Waiver priority with long-term upside over Hertz

Caleb Williams is available on waivers and offers more long-term upside than Jaylen Hertz, making him a pickup priority over Hertz. He's identified as a long-term upside target to acquire and is the primary quarterback in a 3-1 team's 10-team, two-receiver, one-flex league paired with Tyler Shuck as backup.
