not the case. It just this team is hurting at wide receiver in terms of their overall depth.
5:24So Lad to me as an undersized receiver who has dealt with injuries in the past, I just want him to get
5:30healthy before they put him back out there. And the thing with the rib injury, it seems like from some of the
5:37Twitter docs that it will probably be a pain tolerance thing.
5:40So again, Lad is a warrior. All these guys are absolute warriors playing in the NFL.
5:44But I am concerned that if he goes out there too quickly, takes another big hit over the middle.
5:50Defenders also know when guys play banged up. And not to say that they're going to target Lad for those reasons, but
5:56I mean, be physical with this guy. That's one thing that I thought that just to make another example again, going on a tangent here.
6:04The Dallas Cowboys, I don't think that they were nearly as aggressive as they should have been when it came to a guy like Malik Neighbors.
6:11Where it's like this is the first time that this guy has seen live action.
6:16He has not been playing at full speed in terms of.
6:19You want some wrestling stuff? You want some poke the eyes?
6:22Maybe kick the shin? Pick up a flag, man.
6:25Like be physical. Be a heel. Again, I'm not saying like Patriots 2001 Super Bowl against Marshall Falk where they were just like blowing the steam.
6:32But he's just like standing somewhere because obviously you can't do that anymore.
6:36But I mean, rough these guys up a little bit.
6:39I think that works from a defensive perspective to get in this heads.
6:43I mean, the best cornerbacks, Welsh, are always the defensive backs that just get into the minds of these wide receivers.
6:49Most famously, Cortland Finnegan against Andre Johnson. Who could forget that type of, I mean, famous wars and battles.
6:54That's got to be top 10, at least top five.
6:57So again, long tangent here. But by McConkie, heal up, get back into our blindness because we want this Chargers offense to be good, man.
7:04I got the over on their win total. And I thought I had a gimme.
7:09And we won. Yeah, you don't look great right now.
7:12Believe me. Well, I mean, the dumbest thing said on this channel is me.
7:16Like I'm like, well, Cardinals are going to win a game.
7:19And then it's like the first game. Dude, Burnwatch is hanging on by a thread.
7:23Thank God we got the Falcons. We all knew that was going to happen.
7:27Right? Like we all knew as soon as I said that like we were done for.
7:32I'm a little bit worried about that. That's kind of what I was going to ask you just real quick in moving past this.
7:39And if anyone has any, we actually have some Charger-ish questions.
7:42They're not really about Ladd and fantasy related. But like I'm worried with Ladd out or in a limited role that this
7:49is still just stunting this Chargers offense. Like I'm just not so sure.
7:52It's only week one. But I'm just not so sure the Chargers are ready to turn the corner and just be like,
7:59all right, let's put week one past us and move on.
8:02Are they? You know, like what was Hampton's uses?
8:05Every question. Oh, my God. Every question we've been seeing has been about Hampton.
8:09And guess what? Two of the first questions on here about Hampton.
8:12Everyone's worried about Hampton. They couldn't get the ball to Johnston.
8:15Ladd McConkie is now banged up. Where was that innovative offense for the Chargers?
8:20It's all not there. I'm worried about what this offense is going to look like moving forward, especially Ladd was the big bright spot.
8:27If he is going to be out or limited in some capacity, this is bad.
8:31This is bad news. Well, they got the Raiders.
8:33And the Raiders are one of these teams that can cure all ailments unless you're the Miami Dolphins.
8:39So, again, my upset special of the week did not come through.
8:42The Miami Dolphins are probably the worst team in the NFL, confirmed, after losing to the Raiders, who, again, don't have a good team.
8:49Like, you shouldn't be afraid of the Raiders or their defense in any capacity.
8:53So, you're expecting the Chargers to bounce back. I'm expecting them to bounce back, get things going.
8:58But it's going to be obviously a lot tougher if Ladd is not 100% in the lineup.
9:03These aren't about Ladd, but just Chargers here for a second.
