From the episode

The fact that Rasheed Rice bounces off a guy, that's cool when the rest of the passing offense kind of works... The fact that he might be their best pass catcher now is worrisome.

Rice is the Chiefs' best receiver, but the passing offense remains flawed

Rashee Rice appears to be the primary pass catcher for the Chiefs, but the source expresses concern that he is forced into this role because the rest of the receiving corps is unable to contribute. While he showed playmaking ability by bouncing off a tackle for a touchdown, his status as the team's best option is viewed as a symptom of a flawed passing offense.
