0:00Good morning, friends and enemies. In today's video, we're going to be talking about rookies and only rookies. All right, the ones that I think are going
0:08to contribute immediately to your lineups and then a subsection of guys that I think you should be taking swings on a little bit later in your draft that
0:15have legitimate upside this year in fantasy football and then some dudes much later in the draft that I too think you should be pressing the draft button
0:22on knowing that you might drop them early on. However, there will be a ton of guys on this list that I think you'll
0:28look like a genius for drafting amongst your league mates. So, we will get right into things, all right? And without a
0:34doubt, the two most exciting rookies that were supposed to be exciting just very recently got hurt. These were my RB1, my wide receiver one in the class
0:45as it relates to this year's fantasy football. So, we'll start up at the very top and that is Jeremiah Love and Jordan
0:51Tyson. Jeremiah Love was the number three overall pick to the Arizona Cardinals, the running back, explosive, got the size, got the speed, got the
0:58pass-catching chops. He had it all until they gave him all the workload in the first preseason game or I guess second
1:05preseason game and uh he has now come down with a high ankle sprain, which reports are kind of here and there. We
1:11haven't got a ton of information outside of it being a high ankle sprain. So, they're optimistic he could be ready for
1:17week one, but we have seen high ankle sprains derail seasons for running backs specifically, all right? So, this has to knock him down the rankings quite a bit.
1:25He was going into a situation that would have likely been some sort of a time share with Tyler Allgeier, who they
1:31newly signed. They brought back James Conner. They've got Trey Benson. I don't really expect the latter two to make a a
1:36huge dent, but I do think Tyler Allgeier probably would have gotten a handful of carries each week on the early downs,
1:42maybe mixed in on some goal-line work as well. But Jeremiah Love was drafted to be a bellcow eventually. He was drafted
1:48because of his athleticism, his ability to play all three downs and catch passes. But again, kind of getting to the point that matters for for guys, the
1:55high ankle sprain is a very, very legitimate concern. We don't know if he'll be ready for week one, and if he
2:00is ready for week one, we don't know how much he'll be slowed down by this ankle sprain. Will he get back to 100% health
2:06by week one, week two, week four? This also puts him at a very, very high re-injury risk relative to other players
2:14that are going into the year healthy.
2:16So, it's a big knock on him. He was a guy that I was comfortable taking at the 2-3 turn. Now, I moved him down my
2:21rankings pretty significantly. He is comfortably at the 3-4 turn and closer to, you know, the beginning to middle parts of the fourth round. And it's
2:29unfortunate because, you know, you rarely see rookie running backs with this type of draft capital that don't perform up to the standard of a top 12
2:37fantasy running back right away. They're just forced into a workload that's really hard to take away any sort of floor from them. So, I I feel like he
2:45likely would have got that, but I don't know how much the Cardinals are necessarily going to be playing for this year in terms of putting a dude like
2:50Jeremiah Love at risk with the high ankle sprain right now. So, that's the biggest news of the Arizona Cardinals. I will say the one kind of glimmer of hope
2:58here is that if we can get him healthy for the second half of the year and he's good to go, their playoff schedule,
3:03while their regular season schedule extremely difficult, playoff schedule, Jets, Saints, Raiders weeks 15, 16, 17.
3:11Doesn't get much better than that for a fantasy running back. So, when it comes to Jeremiah Love, again, just think you
3:16got to knock him down a little bit because of the high ankle sprain. The same thing can be said to the nth degree
3:21when it comes to Jordan Tyson. I was very excited to start drafting up a bunch of Jordan Tyson in the sixth round
3:27here, but he has since tweaked his hamstring at practice. And this is the fourth time that he's dealt with a hamstring strain now since October of
3:362025. That is less than a year ago. You can look at the tweets from Jeff up on the screen right now, but ultimately,
3:41this does not sound like a great situation right now. We're not getting any firm word of what's happening. He's going for second and third opinions,
3:49which typically means that there is some level of grade two and some level of concern and some level of like this
3:56could be a six to eight-week injury.
3:59There could be a possibility of him landing on the PUP list. So, this was one of the biggest red flags on a guy
4:04like Jordan Addison. He was the eighth overall pick to the New Orleans Saints.