9:06Caleb and Hampton get CMC and Jaden Daniels. You do that?
9:10No. Don't want CMC. You don't want to do that?
9:13I mean, Caleb is. All right. Jaden Daniels might be.
9:15Might be buns. Caleb and Hampton is probably safer upside as the CMC Daniels one.
9:20You imagine that in the preseason. Worried about Hampton and London in a keeper.
9:24Should anyone be worried about Hampton? I'm not worried about him.
9:27Again, if they get zero, if he gets zero targets again for two straight weeks, then it's sound the alarms.
9:33Where I don't understand what Mike McDaniel is doing.
9:35If he's not going to target his. Especially if Ladd is not playing.
9:39You've got to find other ways to get players the ball underneath to create yards.
9:44He was selling us this whole yards out to the catch thing, right?
9:47And then he gives. And then that's like all running backs do.
9:51Is create yards out to catch unless they're running wheel routes down the field.
9:55Which I know they like to use Keaton Mitchell sometimes in that role.
9:59So, yeah. Expecting a better output from the Chargers after at least one week.
10:03Part three. I think there's three big main things.
10:05We've got a couple pickups. We're going to talk about the Josh Jacobs situation that's going on here a little bit.
10:12But the other one. Another wide receiver with an injury.
10:15Zay Flowers. If we move to that. Zay Flowers not practicing on Wednesday.
10:18There were, I think, a little bit like rosier conversation.
10:21I feel like around Flowers than Ladd McConkie. But I'll be honest with you.
10:25I think we're leaning to both not playing at this point.
10:28I could be wrong about that. Zay could be out.
10:31But if Zay plays. Do you think there's confidence that it's going to be a full route tree?
10:37That they're going to feel comfortable with the normal snaps?
10:40I mean, big explosive plays. We saw it this week.
10:42This is why he was so amazing early on.
10:45I'm just, I'm a little bit timid about it.
10:48Maybe it's going to be nothing if he gets in some limited practice on Thursday.
10:52But where are you leaning on the Zay Flowers front for week two?
10:56Just don't play him. Be as cautious as humanly possible.
10:59You don't need Zay Flowers. At least in my opinion.
11:02You don't need Zay Flowers to beat Tyler Chuck at home.
11:05Okay? Like, if you can't beat the Saints team without Zay Flowers, that's saying you have to cover.
11:10Because, I mean, I think they're pretty big home favorites.
11:13But, I mean, this Ravens defense looked legit against the Indianapolis Colts.
11:17And I know that was Daniel Jones' first game coming back from his Achilles.
11:21But it's not like Tyler Chuck was amazing in his first game this year against a really bad Detroit Lions defense.
11:27He did nothing for three and a half quarters of that game.
11:30It finally turned it on and got us some points.
11:33Shout out. Thank God for you, by the way, in the prop show.
11:37Like, you were going to be sitting in mud for Jawan Johnson.
11:40I kept refreshing Jawan Johnson to be like, is this guy alive?
11:44Like, what is happening in this game? Well, and I was at a funny point, too, where, like, I was just bad.
11:50And I was like, do I want Erickson to be bad with me?
11:54Or do I want to root for him to have a really good week?
11:58And then I got to the point, I'm like, I think I need to root for him.
12:03And Jawan Johnson had the score. I didn't realize it was his 30th birthday.
12:07I can't believe I didn't even realize. That is like my shtick of like knowing this.
12:12Oh, yeah. Birthday, birthday touchdown. Birthday, anytime, tutties. Birthday, first time, tutties.
12:15Like, I can't believe I didn't have that. So can you please get on birthday watch for us for the coming weeks?
12:22Or do we need to add that for the prop show?
12:25The fantasy pros. Birthday touchdown watch? Birthday touchdown watch.
12:28So happy touchdown. We'll call it. Happy touchdown day.
12:30Happy touchdown. That's the tool. Do a touchdown dance.
12:33Yeah. So, yeah, the Ravens, they got to take care of business.
