Fannin TE9 on TE12 usage; back-to-back top-10 outings with TE1/2 relevance

Fannin's Week 1 dud feels like a long time ago; he's TE9 on TE12 usage this year with back-to-back top-10 outings. The Browns are quietly second in neutral pass rate with new HC Todd Monken adapting to his personnel, which will help Fannin hold onto TE1/2 relevance even if Denzel Boston and KC Concepcion are screaming upgrades to his competition as a record-setting rookie. The Jets are better at defending TEs than WRs, but there's no real reason to be nervous with Fannin's individual projection.