4:07You pair him with Chris Olave there in this up-tempo fast-paced offense with Kellen Moore and it looks like there's going to be fireworks there. Jordan
4:14Addison's dynamite on the football field, but the injuries started to become a real concern. And everybody that was fading him because of the
4:21injury concern ended up hitting big on the ROI there if they had been staying away from him up to this point in draft
4:27season. So, basically with Jordan Addison, he's borderline a stay away at this point. He was going around the sixth round. That's where like a Carnell
4:34Tate was going. That's where these other rookies were going. And now I think you have to push him down to round nine, 10.
4:40Like you can't use real draft capital on a dude who's likely going to miss some of the beginning of the year if not
4:47linger that into, you know, midway through the year. want us to go out of our way to draft dudes that are already
4:54dealing with serious injuries and already have a history of he's just getting back to training camp from recovering from a hamstring injury and
5:01now he has another one. This is a disaster for Jordan Addison. Now, we can move past the injuries, all right? These
5:08are guys that if you're drafting them, you're doing so with the draft capital that you need them to contribute to your
5:14lineup basically immediately, all right?
5:17The very first guy is Carnell Tate. He was the number four overall pick to the Tennessee Titans, wide receiver out of
5:22Ohio State. He goes through a situation where last year, nightmare, right? The Tennessee Titans passing game was one of if not the worst in the NFL despite
5:30having Cam Ward, the number one overall pick. A lot of changes this off-season, however, right? They bring in Brian Daboll, so they will have a new system,
5:35new play caller. Year two of Cam Ward getting more comfortable at the NFL level with the NFL speed. They bring in
5:42Carnell Tate to be the alpha there. They have Wan'Dale Robinson. And then you You Calvin Ridley who at this point could be
5:46a usable number three in an NFL offense.
5:49So on paper things feel relatively good for the Tennessee Titans. They're on the upswing. The offensive line is definitely still an issue. When I think
5:56about Carnell Tate, like you have Brian Abel there who was the head coach in New York where Malik Nabers as a rookie just
6:01got 8,000 targets over there. And it's hard to imagine that the floor is going to be super low for a guy who was the
6:07number four overall pick in the draft.
6:10But I do think overall like the Titans do present a bunch of systemic risk if you are drafting into this offense
6:16actively into the passing offense here with early round draft capital. With Cam Ward, like I said, struggled mightily as a rookie and it's definitely no sure
6:24thing. It's not a lock that he's going to be a great quarterback in year two.
6:28Take some huge leap in year two. We see a lot of quarterbacks go from like really shitty in year one to like, okay,
6:34we're seeing progression in year two.
6:36Year three is kind of like the blast off period. Could very much be the case for Cam Ward. Could also be the case that he
6:41may just not be a good NFL quarterback at all. I wouldn't bet on that, but yeah, I think you just need to weigh the
6:45range of outcomes when you're drafting players attached to these types of offenses. When you think of other receivers that you're almost comping to
6:53Carnell Tate in terms of the draft capital, ones that had explosive rookie seasons, ones that really like changed the way that the fantasy season went,
7:01you're thinking about the Ja'Marr Chases of recent year. You're thinking about Justin Jefferson, Amon-Ra St. Brown over the the second half of his rookie year.
7:09Think about like even JuJu Smith-Schuster. But when I think about those dudes, they're attached to guys that were throwing for 43, 44, 4500
7:17yards, 30 to 35 passing touchdowns, right? You have Ja'Marr Chase with Joe Burrow. You have Amon-Ra with Jared Goff. You have Justin Jefferson with
7:24Kirk Cousins. You have JuJu with Big Ben. These are all like very well-established NFL quarterbacks with very high statistical ceilings. When I
7:31look at the makeup of the receiver room for the Titans, I think I would put pretty real money that Wan'Dale Robinson
7:37ends up leading the team in targets.
