NeutralValue

McConkey is a polarizing pick with high-floor but questionable ceiling.

Ladd McConkey is a polarizing player; while some view him as a high-floor WR1, others are concerned about his size and usage, viewing him as a 'best among equals' rather than a true ceiling player.