12:36They got to protect Zay Flowers from himself because he's so explosive.
12:40Hamstrings are notorious for being re-injured, re-aggravated. And when guys come back soon, too soon, this happens all the time.
12:46So I think they need to be very, very cautious with Flowers.
12:49They can beat the Saints without him. They have Lamar.
12:52They have Derrick Henry. They got Rashad Bateman. I know they're going to have Jacoby Lane because he's also injured.
12:58But play defense, run the football, win. That's my analysis.
13:01All right. That's good analysis. One more of the big topics.
13:04And then I want to get to some questions before we have our last two on the main pickup topics here on Tailgate.
13:11This actually might be seen from a fantasy perspective.
13:13I think this holds a lot more weight for people than maybe the real life.
13:18Lad going out is big. Zay Flowers going out big.
13:21It seemed like we might have a question about Jordan Mason, but that was answered a couple hours ago because Jordan Mason,
13:27with this thumb issue, he had some thumb stuff going on.
13:30IR. They placed him on the IR. So he is out.
13:33Yeah. Big thumbs down here. I think I can actually get my Mac to do like a little animation.
13:39No, did I do it? No, I didn't do it.
13:42But with this IR stint, it leaves Aaron Jones as the top dog.
13:46They did sign DJ Dallas. I think they had worked out Jerome Ford, but they ended up signing DJ Dallas.
13:51But Jordan Mason now, or Jordan Mason, Aaron Jones looks to kind of be the guy.
13:56And by the way, the Bears, the Bears defense buns, huge, huge potential.
14:00But my question would be, do you think this could be a situation where Aaron Jones takes on the workload or they say, we don't want him.
14:08We don't want to put more pressure on him.
14:10And then a guy like Claiborne would end up getting something like how or DJ Dallas, to be honest with you, they
14:17could piecemeal Claiborne in Dallas to getting some of those touches.
14:20And then they don't have Aaron Jones get more.
14:23Or do you think the usage they clearly need to lean on Aaron Jones during this time?
14:27I think they're going to clearly lean on Aaron Jones, especially considering they're going to have Carson Wentz on our center as well.
14:34So the team loves Aaron Jones. Remember, he took less money to come back to Minnesota.
14:39And it was very apparent that this year was going to be a bigger year for Jordan Mason and not so much for Aaron Jones.
14:46But he took less money to come back to Minnesota.
14:49He wanted to be here. They're big fans of him.
14:52And I think that they realized the fact that it's a thumb injury.
14:56I would assume that Mason will come back at some point and be fully functional and thumbs up, ready to go after
15:02a month when he can kind of get this going.
15:05Because obviously, if he was like a linebacker, right?
15:08When did they just do the club thing where they just like they would just wrap it up in tape like, get out there, dude.
15:15Like, but just slam people. Isn't that great when they have those linebackers?
15:19They just have like a cast. Dude, it's honestly more frightening when they just have clubs instead of like hands.
15:25It's like, OK, well, I'm going to clothesline this guy and tackle him.
15:28Obviously, it doesn't work the same way at running back where you have to hold on to the football like a baby.
15:35Can't drop it. So I do think that Jones is going to get the majority of the work.
15:40I think this happened last year too when Mason missed some time.
15:43They did lean on Jones in the second half of the season because when Aaron Jones is like fresh and not having
15:50a ton of volume or a ton of touches on him as the season progresses, like he can be pretty good and pretty effective.
15:57So I think head back that it's weak too.
15:59I think they will probably lean on him a decent amount.
16:03And knowing that they'll have Jordan Mason later in the season, I think Jones will probably more open to.
16:08Yeah, like feed me now. Feature me now when you need me to.
16:12But then things will kind of tail off in the second half of the year.
16:16DeMond Claiborne, interesting prospect, rookie that they drafted, really explosive.
16:19But I still think that he has some time in terms of what his role would technically be.
16:24I think DJ Dallas is probably in for pass protection, et cetera, things like that to just give Aaron Jones a break.
