RB7 ranking with strong RB6 usage and favorable game script

Javonte Williams is ranked as the RB7, outperforming his consensus RB11 ranking. He benefits from a favorable game script as a 10-point favorite against Tampa Bay, which is expected to drive heavy volume. While 44% of his fantasy points are touchdown-dependent, he has maintained RB6 usage, making him a strong early-round play.
