Top waiver priority for Week 5 with RB3 upside

Ron Stewart identifies Will Shipley as the number one priority waiver wire add for Week 5, recommending a FAAB bid of 10% or more. Shipley is expected to be a top-30 running back this week due to volume, with a pass-catching profile that aligns well against a Jaguars defense allowing the fifth-most receiving fantasy points to running backs.