16:31I am I'm trying to pull this up right now, but I have a bajillion things going on.

16:45But what I do is I type in Fantasy Pros with or without split and it'll take you there.
16:51And what it looks like, Aaron Jones without Jordan Mason sees, I mean, from a fantasy perspective, he doubles his fantasy points.
16:57His rush attempts go from 10.7. This is over the last two.
17:01This is like essentially from last year, from week two.
17:03So it's like the last 12 months. It is 10 carries to 18 carries, 46 rushing yards, but to only 53 rushing yards.
17:10He does average a full touchdown per game when Jordan Mason is out.
17:14He sees about one more target. So what's really interesting is his yards don't go up a ton, but his usage does.
17:20He gets it's essentially 11 and nine more touches roughly per game that he's seeing.
17:25I mean, that's not insignificant for sure. And obviously, from a fantasy perspective, it goes up a little bit.
17:30So that kind of speaks a little bit to what you're saying, that he would get more like seven more touches.
17:36You know, that's that's again, not insignificant, man. Yeah, I was looking at I was looking at something that I wrote last year.
17:43It seemed like weeks 14 through 17 when he was kind of like the main guy in the backfield touch totals 14, 15, 23 and 21.

23:49But it was noted today, RJ Harvey did not practice and he's dealing with a hamstring injury.
23:54Right. That's significant. I mean, it's not significant enough in that it was Monday.
23:58So this could be like their Tuesday, but it's significant enough to monitor because Jonah Coleman got a nothing burger.
24:04And if RJ Harvey were to miss time, I think we've said this in a, well, this is interesting because we actually
24:10thought that Jonah Coleman would be more of the replacement to JK Dobbins and that RJ Harvey's role doesn't change.
24:16But what happens if Harvey is out, if they put Jonah Coleman into that spot, when people are saying, Hey, are we concerned?
24:23Whether you're concerned or not, I wouldn't make no moves.
24:26I would still be in on Jonah Coleman. The idea of getting Jonah Coleman was never about week one, two, three, or four or five.
24:33It was about week six, seven, eight, that range where JK Dobbins is probably hurt.
24:37So if you have Jonah Coleman and you started freaking out, you're doing it wrong.
24:42You can't freak out. Now with Harvey being banged up, this might create an opportunity for Jonah Coleman this week.
24:48I don't know if you've seen too much on it, but hamster, we've talked about hamstrings, hamstring injury and not practicing.
24:54Not great for RJ Harvey. Get ready to learn Tyler Bidet again, because that's probably what's going to end up happening is
25:00Jonah Coleman will probably stay on the bench doing nothing.
25:03And Tyler Bidet will slide into the RJ Harvey role and they'll keep rolling with JK Dobbins.
25:08So this is a pretty typical of the Sean.
25:10Sean Payton. He's always a baddie to me. He's always a Tyler Bidet, not a baddie.
25:15That's what his name looks like. Baddie. No, he looks like a baddie.

25:39And there's a couple of questions that line up to where we're going with this.
25:44What do you think about this one? This is a good one.

25:50But are the Raiders for real in the Kubiak offense and the new defensive additions?
25:55So Miami, I think, made them look better. And getting Bowers is going to be back.
25:59Yeah, I don't think you can change any of your expectations for the Raiders based on a game against the Dolphins.
26:06Again, I was wrong about them. I thought that the Dolphins could pull up the upset, but clearly they are just so
26:12bad that they're not going to even beat a team that the Raiders, I don't think, are the best team.
26:18But I think Kubiak, it's a good thing that he's in there.
26:21And he did a lot of things that we're excited about, especially with the way they use Ash and Gentry in the passing game.
26:28That is so awesome across all facets. Just using running backs in the passing, it makes so much sense.
26:34Just get these guys in space, explosive playmakers. Makes so much sense in the world.
26:38So I think we'll find out more about this Raiders offense and what they can do when they face a more legitimate
26:45defense in the Los Angeles Chargers in week two.
