Pride Of Detroit on Michael Wilson

Wilson's 127 short-pass yards rank 23rd; benefits from Lions' weak intermediate coverage.

Wilson ranks 23rd in the NFL in short-pass receiving yards (127) and benefits from Detroit's weak pass defense, which allows +0.09 EPA/play on short passes (21st), +0.78 EPA/play on intermediate passes (29th), and +1.99 EPA/play on deep passes (32nd). While not as prominent as McBride, Wilson is part of Arizona's short-to-intermediate receiving attack that the source identifies as a key advantage against Detroit's historically poor coverage.
