Carnell Tate has this really difficult matchup for the Tennessee Titans, but did have his breakout game. Nine for 145 was finally targeted more than 20 yards down the field. I'm semibu buying the breakout stuff just because if I was the play caller for the Tennessee Titans and I'm looking at Calvin Ridley, I'm looking at Wandell Robinson, I'm looking at Gunnar Helm, I'm saying, 'Hey, the only guy who can even make me look marginally good here is Carnell Fate. He is the only one who's going to go out there and play above average.' And I think we'll see the offense drift his direction even more... But I am I'm ranking Tate as a starter here.

Breakout game (9 rec, 145 yards); only elite Titans receiver, ranked as starter.
Had his breakout game with nine receptions for 145 yards and was finally targeted more than 20 yards down the field. The source is semi-buying the breakout because when looking at the Titans' other receivers (Calvin Ridley, Wandell Robinson, Gunnar Helm), Tate is the only one who can make the offense look marginally good and is the only one who will play above average. The source expects the offense to drift his direction even more. Despite a difficult matchup, the source is ranking Tate as a starter.