7:39Does not mean they're going to be the most valuable targets, but I do think he ends up leading the team overall on
7:43targets cuz Brian Daboll comes from New York. One of the very first things he does is go out and sign Wan'Dale
7:48Robinson to a significant money deal for a guy who's pretty much a slot guy. And I don't think Calvin Ridley's really
7:53going away here. And ironically, I think a good comp for Carnell Tate is like prime Calvin Ridley, who was a phenomenal route runner, would dice up
8:00DBs, but doesn't add a ton after the catch. Not super dynamic with the ball in his hands, but Carnell Tate is a
8:06great separator, great route runner, can absolutely beat you down field. Was not a high-volume guy at Ohio State, but I don't really want to hold that against
8:13him because of the level of target competition that you get when you're playing at Ohio State with the Jeremiah Smiths of the world, the Marvin Harrison
8:19Juniors of the world. Like, you're sharing targets with the best players in the world. So, it would not surprise me if Tate did have a big second half of
8:26the year. But to be honest, the price right now where you have to grab him around like the five-six turn, it's
8:32probably too steep for me. And I can totally acknowledge the upside, and my hesitation is purely situational tied to Tennessee. While still preferring to
8:40grab guys in that draft capital range of like the Jaden Daniels of the world or other wide receivers who I think have
8:46upside attached to offenses that I find much more appealing like, you know, Parker Washington with Jacksonville or even like DJ Moore in Buffalo. So,
8:55Carnell Tate, really good player, like the future future outlook of him. I'm pretty hesitant to draft him as a rookie because of the Tennessee Titans kind of
9:03systemic risk here. Moving on to another first-round pick, the second first-round running back this year, that is Jahmyr Gibbs over there in Seattle. Jahmyr
9:11Gibbs is kind of a tough one right now.
9:13He was the one that early on in the off-season I expected to have almost no shares of him cuz I was like, "Okay,
9:19he's a first-round running back. People are going to take him in like the fourth round, the fifth round." But he's dropped pretty significantly to the
9:25point where I think you can usually get him around the six-seven turn if it's not a super running back heavy draft
9:30that you're in. Like, if it's three wide receivers, if it's full PPR, Jahmyr Gibbs ends up dropping pretty significantly in those drafts. And I
9:36think I could be talked into that price.
9:38With J'Darien Price, what makes it so difficult is he played with Jeremiah Love at Notre Dame. So, crazy set of circumstances here when you have two
9:45running backs from the same college getting drafted in the first round. So, for J'Darien Price, like not a great prospect profile, not a ton of
9:53production, a bit undersized, like 203, 205 lb. Probably won't be the main pass catcher here in Seattle out of the backfield, at least for now. But, I do
10:01think he's a good runner, and I do think he's explosive. I think he's looked at as the clear starter right now. He's
10:06missed a couple days of camp, but I expect him to be back relatively soon.
10:08He missed preseason week one for them, but that's not an injury that I'm overly concerned about. I think him and George
10:13Kittleani will likely split the backfield for now, where George Kittleani is more of like the two-minute drill guy, the obvious passing situation
10:20guy. But, kind of the elephant in the room is Zach Charbonnet. Zach Charbonnet tears his ACL late in the season in the
10:25playoffs, and the reports of him returning, I think have been like a little bit more optimistic lately. But, I think if you kind of read between the
10:33lines, while some people are like it's not out of the question that he returns for week one or week two, I think if I
10:37had to put my money one way or another, I would say he likely lands on the pup.
10:41I think a realistic timeframe for him returning would be early, mid, late October. We'll just say October, cuz I just covered every part of October. But,
10:49October. I think that's like a realistic timeline for Zach Charbonnet to return.
10:52And when Zach Charbonnet returns, like he's going to be a part of that rotation. He's likely going to be the goal line back there. And I do think
10:58that could open things up, like I don't think it's going to be a three-headed a three-headed monster there for the running backs there in Seattle. What I
11:03think happens is early on it's Price and Kittleani. When Charbonnet returns, it's going to be Charb and J'Darien Price.
11:10But, regardless, it does feel like one way or another we're going to get some sort of a time share here with Price and
11:17Charb, Price and Kittleani, it doesn't really matter one way or another. I think, again, they view him as a starter. You use first-round draft
11:24capital on a guy, that's a big deal because Kenneth Walker ends up leaving through free agency. They never wanted to give him kind of the keys to the
11:30backfield. I think it was a little bit less that they like they didn't think he was talented enough to do it and more so
11:36we're concerned that if we give him a huge workload back here like the injuries he was kind of dealing with early on in the summer last year, they
11:42wanted to kind of keep him on the straight and narrow so that they can use him for the entire year and ended up
11:48being the [clears throat] right decision considering him and Charbonnet both playing most of the year and they won the [ __ ] Super Bowl. So credit where
11:53it's due. With Price, I think there's a real chance this is going to be a bumpy season-long roller coaster ride with
11:59Judarian Price. I think he's a high-risk, high-reward player ultimately. 5-6 turn is a bit too much for me. 6-7 turn is probably where I'm
12:07starting to think, "Okay, I'd be open taking a shot here." And I I think there's a real chance he ends up
12:11dropping there in like more casual leagues where people who are not locked into the draft. This is ultimately a less exciting draft class than we've
12:18seen in quite a a quite a long time. So there's been a lot less hype on these guys and Judarian Price not being like a
12:24really high-profile college running back. If your friends aren't paying attention throughout all of like draft season into the summer then Judarian
12:30Price is definitely a dude in your drafts that could end up dropping and you could get him again the end of the
12:34sixth round, maybe mid seventh round or something like that and that becomes a lot more palatable. But he's not a dude
12:38that I'm going to be jumping up to draft similar to what I said with Cornell Tate. So we had my two favorite guys
12:44that I would have been almost actively targeting at their price in Jeremiah Love and Jordan Tyson who are now hurt and need to be bumped down the rankings.
