Montgomery struggling; weak Titans offense favors under bet.

David Montgomery has had a tough season. Ian Hartitz and Billy Collins note that both the Titans and Texans offenses are weak, and Collins loves the under at 37.5 in the Titans-Texans game, particularly avoiding Montgomery.
