Drew Brees, a first-ballot selection to the Pro Football Hall of Fame's Class of 2026, will be inducted into the New Orleans Saints' Ring of Honor during an on-field ceremony at halftime on October 11, 2026, when the Saints host the Minnesota Vikings. During his 15 seasons with the Saints (2006–2021), Brees led the team to its first Super Bowl victory in the 2009 season, defeating the Indianapolis Colts 31–17 and earning Super Bowl MVP honors. He also helped the Saints win seven NFC South division titles and reach three NFC Championship Games. Brees was a two-time NFL Offensive Player of the Year, earned five All-Pro selections, and made 13 Pro Bowls. He set an NFL record with five 5,000-yard passing seasons, and in 2011, he threw for a then-record 5,476 yards in a single season. Brees finished his Saints career with 68,010 passing yards and 491 touchdown passes, making him the franchise's all-time leader in major passing categories. He was inducted into the New Orleans Saints Hall of Fame in 2024 and elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility, becoming the first Saints player ever selected as a first-ballot Hall of Famer.
