He's been less efficient than RJ Harvey (4.1 yards per carry on 12 carries) in the Broncos backfield. The entire Ravens offense is struggling, and Dobbins is being outpaced by Justice Hill in the pass game, leaving him with little fantasy value and ranking 27th in scoring.
