The Packers are clearly just waiting for Josh Jacobs to return from the exempt list/suspension, but I don't know how long they can keep rolling this out. This isn't replacement-level running back play; it's sub-replacement level, and it's really stretching how you can even build a coherent offense.

Jacobs' return from suspension is critical to fixing Packers' RB room.

The Packers are clearly waiting for Josh Jacobs to return from the exempt list/suspension. The source indicates the team cannot sustain the current running back room's sub-replacement-level play much longer, implying Jacobs is expected to provide a significant upgrade and stabilize the offense once he returns.
