Jaylen Noel is a vertical slot threat who deserves more usage

Matt Harmon advocates for increased usage of Jaylen Noel, citing his 100% success rate on out routes and his ability to win on downfield routes like corners and posts. Harmon views him as a vertical slot threat who can help take the top off defenses and suggests the team's bias against smaller receivers is the only reason he isn't on the field more.
