Fantasy Football with Ian Hartitz on Brock Purdy

VideoWeek 5 Fantasy Football QB Ranks and Tiers: Jared Goff QB3, Jacoby Brissett QB9...October 6, 2026

From the video

Pie's been playing incredible. That's why he's still a top seven QB even with arguably the worst matchup on the slate... if you are blessed enough to have a Jared Goff versus a Brock Purie situation, I lean golf this week.

Purdy is a top-seven QB but faces a tough Week 5 matchup against the Seahawks

Brock Purdy is a top-seven QB with a favorable schedule through Week 10, though Hartitz ranks him lower this week due to a difficult matchup against Mike McDonald's Seahawks defense. Despite his incredible play and moving from a QB12 ADP to QB2 in PPG, Hartitz prefers starting Jared Goff over him this week.