12:51You have two guys who if you are drafting them at their current price 5-6 turn, sixth roundish, Cornell Tate and Judarian Price, you will have to make
12:59that decision to go up and get them and they will likely have to contribute to your lineups in fantasy immediately which I think is quite risky given there
13:07are other really good players being drafted around their price. Now, if we move a little bit further down the ADP board, these are guys that you don't
13:13have to draft immediately. You don't have to expect immediate production from them, but love the upside shot on them, right? And we'll start with another
13:20injured guy. That is Mekhi Leven. He is a first-round pick to the Philadelphia Eagles. He is profiling more as a slot
13:26wide receiver right now. Although at his final year in USC, he was moved around a lot, had production from all over the
13:31field. So, I'm not really worried about him being able to play other positions here. The concerns here, of course, are that Philadelphia's passing offense is
13:38going to be low volume, but what's more concerning is he's dealing with this hamstring strain as well in camp right now. He's missed a ton of times at
13:46voluntary workouts and voluntary practices, and now he's missing a ton of time in training camp as well. So, he's not on the field, and that's really
13:53important, especially for rookies in a brand new offense, right? They have a new scheme there with Shawn McVay, and and everybody on offense is is learning
13:59it right now. So, you have some of the really well-respected beat reporters out in Philadelphia saying that it wouldn't be surprised whatsoever if McVay Lemon
14:05did not start the year as a starter, which is like concerning if you're a top 20 pick, right? And you're a first-round
14:12receiver, kind of drafted to replace A.J. Brown in a sense, or just replace that weapons group in general. So, he's probably going to start very slow out of
14:20the gate. That being said, he's like a 10th-round pick right now, and I think this is one of those picks that you just
14:26say, "Hey, I think the Philadelphia offense is going to have a bounce back with getting Kevin Petula out of the way, getting some of the toxicity out of
14:32the locker room, having Jalen Hurts a little bit more under center, play-action heavy." Like, I do think they turn things around and look a lot
14:39better this year. You got a first-round player, really good draft capital, really talented player, high-level production. Like, you just kind of bet
14:45on that type of profile this late in a draft. He's going around, you know, like the Matthew Goldens of the world and and
14:52the guys that you're like, "Yeah, you know what? There's definitely some like upside kind of sitting in the tank, and if we spark it, maybe we can get lucky
14:58and have a have a fireworks show here."
15:00So, you know, if you're mixing and matching those young high-upside receivers at this point in the draft, I think McVay Lemon is absolutely worth
15:06throwing a draft pick at. Next up, and this is one of the more hyped players of the summer, De'Shawn Shribling for the
15:12San Francisco 49ers. Very, very early second-round draft capital. Was not looked very highly at by the the dynasty fantasy community as a whole. And then
15:22you get that sort of draft capital and you've got no choice but to open your eyes and start looking at the player.
15:27And it's hard not to be excited about him after everything we've heard throughout the preseason, after what's happened to the San Francisco 49ers wide
15:33receiver depth chart, and then the first preseason game they played and Shribling looked [ __ ] awesome. He is 6'2, almost 210 lbs, ran a 4.36 40-yard dash
15:44at the combine. When you watch him, if you go back, if you got like NFL game replay pass or whatever thing you can go
15:51watch replays on, which I do for the preseason games, if you go back and watch Shribling and you just don't look
15:56at the last name on the jersey, he looks like Jauan Jennings reincarnated but far more explosive. He's a really tough dude
16:04out there. Like he loves getting grimy and gritty, awesome run blocker. I think that's one of the reasons why they wanted to go out and draft him. Very
16:12strong hands, very good with the ball in his hands. He's like he's very tough to bring down. And because he has that
16:17level of explosiveness, the 4.36, which I think is a little bit more like I need a step to kind of get going. He's not
16:23necessarily like a Tyreek Hill level of explosiveness. I think that's fine. I think given the fact that he landed in a
16:28Kyle Shanahan offense who knows how to use a player like him kind of to perfection. So what gets me really excited cuz they're not going to ask him
16:35to be running a ton of downfield routes.
