RB23. I got Bucky Irving going up against the Cowboys here on Thursday Night Football. Great matchup... He's clearly the best running back in Tampa... We're now talking about a guy in Bucky Irving looking at probably closer to 15 to 20 touches per game in an offense we fully expect to suck while Baker is sidelined

RB23 despite great matchup; role-capped at 15–20 touches with Baker out.

Ian Hartitz ranks Bucky Irving RB23 despite a great matchup against the Cowboys (31st in EPA allowed per play) on Thursday Night Football. Irving is the clear best RB in Tampa and has looked good with vintage cutting-back ability, but faces significant role constraints: likely 15–20 touches per game in an offense expected to struggle while Baker Mayfield is sidelined with a dislocated right thumb. Shawn Tucker is back as a goal-line option and Kenneth Gainwell handles pass-down work, limiting Irving to between-the-20s role despite his talent and favorable matchup.
