Not only is Jamar Chase at practice on Thursday, but it looks like Taggins is not going to play. So, if you have Chase in this game against the Miami Dolphins... I honestly think you have to put Jamar Chase at wide receiver one this week. Now, Jamar hasn't officially cleared concussion protocol, but it is a good step in the right direction for him to be fully practicing on Thursday.