16:37Like that's going to be Mike Evans's role. He's going to be the X. He's going to be the guy running the really
16:41valuable downfield routes while Shribling will be put in motion a lot.
16:44He'll be used over the middle. Again, very similar to where Jauan Jennings was. And you have no more Jauan Jennings. You got Ricky P obviously out
16:51for the season at this point. It's all new receivers basically. You have Deebo coming back. They just resigned him to like a one-year, I think it was $4
16:58million deal or something like that. And I do think Deebo will have a lot of routes there. I think he will play a lot
17:03of the snaps there because they're so comfortable with him early on, but I could see Shribling starting out as like a 50% snap guy and by, you know, week
17:10six he's he's running 70 to 75% of the routes and he's a dude that like you might be able to put into your lineup as
17:16a flex play almost weekly. So, yeah, it is the talent with the fit matched with a great offense here, Brock Purdy and
17:22and Kyle Shanahan, of course. And then you just have the lack of depth at pass-catching weapons here. You've got Mike Evans who is dealing with a quad
17:29strain for the last like 2 weeks. He just did return to practice. You got George Kittle coming back from the Achilles. Like I said, Ricky P is out
17:35for the year. Got no Juwan Jennings. You got [ __ ] no Brandon Aiyuk. You got Deebo who's old and very likely past his
17:42prime. You got Christian McCaffrey who's like hurt who's like holding in I think right now. But, you've got like nothing there of consistency and Shribling has
17:48been nothing short of consistent this entire summer. So, Shribling's a dude you should absolutely be taking a shot on in your drafts this year. And then
17:55two more rookies that are hard not to get excited about until you see what team they're on. And that's Casey Conceição and Denzel Boston out there in
18:03Cleveland. The first and second round picks are one of the first and then the second round pick for the Browns this
18:09offseason. They've got Todd Monken coming in as their new head coach. So, you have a completely new offensive system, which I'm excited about. But,
18:15it's literally impossible to get excited about Deshaun Watson or Shedeur Sanders under center there. Conceição is this like smaller-ish explosive going to play
18:25the slot type receiver here that they're going to be able to use all over the formation. In their first preseason game, they were giving him end-arounds.
18:32He was really explosive. He was a great separator, really strong route runner.
18:36So, I love the long-term appeal of a guy like Conceição. And I think that there will absolutely be times throughout the
18:41year that he's getting peppered with targets because he's running very like quarterback-friendly routes. He is overlapping with Harold Fannin a bit.
18:48Whereas, Denzel Boston is going to be playing the pure X receiver here. Jerry Jeudy, like Calvin Ridley in Tennessee, Jerry Jeudy's kind of still like hanging
18:54around as that annoying veteran receiver right now. He'll probably be playing 50-60% of the routes. But, everything out of Cleveland is like these two
19:02receivers are super legit. They're going to play major roles in this offense. The question is like what does that even mean? If you're the X receiver, if
19:09you're Denzel Boston playing the X for Deshaun Watson in the big 2026. Come on.
19:15Like you can't really project this passing offense to throw for more than, you know, like 3,000 yards and 18 passing touchdowns, if that. So, I I I
19:24think there's a chance that Denzel Boston is playing on like 90 to 95% of the snaps. I genuinely think he's going
19:29to be like the wide receiver one there as the X on the outside running those tougher routes. I think Concepcion will
19:35get the ball in a bunch of different ways on that offense. But, the touchdown ceiling is just so, so low for all these
19:43pass catchers, unfortunately. So, I like Concepcion a lot more in full PPR leagues. Very interesting dart throw here. And ultimately, the the Browns are
19:50just set up to just they're just going to be the most lit when they get a quarterback. Like there's not going to
19:55be a single dude that I'm not excited about in this offense next year. So, moving on from those guys. And also, at
20:02any point, if you just want to grab our rankings for whatever league type you have, if you want to get full write-ups
20:07on all these players, you want their Vegas prop lines, their strength of schedules with their actual schedules kind of right in front of you while
20:12you're drafting, offensive line rank, all that kind of good stuff is in our fantasy membership right now on bdge.co.
