Pierce is a high-ceiling flex play while A.J. Brown is on IR.

Alec Pierce is recommended as a ceiling play for a flex spot in the absence of A.J. Brown. Despite a wrist issue, he showed no snap count limitations in Week 1 and offers the high-upside potential needed to replace Brown's lost production.
