From the video

Cam Scataboo I have at 33. They're just not using him as a passing down back in a way that is very unfortunate... they have used Naji Harris in goaltogo situations.

Ranked 33rd; not used on passing downs; Najee Harris gets goal-line work.

The source ranks Cam Sutton at 33 and expresses concern that he is not being used as a passing-down back, which limits his elite fantasy upside. The source expects Sutton to receive 15–18 rushes, but Najee Harris is being used in goal-line situations, further constraining Sutton's scoring opportunities.
