From the video

George Pickkins in this game has three targets in comparison to CD Lamb with 21. Every target that got thrown to George Pickkins, a defender was on top of him. George Pickkins is one of the best wide receivers winning at the catch point in the NFL. He's just not generating separation, which is a pretty big concern here.

Concern: 3 targets vs Lamb's 21, no separation despite catch skills

Pickens had only 3 targets compared to CeeDee Lamb's 21, and every target thrown to Pickens had a defender on top of him. While he's one of the best wide receivers at winning at the catch point, he's not generating separation, which is a significant concern. The source is re-evaluating Pickens as a buy-low candidate.
