Video: He's Gonna End Me
Realistically, not going to be able to sell either one of these guys right now. You would need to wait until we end up getting Caleb Williams back before you could have that conversation about selling one of them. I'd say he's more of a mid QB1. So, one thing that we have to wonder about is when Caleb is healthy, how much is he going to be running the ball and is he going to have the same explosiveness that he did at the beginning of the season? I would rather have Caleb in the long run over Lawrence.

Mid QB1 when healthy; hold until return, prefer long-term over Lawrence.

Kyle Manungai cannot realistically sell Caleb Williams right now; the team must wait until Williams returns from injury before trading one of the two quarterbacks (Williams or Jared Goff). When healthy, Manungai projects Williams as a mid QB1, not a top-three quarterback, with concerns about how much he will run the ball and whether he will maintain the same explosiveness he showed at the beginning of the season. In dynasty/long-term trade scenarios, Manungai prefers Williams over Trevor Lawrence for long-term upside, though Lawrence is the better short-term option if immediate wins are needed.
