Irving exploded for 165 yards on 21 carries, averaging nearly eight yards per carry, including a 72-yard run in Tampa Bay's dominant ground-game performance against Dallas. Tampa Bay controlled possession for more than twice as long as Dallas with a total of 37 minutes thanks to their ground game, allowing undrafted rookie Jalon Daniels to be protected and not forced to carry the offense. Irving's elite rushing performance was a key factor in the Buccaneers' upset victory over the favored Cowboys.
