I like the Rams early Stafford comparison for this reason. I think Trevor Lawrence has the perfect blend of, I will throw whatever the hell you want me to.

STACKED’s take

Positive signalProjection

Lawrence is showing elite, Stafford-like potential in a high-powered offense

Lawrence is showing elite traits reminiscent of 2021 Matthew Stafford, specifically in his ability to execute empty looks, push the ball downfield, and make high-level throws outside the numbers with explosive velocity. The offense is functioning at a high level, drawing comparisons to the 2016 Falcons' efficiency, and Lawrence is demonstrating the talent of a top-three pick when placed in the right scheme.
