Garrett Wilson at 28, averaging 17 fantasy points overall just having to start Garrett Wilson. You know, you feel pretty good. You know, like, okay, I'm probably going to get at least 12, but it's hard for him to get 25, 26, 27 fantasy points just because the offense does not throw that much.

Reliable 12-point floor but 25-27 ceiling due to low passing volume.
Ranked #28, averaging 17 fantasy points overall. The source describes Wilson as a reliable starter with a floor around 12 points but a ceiling limited to 25-27 points because the offense does not throw that much. Adonai Mitchell's return as a very good target-earning wide receiver will further limit Wilson's upside.
