Jordan Addison

NegativeValue2:26

The source uses Jordan Addison as an example of roster construction strategy, suggesting that if a drafter has already selected multiple rookies, they should be cautious about adding further volatility like Marshawn Lloyd or Josh Jacobs to that specific team build.

Josh Jacobs

NegativeUsage1:45

The source indicates that Josh Jacobs is expected to be the primary back for the latter portion of the season, with his early-season availability or full utilization in question. This creates a specific window for backup options like Marshawn Lloyd to see increased usage early on.

MarShawn Lloyd

PositiveBreakout0:00

The source highlights Marshawn Lloyd as a high-upside, 220-pound athlete drafted in the third round with the ability to catch the ball, evidenced by his preseason usage on Texas routes. While he lacks high-volume collegiate experience, his potential is tied to a consistently top-10 Green Bay Packers offense. His fantasy upside is most concentrated in the early part of the season when Josh Jacobs is less likely to be available; his path to volume narrows significantly later in the year as Jacobs becomes the primary back.

0:00The thing with Lloyd is like, I don't
0:01know, I feel like some people are
0:02talking about him. Like people bring up
0:04all these stats. He's like, "Oh,
0:06hasn't had more than 100 touches in a
0:08season since high school or whatever."
0:11People throwing out stuff like that.
0:12It's like, this is a guy who was drafted
0:14in the third round in the NFL.
0:16He's 220 lbs. He's a freak athlete. He
0:19can catch the ball. We saw him get
0:21running back air yard target in the
0:22preseason on on a
0:25Texas route out of the backfield. The
0:27Green Bay Packers have been a top 10
0:29offense every single year that La Fleur
0:31is there. Like I'm tired of hearing the
0:33argument that like he doesn't have
0:35upside. Um
0:36>> has huge upside.
0:37>> Yeah, yeah. So, I don't know. I I I got
0:40frustrated with that, but
0:41>> downside.
0:42>> Huge It's a huge error bar player.
0:45Um
0:46>> And his upside The problem with him is
0:47that the upside is like tilted to the
0:49front half of the year. You know, you
0:51can argue we Sometimes it's
0:53often it's much more theoretical and
0:55kind of debatable about who has upside
0:58in what parts of the year. It's not that
1:00debatable here. His upside is uh
1:04clearest
1:05in the early part of the year where
1:07Jacobs is almost certainly not going to
1:09be there. Um and then the path upside
1:11narrows considerably in the end of the
1:13year when Jacobs is most likely to play
1:16if he plays at all. So,
1:18um That's the That's the tricky part
1:20with him in these in these tournaments.
1:22Like both Both players, if you draft
1:24them, I think is really going to be
1:27very key to think about roster
1:28construction and not just how many
1:30running backs you have, although that's
1:32part of it, but you know, the types of
1:34running backs you have and the types of
1:36other players that you have. Like do you
1:39Are you have a
1:40you know, you have three receivers, but
1:41two of them are rookies?
1:43Marshawn Lloyd starts to look a little
1:44bit better, you know? You trying to
1:46draft Jordan Addison on this team?
1:47Probably wouldn't draft Jacobs as well.
