Jones' poor play post-Achilles tear is dragging down Colts offense.

Jones has not looked great coming back from an Achilles tear on the Colts, who have regressed from rank 3 to 17 (-14 spots). His poor play is a primary driver of the Colts' offensive decline and limits upside for skill position players like Josh Downs and Tyler Warren.
