From the video

I moved Emanuel Wilson up to my 27th running back here. Imagine that Wilson is going to get the early down stuff... I do feel good about Emanuel Wilson as a spot start this week. I would pick him up off waivers.

Pick up Emanuel Wilson as a spot start for early-down work

The source has moved Emanuel Wilson up to the RB27 ranking and recommends picking him up off waivers for a spot start. He is expected to handle early-down work in a favorable matchup, building on his history of success when filling in for starters, including a 100-yard rushing game for the Packers last season.
