Yahoo Sports NFL on Dak Prescott

Prescott lacked protection despite it being Dallas's top priority.

Dak Prescott did not receive adequate protection despite giving up time to throw being the Cowboys' top priority; although he wasn't sacked, the Cowboys failed to achieve their primary objective of protecting him, and Prescott threw an interception on a third-down play where the Cowboys spread it out and targeted Ryan Flournoy in traffic instead of using the condensed formation that had worked on the previous third down with a 27-yard slant to George Pickens.
