Only fantasy-relevant Titan but maddeningly inconsistent

Cardell Tate is the only fantasy-relevant player in the Titans offense, though he is expected to be maddeningly inconsistent. His production is highly dependent on quarterback performance, averaging 145 yards per game when Cam Ward hits 200 passing yards, but only 32.3 yards otherwise.
