Mattek Fantasy Football on Carnell Tate

VideoI Watched Every Snap Of Week 5. This Is What Mattered.October 12, 2026

From the video

Cam Ward is just too bad to help Carnell Tate. I mean, that is really just the issue. He is too bad to consistently target Tate down the field. Only four targets out of 34 aim throws, 30 routes on 41 drop backs.

STACKED’s take

Positive signalProjection

Only 4 targets on 30 routes; Ward too limited to help Tate.

Limited to 4 targets on 30 routes run (out of 34 aim throws and 41 drop backs) in Week 5. Chris Rodriguez Jr. attributes poor target volume to Cam Ward's inability to consistently target him downfield, making his fantasy outlook bleak.
