Jacobs' suspension status undetermined; affects Packers RB rotation depth.

Josh Jacobs remains on the commissioner exempt/suspension list with the NFL still deciding whether to suspend him and for how long. His status directly impacts the Packers' running back rotation depth, as the team's RB group will include Strong, Lloyd, and Johnson at least until Jacobs' suspension status is resolved.