26:47A couple of those. Week two, Goff or Mahomes?
26:50Goff. Goff. Texans defense or Ravens? Ravens. And then Sadiq or Pitts?
26:53Oh. Come on, buddy. I mean, you guys don't say it.
26:56Sorry. So, I mean, Sadiq barely. I mean, he had the cool red zone touchdown where he somehow hit 20 miles per
27:03hour, which is super actually insane, basically, because there's like not that much time for him to build up speed, but just
27:09a credit to how much of a freak this guy is.
27:12And the fact he missed all of training camp didn't even matter because he's just an absolute freak.
27:18But in terms of like route volume targets, I think he's still a little bit behind the eight ball.
27:23But hey, man, it is another NFC North defense.
27:26So check the ranks. Yeah, we'll see. Let's just do one more and then we'll finish up our two stories here.
27:32Walker manager. Would you rather stash Emma Johnson or Blake Corum?
27:35Blake Corum, I would rather have. So I get you want Emma Johnson because you have Ken Walker, but Emma Johnson could
27:42sit there for 12 weeks and do nothing if Walker's healthy.
27:45If there was no Ken Walker and no Kyron Williams and you had Emma Johnson running that Chiefs offense or Blake Corum
27:51running that Rams offense, who would you rather have?
27:54Corum's such a beast. I mean, look, Emma Johnson, he looked good, but it was one game like by Corum has two seasons or one really good season.
28:02And then one game where he looked shot out of a cannon.
28:05Dude, he could have ran if the Rams offense just wasn't buns the entire game against the 49ers.
28:11Blake Corum is going to rush for 150 yards in that game, though.
28:14The 49ers could not stop him when he was getting the ball.
28:18So. They don't. All right. Two other pickup stories when we do our top five storylines here going to number four.
28:24I admit there's some other like fun stuff that's floating out there, you know, injuries and IRs and stuff.
28:30But these are two a little bit more speculative ones.
28:33And one of them not really fun, if I'm being honest.
28:36But we were talking about this Bill Krosky merit with the fumble.
28:39You want to break this down because there's some concern.
28:42I don't remember if it was you or Pat.
28:45Unfortunately, no one watching this right now, if you're watching live, has seen it because we recorded earlier today.
28:50But we were talking about the discussions of merit losing the having that fumble and then not coming back in.
28:56And what that means moving forward. I think Pat was super pessimistic about Bill Krosky merit just because that because Katron Allen got usage.
29:03Obviously, Rashad White bad matchups because this offensive line is so bad.
29:07Should we be worried about Ja'Cory Krosky merit with that early fumble and maybe how the team is going to approach him?
29:13Yes, I think so, because it's clearly something that the coaches noticed because the minute that he fumbled late in the game,
29:19that's when Katron Allen got the three next carries and we did not see Bill for the rest of the game.
29:25And this was in the fourth quarter crunch time.
29:28The commanders had a chance to win and beat the Eagles.
29:31And Bill was not out there on the field, despite the fact that he was the best running back that they had.
29:38And he played well against the Philadelphia Eagles. It was a tough matchup on the road and he looked good.
29:44He scored a touchdown, but he put the ball on the ground.
29:47And even though it was recovered by the commanders, clearly the coaches were upset about their second year running back putting the ball on the ground.
29:55So that makes him super fringe. And we've seen this before with running backs that these can sometimes compound, which is unfortunate.
30:01Like, I mean, the worst example so far this year has been Tyron Tracy.
30:05That guy just can't get out of his own way.
30:08Like every time he, every time he touches the ball, he makes a mistake, which I feel bad because I really like
30:14Tracy as a player, but it would not. Are you going to be surprised if Najee Harris is active and Tyron Tracy
30:21is inactive the next time the Giants? No, like that's not going to surprise me whatsoever.
30:25Not one bit. So Klosky Merrick, not just saying he's going to be inactive, but based on game script against the Dallas
30:32Cowboys, who I know the run defense has gotten a little bit better since they got Quinn Williams last year.
