Workhorse role but lacks elite passing-down usage

Tony Pollard is categorized as a workhorse rather than a bellcow because he receives carries but lacks the passing-down role, which is currently held by Tyjae Spears. The source notes that if Pollard had the passing-down role, he would have elite fantasy value.