20:19I update that in real time. You will have injury reports up there of when things happen. I pretty much try to get
20:23them like when I see a Twitter notification, I'm like, all right, I got to update this within like 5 minutes.
20:28So, it's always up to date. We have the draft assistant, which you can now sync your league if you are on ESPN, Yahoo,
20:33or Sleeper, and attach our rankings to it. So, it makes the decision super easy for you while you are on the clock.
20:39Again, bdge.co.
20:41Fantasy membership is there. The very cheapest way to get it though, just $10 you'll get 3 months free of our membership is if you're a new user, go
20:48over to our partners BetMGM, either their app or the website, deposit $10.
20:52That's it, $10 or more. Use code BDGE.
20:54Again, if you're a new user, deposit $10 or more, code BDGE. As soon as you play your first slip, they're going to hit
21:00you with a promo code in their in-app messaging system that you can go use on our website, 3 months free to the
21:06fantasy membership, which will ride you pretty deep into the actual like fantasy regular season, which will have a bunch of tools for in-season stuff as well.
21:13So, everything is now packaged into the fantasy membership on BDGE.co. Now that we are moving past those high-upside 10th, 11th, 12th round picks, we'll go a
21:23little bit deeper to do that. I think our fun upside shots to take knowing that you may very well drop them
21:30quickly. All right? And we'll start with the Miami Dolphins wide receivers. The Dolphins receiver room is horrendously bare. There is no food in the cupboard,
21:40and so they decided to try to restock via the draft this year. They used both of their third-round picks on some on
21:48some big boys at the receiver positions.
21:50You have Caleb Douglas out of Texas Tech, 11th pick in the third round, 6'4, 206 lbs, ran a 4.39 40-yard dash. You
21:59then have Chris Bell, 6'2 222 out of Louisville. He is recovering from an ACL tear that happened late in his career at
22:07Louisville. So, he has just been taken off the NFI list, which means he can resume practicing if he's ready to do
22:12so. This was a dude, Chris Bell, that was looked widely at as close to a first-round talent. I think there's a
22:18lot of people that you guys probably listen to that thought he was a first-round talent, maybe ends up being a second-round pick, whatever, but very
22:24very highly touted prospect in terms of where people expected him to get draft pre-injury. There's been a lot of hype about Caleb Douglas. He's been showing
22:31out this summer, apparently, and then in their first preseason game when they were running with the starters, it was him and Malik Washington as the two
22:37receivers in two-wide receiver sets. So, it looks like he is locked into a receiver role or starting receiver role in Miami, and it's not an exciting
22:44offense by any means, but because there's so much uncertainty, because there's nobody else on the depth chart, it is literally like Malik Washington, a
22:51bunch of dudes that you have never seen have more than like 30 catches in a season. There's so much opportunity for
22:57somebody to catch the ball. Will it happen this year? I don't know, but like Malik Willis has to throw the ball to
23:03somebody. And if these guys are good, they're going to be vacuuming up targets immediately cuz they're going to be the only good players on the field. Next up,
23:10you got Jacobi Lane, the wide receiver in Baltimore, all right? The buzz out of camp for Jacobi Lane has [ __ ] bees
23:17jealous, all right? He's a third-round pick out of USC, 6'4, 200 lb, and one of the more respected Baltimore beat reporters dropped this on Twitter and it
23:27like set Twitter ablaze. He said, "In 27 years of covering the Ravens, I'm not sure I've seen a rookie have a training
23:33camp quite like wide receiver Jacobi Lane. Every day Lane produces a highlight-making catch, and today has Derrick Henry leaping in the air in
23:43celebration." That being said, we are looking at a player on likely the run-heaviest team in the NFL. I know everyone's like, "Declan Doyle, Declan"
23:53It's You still have Lamar Jackson, Derrick Henry. I don't Declan Doyle could come in and implement a brand-new offense, and they're still going to lean
24:00insanely run-heavy. It was a year ago that the entire talk about Lamar Jackson was the fact that he could not support a
24:07top-20 wide receiver in fantasy football, and now all of a sudden we're expecting him to support two, if not more, because Jacobi Lane's the three
24:15right now, at best. He's the three in a run-heavy offense. If he's as good as people think he is, he'll pass up Rashod
24:21Bateman, but that still leaves him as the number two. And that It's not enough for me to get excited, unfortunately.