30:38If he makes another mistake, messes up in pass pro, like you could see his snaps kind of dwindle.
30:43So he feels like a very fringe player that playing time, maybe a bit, I don't know, did nice.
30:49And I think they asked Quinn about it. And he said, when he put Katron Allen in, they said, was this designed
30:55to be the plan or did the fumble influence you?
30:58And Quinn was like both. So clearly it's like, we wanted to get Allen and it's like, oh, well now let's definitely
31:04get him in because our guy just fumbled the ball.
31:07That quote was the more damning one. I think that they acknowledge that they're like both.
31:12You're like, oh, okay. The final story in here of that we were going to talk about was just an update on the Josh Jacob situation.
31:20It is not a fun story, of course, but the newest piece in it was, and I don't remember if it's his,
31:26if it was his girlfriend, but the woman that was involved in this incident filed to have the evidence sealed for the video.
31:33So if you've been following the case, Josh Jacobs, you know, he was put on the example list.
31:38They moved the court date up. That was on the 10th.
31:41It was misdemeanor felony and a misdemeanor, like a public destruction of a, it was the phone that he broke.
31:47We found out, but the, everybody has kind of been holding their breath that, you know, when this video comes out, the,
31:53I think the standard is six weeks on like domestic violence issues, but the video, if, if it's bad, we just don't
32:00know, you know, what more could that hold? Well, this piece came out and that she has requested a ceiling of that document.
32:06And if you have both parties doing it, unless it's just, I mean, for all intents and purposes, that thing is not going to come out.
32:14So what that ends up meaning it means is like the NFL will have to work off of its standards and that probably means a six game.
32:22So a lot of people are speculating. It's a weird topic of discussion.
32:26I mean, right here, it was, you know, looking to buy Jacobs for if someone's looking in fantasy, it's again, it's like
32:32a weird transitional topic, but just your take on this situation and what this is potentially going to mean for Josh Jacobs.
32:38Do you think we're going to see him this year?
32:41Do you advocate for people buying on him? Obviously taking like a moral clause out of all of that type of stuff.
32:48What's your take on this new development? Yeah, I think it just kind of means that we're going to get to a
32:54resolution sooner rather than later in resolution, not in the legal standards, but in terms of we're going to figure out how
33:01many games he's going to get suspended, whether he's going to play this year at all.
33:05And I think it's probably going to be anywhere between six to eight games is probably one thing that has also been thrown out.
33:12I didn't mean to interrupt you, but there is talk also that they are saying that part of the, there might be a time serve situation.
33:20So something you might have is if this, let's say the NFL decides to act on this in week three, they might
33:26say, well, he has, because the exemplars, he has been served those three games.
33:30So it might only be three more games. So there is a world where he could be back in week seven, if
33:37they hold to that and they could hold to that maybe a little bit more because if there's no video evidence, like,
33:43I don't know if they need public outcry or anything like that.
33:47That's just speculative type of stuff. But like, if this is, if this is it, it might not get messier.
33:52And there, there's a world now where week seven, Josh Jacobs could be back legitimately.
33:57So the NFL has definitely not seen the video that is like a hundred percent confirmed, right?
34:02Because of this reporting. I believe so. I believe that's what they said.
34:06They were trying to obtain it. And this, I think led to, again, it was noted as she wants to maintain her
34:12privacy for it, for whatever the reason, if that is the only reason.
34:16But yeah, the NFL has not seen it because this was from his private security camera as well.
34:21And it is for, it is sealed, you know, like he doesn't want it out.
34:25She doesn't now want it out. Like the only way it can get out is if it's illegally taken out.
34:31And then there's going to be a whole nother argument, you know, like it's good.
34:36It's going to be a rough situation if the NFL re I mean, this is just speculative, but the NFL reacts off
34:42of that video when it was illegally obtained, then there might be more more lawsuits.
