Algier played more overall snaps. And this is even more key and disturbing. Algier played 64% of the team's third down snaps. That was never his role in Atlanta.

Love is a low-end RB2/flex due to a snap split with Algier and a tough matchup.

Jeremiah Love is a risky start for Week 2, downgraded to a low-end RB2 or flex option. In Week 1, he split snaps with Tyler Algier, who notably played 64% of third-down snaps and out-touched Love in the red zone (4 to 3). The coaching staff appears to be managing Love's workload due to his recent ankle injury and rookie status, and he faces a tough defensive front in the Seattle Seahawks this week.