24:27So, I'm I'm fine with Zay Flowers. I I think Zay Flowers is a fine, you know, third-ish round pick. And if you're a
24:32huge fan of Jacobi Lane, you liked him coming out of USC, I don't really have a problem with that. I never really have a
24:36problem with you attaching yourself to a a high-powered, a high-scoring, good offense. I just think it's a it's a hard story for me to tell myself that, you
24:45know, the second or third pass-catcher in a run-first offense is going to be super impactful in fantasy football. The rest of these guys are definitely
24:52deeper-ish pulls that I don't know have much staying power on fantasy teams.
24:57That would be Jaleel McLaughlin, Denver running back this year they took in the fourth round. He is pretty much the handcuff to JK Dobbins. He is like a
25:03bowling ball. He's 5'8, 220. I just think they know that JK Dobbins is obviously injury-prone. They did resign him to a decent contract, so I do think
25:11JK Dobbins is without a doubt the starter there, but he's been hurt like every single year. If he gets hurt, I
25:15think Jaleel McLaughlin steps into the starting role. RJ Harvey is still there, will still play a pass-catching role, but I don't think they want to end up in
25:20the same position that they were last year if Dobbins were to go down having to use RJ Harvey on early downs, which
25:25is not a place that he is good at. So, Jaleel McLaughlin could be interesting.
25:29He's not going to outright take JK Dobbins' job though. Same thing with Nicholas Singleton out there in Tennessee. Penn State running back was
25:37looked at as a prolific college running back earlier on in his career. He's dealt with some injuries, suffered a Jones fracture at the Senior Bowl, which
25:44kind of like tanked his draft stock this year. Not that he was supposed to be like a second-round pick or anything
25:48like that, but I do think it's just a give very uninspiring backfield there in Tennessee. Pollard's been good. Tyjae Spears hasn't really done much in the
25:55three years there. So, they're a team that's probably experimenting with youth at some point in this offseason. I wouldn't be surprised if, you know, by
26:02week 10 or week 12 he's starting to get more and more carries in this offense.
26:05It's a brand new coaching staff that has no allegiance to a Tony Pollard type, so I don't hate Nicholas Singleton.
26:11Zachariah Branch, Atlanta wide receiver, third-round pick out of Georgia. Very small, very fast, but Atlanta has zero receivers on the depth chart. It is
26:20Drake London, Drake London, Drake London, Drake London. Jahan Dotson, Olamide Zaccheaus, Zachariah Branch. So, apparently Branch has looked good. I don't know if he's actually in line to
26:29be like the wide receiver two right now, but if he is any good, he should have no problem jumping past Jahan Dotson,
26:35Olamide Zaccheaus here. And then we've got a couple Chiefs. We've got Cyrus Allen and Emari Demercado, who people on Twitter love. Cyrus Allen, good
26:42separator. I just find it very very hard to tell yourself a story of how he really like gets onto the field cuz he
26:50ain't getting on there over Rashee Rice.
26:52Xavier Worthy was a first-round pick, so I think it's hard to tell yourself he's going to get on to the field over him
26:58either. And then you have Kenneth Walker coming in who is going to take a ton of carries there. So, I think they're going
27:02to end up looking to be much more run-heavy than they had in previous years. So, Cyrus Allen is like 5'11, 180
27:09out of Cincinnati, fifth-round pick. I think he's interesting with the amount of love that the Kansas City reporters are are showing him. He's making plays
27:16daily, good route runner, but you know, again, a dude that if you draft very decent chance you're you're dropping him immediately. Same with Emari Demercado,
27:23I think Emari Demercado could end up being the handcuff to Kenneth Walker.
27:26They'll probably have a different third-round back who's just playing like the annoying pass-catching role, and that's just a specialist role like Emari
27:33Demercado or Bichard Smith, whoever they decide to have that role. But, I think Emari Demercado will probably be the handcuff and the guy that would get a
27:39decent amount of carries behind Kenneth Walker if something were to happen to him. So, that is the the first real like
27:45dive into the rookie class I feel like I've done for you guys. I've I've made videos obviously talking about the rookies here and there, but wanted to
27:51give you guys my my full thoughts on dudes that I think could really be impactful out of the gate that you may
