Flournoy is an older rookie (turning 27 next October) heading into his third NFL season and is clearly blocked by CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens in the short term. However, offseason reports have been glowing, and Flournoy could challenge Jake Ferguson for third on the team in targets. Pickens does not seem close to a long-term extension and could depart Dallas next offseason; if he does, Flournoy has a real shot to emerge as the WR2 for the Cowboys.
