RB26 ranking with upside RB3 treatment in full PPR. Harvey's work is heavily weighted toward receiving—RB4 in PPR receiving points despite RB62 in rushing fantasy points. He has been more efficient than JK Dobbins (4.1 yards per carry vs. 3.5 on 12 carries, small sample). While Broncos QB Jarrett Bowles plays petrified and avoids downfield throws, Harvey's receiving volume provides fantasy points. He represents a breath of fresh air in a stale Broncos offense.