34:46And it's just like the last thing you want to do.
34:49Yeah, no, for sure. Yeah. And then, and clearly the fact that the woman doesn't want this, like that clear that doesn't
34:56suggest that anything on this thing is good. Like it's, I don't even want to like necessarily dive into that, but like
35:02bad, of course, or else I feel like she wouldn't feel near.
35:06Again, I'm not trying to speak for her or whatever, but if it was, oh, this is fine.
35:11Like nothing like, okay, whatever. But like, clearly it's, it's something that's bad on that tape.
35:16So I, so I can't, I guess I can't advocate for doing any of that.
35:20Like if you're asking, you want to buy a lot, you need to do it.
35:24You can go do it. I think there's too much questions.
35:28I think your best case scenario, if you purely look at it from a fantasy perspective, he could be back by week seven.
35:34If it is. And I guess too, it's like, what if she could always like change her, could she change her mind
35:41and be like, well, you know what? I decided to do this instead and like, I don't know.
35:46I just feel like the NFL, like always, like they just always like find a way to get what like the NFL always gets what they want.
35:54You know what I mean? So like, again, obviously want to respect this, this woman and what's going on in this situation here.
36:01But like, I mean, the NFL just like, there's such a power hungry source.
36:05They can just do whatever they want. So I don't know.
36:08I mean, we'll see what ends up happening. But for now it's like, yep, he'll probably get suspended for six games.
36:14And then if for some reason there is a situation where the video does come out, then it's like, dude, I would
36:20get rid of Josh Jacobs and dynasty. Like, like, I don't know if they're going to double jeopardy it though.
36:26That might be why they're waiting to see if there's because it's like, you're not going to suspend him and then like resuspend him because of a public.
36:34And that's why I mean, they did that. I mean, again, going back to the Ray Rice thing, they suspended him for
36:41two games and the video came out and they're like, oh, well, actually you're gone.
36:45Like, I'm like, yeah, well, I think a little more to that too, where it was like at that time where it
36:51was like, what Josh Gordon was getting suspended for like six games for marijuana usage.
36:56And then they're just like, well, wait, Ray Rice will get to like, that was the ultimate fumble.
37:01That's also, that's, that's kind of where we are at right now is because of like the massive fumbling of all of those situations.
37:08So if you're asking from like a fantasy question, I would probably stay away from it for the most part.
37:14I would say too, this Packers offensive line doesn't necessarily look like it's going to be a great run blocking unit for whenever Josh Jacobs does come back.
37:22So I think that is definitely worth noting, but clearly Lloyd Brooks, at least in week one, haven't really taken the job and run with it.
37:30So. Yeah, exactly. All right. You can take that off and go back to the two box.
37:35Cause the one thing I was going to say is obviously a big piece of news we didn't talk about as we're
37:41leaving here is that the 49ers announced that Dejan Stribbling's injury is way worse.
37:45It is 10 weeks came a little bit later for us to react to the graphic.
37:50And also, uh, Tongis Tongis Tongis is out for the season.
37:53Brutal, brutal blow. So, uh, a big blow to our sleeper rankings.
37:56Cause I think you kept Stribbling in there. We both are sleeper.
38:00We were top 10 in sleeper rankings. And now that Stribbling is out for 10 weeks, we are not going to get accredited for that.
38:07And that's another blow to the 49ers offense. Though I will say you want to be sneaky about it.
38:13Christian Kirk, Christian Kirk should be back for week five.
38:16And that might be someone to take a look at for that 49ers offense, because Stribbling is going to be out for a significant amount of time.
38:23You can have all the Christian Kirk you want.
38:26Yeah. I'm not saying get him now, but he's out for four weeks.
38:30It's like, as well as notifications, Welsh has added Christian Kirk.
38:33Is it the Welsh has added Christian Kirk? Adding Debo.
38:36Debo gets the push. He gets the push up for sure.
38:39All right. It's going to be, it's going to be crazy to see what this 49ers offense looks like in week 14.
