From the episode

Malik Willis somehow avoided all the love that every other running quarterback has gotten... Now Malik Willis, who appears at least to be a better passer than either of those guys, was regularly available after pick 130. He's one of my most rostered quarterbacks... I think he could break fantasy.

Willis is a high-upside QB who should be started over questionable options.

Willis is a highly rostered quarterback who could 'break fantasy' due to his rushing ability and passing upside; he should be started over any questionable QB options.
