High-risk streamer with tough upcoming schedule

Kirk Cousins is a polarizing streamer option; while he is coming off a poor performance against New England (243 yards, 1 TD) and faces difficult upcoming matchups against Buffalo and the Rams, he remains a viable streamer due to his tendency to hyper-target Brock Bowers in favorable home environments.
