From the episode

Travis Kelsey's like Tony Gonzalez at 35 years old. Right. Like we can't trade him for a 27 third just cause he's a 35 year old tight end.

Do not sell Kelce for cheap; he is a future Hall of Famer defying age

Travis Kelce is identified as a future Hall of Famer who should not be traded for rebuild-type assets like a 2027 third-round pick just because of his age. He is compared to Tony Gonzalez at age 35, and Johnny Tuma. But prefers to let him retire on their bench rather than sell him cheap.
